I feel very sorry to state that i have my salary account in state bank of india (Earlier state bank of travancore). After merger of associated banks into sbi in april 2017. Their ifsc codes have been changed but the staff of this bank which is more than government of india do not care about the consumers and totally harassing those who are getting their salary through this bank saket delhi branch. If this problem is not taken on priority basis, i will be forced to go to higher authority. Satya narayan gaur

    I am using union bank debit card for last 5 years for my a/c no:[protected].
    For last two transactions of petrol purchase extra amount is debited to my account.
    1. Petrol purchase - rs. 200/- on[protected], amount debited rs.211.5.

    Transaction slips are attached for your reference.
    Kindly look into the matter asap & reverse excess amount to my account.

        I hv tr rs.10000/- using bhim app on 7th may vide tran id[protected] to my friend's account with state bank. But amnt not credited to beneficiery'ds account till date. I have reported issue in bhim app on 9th and also reoirted the issue to upi. Ops on 11th may. Since then, every day upi. Ops has been giving the same reply 'matter taken up with hdfc bank'.
        I request you to kindly interfere in the matter and see that the amnt of rs.10000/- is recredited to my account with union bank.

          I am writing a complaint letter against Union Bank and Alibag Bank's branch manager for misbehavior with customer (Me).

          i withdraw 1000 rupee from UNION Bank - Nagoan (ATM) in Alibag . i got 2, 500 (five hundred) rupee note from ATM but 1 of note condition not got (some part are damaged). i tried to to replaced same damaged note from near Union Bank Branch in Alibag

          I requested to Branch Manager to replaced that damaged note which i withdraw from ATM but not only Manager deny to replace but also misbehaved with me. He abused me also.

          i need to 1st replace my note and 2nd action against your Branch team for handling customer badly.

              This is brought to your kind notice that i have one saving account no. [protected] in union bank of india, branch 0chandi delhi. On 24th april 2017 at about 12:00 hrs. Midnight, a got sms in my mobile that "your sb a/c *03900 is debited for rs. 10000 each in three times on 25.04.2017 by transfer and rs. 5000 debited one time. Total rs. 35000/- including rs. 74.75/- toward atm usage charges has been withdrawn fraudulently.in this regard it is informed that atm card was with me i have not shared with antbody regarding atm number and atm pin.in this regard i contacted over telephone union bank customer care and got blocked the said atm card. Further it is also requested that necessary action may please be taken timely so that i can get refund to amount which debited from my account fraudlently for which i shall grateful to you.

                There is an employee in bazargate branch, we wanted to open 5 demat accounts, he gave us demat forms which had been disctoninued since sep 2016.

                And this also we got to know through bse branch and we had to inform
                Him about the same.

                And we requested him that you please fill the new forms for me. He started acting rudely and said go and complain.

                  Dear Concern,

                  I have registered a complaint wide complaint number: 22165065 on 8- May-2017 for the deduction of amount on failed transactions. Bank officials are giving me 30 working days time in order to process this complaint. It is being very disappointing that online transaction are taking such a long time in processing.

                  If such kind of issues will take such a long time, then I am sorry to say it is totally useless online banking and digital transaction.

                  Dear Concern,

                  I want to state that I have applied for the passport application wide reference number:17-[protected] on the name of Subrata Ray on dated :07-May-2017 via Union Bank ATM Card. I tried to pay the fees online with debit card but but due to some technical issue my was not processed and transaction failed. So I tried it second time and payment processing transaction failed again.

                  later I got a message from bank that payment has been deducted twice from my account and it is not refunded yet. It has been more two weeks. I have not get any amount refunded to my account till date. I am sending you the details for the transaction as below:

                    i got a message on mobile that collect your pass book so my wife had gone to bank there they told that u have already collected your pass book and was no responce by the manager and staaff also, i want to colse my ac because your bank at mulund west have no proper staff and manager and dont even know how to talk to cosumers

                      Amazon.in has refunded me the amount of Rs.693 on 14th May 2017 in my Union Bank of India Account but it is not credited yet. They gave me the reference number also, but my bank branch is saying that we can not do anything with this reference number and amount is not yet credited. So I just want to ask what is the use of reference number, the people sitting in the branch are very irresponsible, they are very egoistic, rude, not helpful.
                      i am writing my Account number and the reference number which i have got from Amazon.in, please give my money in my account.

                        I am a 75 yrs. old pension holder having pension account in UBI Ramganj, Ajmer branch-UBIN0549703 account number-[protected] since 1997.
                        Its been two days since I have been visiting the branch to withdraw money in my account to do some urgent payments but the staff is saying the branch is inoperable and not been able to withdraw money from my account. The whole staff along with manager are sitting idle doing chit chat with each other. Upon asking for the reason, rather than specifying me the reason, bank staff keeps me rotating from one desk to another and at last I visited manager's cabin. The manager words are 'you are a literate person, go visit some other branch if you want your money. We can't help you this time'. The branch operations are down since last 2 days and whole branch is sitting idle, enjoying their time off the work and treating their customers harshly; they gets annoyed when someone asks for the reason which they are not specifying.

                        Poor services, poor management, no proper customer care support, they keep on providing another customer care number which too never connects. Very bad staff

                          Plz resolve. Also got to see from forum that this is quite a common failure occured with union rewards. It may plz b rectified effectively by the bank.

                          I regularly fill petrol for Rs.210/- using my ATM cum Debit card. And always there is deduction of Rs.210/- only from my bank a/c. On 15/5/2017 i filled petrol for Rs.210 & paid money by ATM cum Debit card. I have been deducted Rs.221.50 from my S/B Account No.[protected] with UBI Ghatkopar east br. Previously No extra amt.has been deducted. please check & do the needful at earliest. Refund excess money.

                              I have complaint union bank of india in my branch at ambattur chennai but nobody reply on my complaint. By atm transaction from axis atm in wheels india my transaction has been failed but 10000 has been deducted from my account on 24.01.2017. The lapse of 4 month, my account has not been credited/refunded to my account which if effecting my financial crisis.
                              Kindly refund my amount 10000 which is deducted from my account by failed transaction as soon as possible.

                                I took an education loan from Dahnmandi Ratlam branch of your bank in November 2012 for my post graduation. My account is [protected]. I have started paying my EMIs from January 2017. In early 2016, I observed that I am not getting the benefit offered by our state government in the form of subsidy for the interest on my loan. I contacted the the loan represenative of the branch. Then, I came to know that my application to the subsidy was not forwarded by the branch in due time. After that I forwarded one complaint to Manager of that branch before a month but still no action taken by them.

                                  Sir, i have union bank visa debit card no [protected]. My card was deactivated automatically. When i link the upi in paytm. Then it shows atm card is not recognised. And when i make payment then it also shows the same message that atm card is deactivated. Kindly activate my atm card as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                                    I have made school fees payment of afs kendria vidyalaya thanjavur student ubi code-[protected] though on line sbi debit card twice vide txn id - ism[protected] and ism[protected] dated 11 apr 2007. But both transactions canceled due to invalid authentication at bank and rs 1800/ debited twice from my sbi account same time.
                                    On 13 apr 2017 rs 1800/refund back to my account against
                                    Txn id - ism[protected] where as another txn id-ism[protected] amount not refunded back till now.
                                    So it is requested that rs 1800/ should be refunded back to my account soon.

                                      This complaint is about the bijnor branch in lucknow. I had opened my savings account 3 days ago but i haven't got the passbook till now. Whenever i go to the branch they just make excuses. One time they say to give welcome letter and other time they say printer not working. Branch address: Bijnaur, Lucknow near priyanka boys hostel.
