I have subscribed to ubi rupay prepaid card. On the website of irctc it is mentioned that top up of this card can be done by making payment in cash at any nearest branch o[censored]bi. However, when i approached ubi;s branch, i was told that facility of top up by cash is not available and top up of this card can be done by net banking only.
If the local branch of the bank is giving me wrong information or the information given on the website...

I have a SB A/c. no.in UBI Br. Samata colony Raipur C.G. I have also a Demate A/c opend from this branch. The BO ID is-[protected]. I was transferring money from account no.-[protected] to account no. [protected] with help of bhim application, but uncertainly transition failure and rs1200 debited from account which is not yet credited to my account.
Transition id for that transition was[protected]. Which i have done on 14th may 2017 at 20:20:54.
Both are having union bank of india account....

I did a transaction on *99# of ₹1000 to a adhaar number. But it failed. ₹1000 debited from my account and still not credited to that adhaar number. Please return my money to my account as soon as possible.

In Union bank UPI app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint. I have that screenshot, will share on demand....

Please credit my balance 9000 urgently, waiting for the update...

I have complaint UNION BANK OF INDIA's toll free number and UBI's Senior officer but nobody reply on my complaint.by ATM transaction from HDFC ATM showed transaction has been failed but 10000 has been deducted from my account on 13.04.17. The lapse of 1 month, my account has not been credited/refunded to my account which is effecting my financial crisis.

Kindly refund my amount 10000 which is deducted from my account by failed...

As ur bank in our city is new and i was there to open a new account in ur bank but i could not open an account, because ur manager told me provide an introducer to this bank but i went through my friends but no body has an account in ur bank,, so pls let me know how such problems has to be solved
I hope i[censored] go in this way i dont know how many customer u will gain or before giving an application and wasting customers time...

It has been ten times that i have to remind the bank to update my email address, as i want to register myself for internet banking. But the employees just take the application and put it in the heap of garbage. Its is such as shame.

I have come to your branch for my phone no, updation for atleast 5 times. My cheque book took a long time.

Iam so fed up with the services.

On 03.12.16 i have transfered rs.26500 to mr. Vishal shashikant patil a/c no.[protected] bank of baroda, chunabhatti branch ifsc code barbochunab
But the amt gets credited to a/c[protected], bank of baroda, pratap nagar branch, vadodara. Normally a/c no, / ifsc code / name of the account holder should be matched, else the transaction must have to get rejected....

I have purchase rs.330/- petrol by using my debit card of union bank on 9th may 2017 at deshmukh petrol pump in pune. Government of india insist to go cashless and i also support them. But today when i purchase rs.330/- petrol there are rs.341.50 debited from my account. This happen second time in this month. Earlier on 03/05/2017. Government announced rebate on purchasing petrol by card but i faced fine on it. Why?...
