    It has been ten times that i have to remind the bank to update my email address, as i want to register myself for internet banking. But the employees just take the application and put it in the heap of garbage. Its is such as shame.

    I have come to your branch for my phone no, updation for atleast 5 times. My cheque book took a long time.

    Iam so fed up with the services.

      Respected sir/authority,

      With due respect and humble submission, i a d s v naga lakshmi, working as a teacher on contract basis in kv guntur, andhra pradesh. I am staying in staff quarters of jawahar navodaya vidyalaya (Mhrd, goi), maddirala, chilakaluripet – mandal, guntur-dist, andhra pradesh with my husband as he is a regular employee of the school. On 9th may, 2017, monday around 3 p. M., me and my husband went to the pasumaru branch, chilakalurpet (Ifsc code: ubin0533033) with a request to open a new account with adhar card, pan card, joining order issued by principal, kendriya vidyalaya (Mhrd, goi), guntur and address proof issued by principal, jawahar navodaya vidyalaya, maddirala, guntur district. Actually on that date the branch manager was on leave. The person who is acting as the authority in that branch in absence of br. Manager (Respected, keshav kumar sir) saying that i could not open an account to you because you are not submitting residence proof certificate. He is harshly behaving with the ladies and loudly saying that you will not get an account in my branch as he the whole and sole of the branch. He is also suggesting us “better you change your address in adhar card or in voter card” and also insisting us that “we have to produce residence proof certificate issued by the mandal revenue officer only”. Sir why should i change my address in mentioned documents s as it is my permanent address. Sir, as per hon`ble prime minister of india, shri n. Modi, banks have to open an account if the customer is able to submit/produce adhar card (Which will give the permanent address) and residence proof is not a mandatory as i need to open salary account only. But the accountant, simply and bluntly rejected our request without listening our voice. Sir i need justice from your end as early as by resolving my problem.

        On 03.12.16 i have transfered rs.26500 to mr. Vishal shashikant patil a/c no.[protected] bank of baroda, chunabhatti branch ifsc code barbochunab
        But the amt gets credited to a/c[protected], bank of baroda, pratap nagar branch, vadodara. Normally a/c no, / ifsc code / name of the account holder should be matched, else the transaction must have to get rejected.

          I have purchase rs.330/- petrol by using my debit card o[censored]nion bank on 9th may 2017 at deshmukh petrol pump in pune. Government of india insist to go cashless and i also support them. But today when i purchase rs.330/- petrol there are rs.341.50 debited from my account. This happen second time in this month. Earlier on 03/05/2017. Government announced rebate on purchasing petrol by card but i faced fine on it. Why?

            I have purchase Rs.1000/- petrol by using my debit card o[censored]nion bank on 9th may 2017 at Damodar Shivram Gadre petrol pump in Kolhapur. Government of India insist to go cashless and I also support them. But today when I purchase Rs.1000/- petrol there are Rs.1025/- debited from my card. Government announced rebate on purchasing petrol by card but I faced fine on it. Why?

              Sir; my son name is tarun kumar tiwari and his date of birth[protected]. He is a student of kv. I pay fee some time in bank branch by cash and sometime through online. I am a govt servent so i am uthorise to find re embersment of school fee through claim alongwith recipt. But i am unable to print recipt of my online payment. When i am trying to fill my son's detail and logine it says 'student detail mismatch'. I have two student unique id no - [old-[protected]] when my son is in kv no-2 gaya[bihar] than after my transfer in 2016 june my son take addmition in kv no-2 belley road patna. And his new student unique id no-[new-[protected]]. When i am trying to login for print recipt with old unique id its opened and says no payment record found. And when i trying to login with new student unique id it says student details mismach. Kindiy solve my problum. Thankyou.

              I am Rajanish Singh. I went to your branch located at janghai jaunpur for KCC but the branch staff are not even attending us. They are giving time of 1 week saying that " agle hafte ana" This is ridiculous. Specially Field officer is very unattending.

                I am nilopher naqvi, i submitted my complaint a week ago regarding the transaction at the atm. It didn't dispense any money and 4, 000 rupees were deducted from my account. The customer care executive promised that the money will be soon refunded but i am very sorry to say that the approach is very casual. I was traveling and got short of money. How such a renowned bank delay its action. I hope the amount is refunded within a day or two.

                  Hi,
                  I am unable to do any transaction on my card not able to debit any amount from ATM with this card. I have recently replaced my card from my base branch and no such information was delegated to me for any other requirement. Also, I am not intimidated from the bank about blocking my transaction. I have tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, however they reject query with an excuse of system failure at their end. How can you make the customer suffer this much without any help from your end. This kind of service is not exceptable especially if the customer is with the bank for so long. i need a quick response and action on this, otherwise I would be forced to take the query forward.

                    Facing problem in online fee payment of kv

                    My daughter's unique id is [protected], DOB is 16 Feb 2010, name Sakshi Choudhary.

                    My daughter's admission is confirmed in class 3 kendriya vidyalaya BANAR (jodhpur).

                    But I m facing problem in depositing fee Online, because your online fee payment portal says " Student is not active, can not pay fee".

                    Please solve this problem, I'll be very thankful to you....

                        It is hereby stated that admission of my son shivank shukla has been done on 28.04.2016 in class 4 (C) of second shift in kendriya vidyalaya cantt 3 and uid no [protected] with challan form of rs 1825 has been given to me on 29.04.2017 (Saturday) at 3.30 pm. Due to sunday on 30.04.2017 the fees could not be deposited. And on 01.05.2017 when i try to deposit the fees in union bank of india through challan, the bank employee has said that fees amount has not been appeared. Therefore i contact the k. V cantt 3 school for the problem. The school has informed me that after the 5th may, you can deposit the fees in ubi. Now on 06th may i visit to union bank of india dwarka sector 6 branch for depositing the fees of rs 1825/- where the bank employee has informed that the fees amount has not been appeared and fees can not be deposited. So that the fees has not been deposited by me. Therefore it is requested to do the needful at the earliest so that i may be able to deposit the fees of my son. The details is given below.                           Myself sohail ahmad and i have been using a umoble application since last year last night i reset my handset asus zenfonego zoovd v 5.1 but from that time i installed the application but its on screen for secure banking allow application to send sms to validate your problem. Even i have good connectivity doing and visited the branch office jamia nagar they just registerd my no. And send link to download the application and send moon no. But problem still not solve.                             I moved to the us on 27th april 2017 from thane at maharashtra, india. My mobile has not been active in the us and i am denied the facility of receiving my otp (One time password) through my india registered mobile.
                            I have acquired a us mobile number and have been constantly following up with ubi at india to cancel, my indian mobile and make my us mobile active. I had also offered to provide all the security details they require. Even after 10 days, ubi have not resolved my issue and i am left with no way to transact my banking. Ubi helpline officials have been buck passing even when i contacted them on phones.

                              It has been informed by union bank of india official that the complaint letter had been forwarded to icici bank (Request submitted by the remitter - mr. Jayanth) on 23.04.2017 for reverse the amount to my account which was wrongly transferred to account no.[protected] instead of[protected] through bhim/upi ref. No.[protected] dated 13.04.2017. I had visited the branch twice but they said that the follow ups should be done by banker end (Icici to union bank of india) and not from the desk/branch. Request you to help me to get the amount into my account on priority.

                                I am ayush mishra, i am using union bank of india upi app in which i am using my state bank of india account for transaction purpose. My sbi account number is [protected].
                                On 4 may 2017 i am sending money to account number [protected] ifsc sbin0000675 amounting rs 2500. But it shows transaction failure.
                                The amount was debited from my account but not deliver to the receiver account.

                                  Dear sir, I have transferred amount of rs.3000 into my digipurse app account, my registered mobile number [protected], I have transferred rs.3000.00 into my app account, it is not reflecting in the app or returned to credit card account from which this amount was transferred, Iits been 20days, I have contacted customer care o[censored]nion bank and sent emails to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no response pls help me in getting my amount back, worst app I have ever used, I says my transaction pin error and thr is no option of resetting the pin also... Don't how many others are facing these problems with app, they should have a call centre or shall reply emails they have no right to ignore email... Pls support, regards Lnl Prasad, mob.                                     With a wave of demonetization and cashless transactions eventhough India is not prepared for it, I made a debit card payment on an HP petrol pump to fill petrol of 100/- expecting I made a cashless move. But what I received in return is bill amount of 111/- Rs. Why the hell should I do a cash transaction then when the outlet or bank not sure, is charging 11/- extra. This is purely a digital loot under the name of Cashless transactions. Attached herewith is a copy of my statement showing the value.
