    My name is Abu Sayeed Abbas Khandakar and I have opened an account in Union Bank of India (Chandni chowk branch) in 17th Jan 2017 however I have not received my ATM card yet. Have tried to contact one of the bank employee but received no response for the same.

      Sir i, am a customer and my mother is a customer o[censored]BI since so many years, Today I went to Rashtrabhasha bank, wardha to withdraw my mother's money as she is patient so cudnt go to bank, the bank employee Mr Chandan singh P.S.649224.who was on duty today date 15.04.2017 ..and infront of all customer he humiliated me and mentally, and denied to issue money amount of 5000/(five thousand) and physically he made to stand for 2 hours in bank and socially he humiliated me & harrashed me..which is very disgusting and shamful act for a bank employee..i therefore request to take serious action against him otherwise i need to launch complaint against him in the police ...

        Housing loan of Rs.25, 00, 000/- was sanctioned to me out of which I have availed Rs.21, 50, 000/- Several requests for release of remaining loan was not considered by the present manager. Construction of my house is in the finishing stage. Repayment of EMI is started in September 2016 by deduction from my salary and there is not a single default. Finally in February 2017 manager promised to credit the balance loan amount to my SB account for purchase of materials for flooring. I went to Bangalore and fixed granite etc. at a quarry and found that the loan amount was not credited as promised which failed me making the payment of the granite etc. At this point I got suspicious of the ulterior motives of the manager and searched for availing the loan from HDFC by takeover. A Cheque for Rs.23, 70, 000/- for take over of the loan was tendered at Union Bank of India, Pathanamthitta branch on 31.03.2017 payable at Pathanamthitta which was purposefully delayed for collection and credit given belatedly on 07.04.2017. Constant requests were made for release of title deeds which is yet to be done. Manager emailed a message promising release of title deeds either directly to HDFC or to me personally. Now the manager is backtracking and not releasing the titledeeds on the pretext that it is extended as security for a vehicle loan which is never in my knowledge. My humble request is to release the title deeds at the earliest so that I can avail the remaining sanctioned loan from HDFC and complete the finishing work of my house. Also I request you to make good the financial losses I incurred due to the purposeful delay in crediting the cheque for Rs.23, 70, 000/- to my housing loan

          I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was failed at 14 april 2017 8
          00pM.I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response .Even i talked many times call centre people .Once they told you will get money within 24 Hr but till now i have not got .

          i have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common mans problem

            Sir, i have sent rs 1000 and rs 3000 through bhim app via transaction id[protected] and[protected] respectively on 7 jan 17 from my ubi account no.[protected] to my own sbi account no. [protected], fund neither be credited nor be retrieved till date while it has been more than three months.. kindly look after in the matter or same to be retrieved in my ubi account or suggest what to do to retrieve the same as soon as possible.

                sir i had done a transaction of 14000rs at 12th April of 2017 via my android phone by UBI UPI into another account(Bank of India), transaction failed amount was debited from my account but not credited back.I waited for 48hrs but amount is not credit back into account . Sir app shows due to some technical problem transaction decline. Now transaction is not showing into the app and amount is debited.sir. I have been called customer care and even visit to my home branch but they are saying that they cannot do any thing in this. And i mail on the up.[protected]@ncpi.org.in 2 times but not getting any reply for this.

                Its a humble request you to do something as need urgent money.

                I have an International Union Bank of India Debit Card and for the Past Week I am unable to make any Transactions through the Card. This has been really frustrating as I am completely helpless in the Virtual World.

                The Card and Account Status is Active.
                Everything is technically Active and Positive but Transactions aren’t going through.

                  This is to inform you that while paying fees online for kv student having unique id - [protected], sachin bhatt, for session april - june 2017 has been failed after deduction of amount of 2400/- from the account.

                  Further details are:-an amount of 2400 inr has been debited to a/c no xxxxxxx1000041 by pos transaction. On 11-apr-17 22:21:43.

                  Please refund the payment as soon as possible so that we can pay it again. Revert soon..

                    Ir i had done a transaction of 6000rs at 12th april of 2017 via my android phone by ubi upi into another account (Central bank of india), transaction failed amount was debited from my account but not credited back.                         I have submitted my fee yesterday and now i m not able to get my reciept as i click on print option on the page which occured after my complete transaction the page gets stuck and i m not able to get the pdf downloaded of the fee reciept.
                        Please help me soon as possible.
                        I have also provided the page where i m stucked.

                        I always use union bank online way to submit fee this problem has occured 1st time ..

                          Sir, i never dealt with union bank at any stage, but an business loan-1 (Present balance rs.334834.00) with account no.[protected] address. H. No.-127, patla jatan and harijanan nivadi, modi, uttar predesh-201204 mob-[protected] shown in my cibil (The particular given does not belongs to me). A dispute for this discrepancy has been recorded with cibil under dispute id-cds[protected] date 12/04/2017.in this case my pan number akppk0634h misused.
                          You are requested to take this case on top priority basis to delete this loan from my cibil otherwise i will take legel support as per the rule.

                            Hello myself dharmeel radia i want to do complaint regaeding deduction of money from my ubi account.

                            as on 12/04/2017 at 1:18 PM rs 150 i had transferred to my paytm acc but money was deducted from my ubi acc but it was not received in paytm wallet.

                            so plz kindly return my 150rs to my ubi acc or paytm wallet.

                                  I have paid Rs.2700/- online thru Sbi debit card and got message from Sbi that successfully paid Rs.2700/- for kenriya vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found". I have paid twice becuase of some technical issue...I can't compelete my first transaction that's y I pay the fees second time. Second time I have completed my transaction successfully...but from my bank account...Rs 5400 has been deducted only for one quarter. Please help me to solve this problem.                                     I have paid fee through online mode. However, site did not allow to print the receipt for the fee paid on 11 April 2017. UBI has to sort out these and immediately send the link or send PDF files of receipts to all those who paid and could not print the receipts.

                                    In the bank account amount there is a conformation as well as UBI website. However, provision of printing the receipt is altogether missing.

                                      I have paid school fee Rs1500. 00 for the quarter apr-jun[protected] of my son. Name Abhy bhuraji chavhan for class 1st, KVRHE, range hill, pune, maharashtra through card payment vide transaction ID SBIPG[protected] and SBIPG IU[protected] due to technical problem in internet online payment was made twice the total amount 3000.00. Iam not able to take the print for the fee receipt to show in school. Student uid no is [protected]

                                        I have paid school fees Rs 1800.00 for the quarter Apr-Jun 2017-18 of my niece Name Sandarisha of Class VI – Shillong (Upper)/Guwahati [Unique ID [protected]], through internet banking vide transaction No: ISMP[protected]. Due to technical problem in internet banking, payment was made four times as follows:

                                        1. First transaction was cancelled mentioning “Unauthorised authentication from the Bank” (SBI)
                                        2. Second Transaction was again cancelled mentioning “Unauthorised authentication from the Bank” (SBI)
                                        3. Third transaction was again cancelled mentioning “Unauthorised authentication from the Bank” (SBI)
                                        Amount of one of the transaction was reversed and received whereas the second and third was deducted. (SBI)
                                        4. Transaction was successful the fourth time vide transaction No: ISMP[protected] (Indian Bank)

                                        In view of above fact you are requested to do the needful also refund the Rs.3600.00 in my account.
