My name is Sayyadali sayyad, i had very bad experience in the union bank at Goa, st.inez branch. Manager has no courtesy to clients she is very rude. We are corporate ppl we have to attend calls wherever we are but she talks very rudely to say go out and talk its very insulting.
And because of frustration i am closing my all acounts there and when i said this she was not bothered i think u should not keep such arrogant ppl.Hope u will consider my mail for betterment

KV school fees did not remit through making the payment ONLINE, due to curser did not go to the area of LOGIN. kindly rectify the server to easy login the making the payment to remit the KV school fees through online please.
After entering the UBI ID of the student, date of birth and capcha, the screen does not allow login for fees payment (9.4.2017 - 1.42 pm). How do you expect me to pay the fee before due date and are you going to charge penalty for delay which will not be acceptable to me

    This is from R.Krishnakumaran F/O R.K.Nandhana (studying in VII std, KV-1 trichy) I paid my daughter school fees Rs1800 for first quarter (Apr-Jun 2017) through online on 10.04.2017. Amount was deducted from my account. Bill was not generated. The amount was not refunded in my account till date. Hence it is requested to do the needful to refund the amount please.     I am not able to pay fees for quarter April to June 2017 after opening the UBI Fees collection Page. I have put the unique ID Number of the student and put the date of birth and filled up captcha. But the page is not allowing me to login. Please resolve the issue for making fees payment within the stipulated time.

      I live in Singapore. I applied for my degree certificate of RGPV university Madhya pradesh. from Union banks Miss hill branch Gwalior in November 2016.
      I tried to contact Union Bank of India's Miss Hill branch in Gwalior to get an update about my application. But the phone is not answerable.
      I am fed up of the customer care of this branch as none of the phone numbers are reachable.

          Hi,
          I transferred amount of 2300 by using upi app. O[censored]nion bank of india on 10/04/2017.
          Txnrefld :[protected]. But transaction satus showing faild. And amount of 2300 debited from my account and not transfer to another account. Thats why i raised complaint in upi app. But no response from upi app. Then i call to custmer care 3 to 4 times once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
          Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on same day, now its over 3 days but not get a single response.
          I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. So please help me and refund payment as soon as possible.

          there is 9 days completed from the transaction date, but there is no single reply by UPI app. with respect to my complain, you can't understand common mans money problems, now i realy hate the UPI-union bank of india s customer care service.now 9 days are completed but their is no single mail or call from UPI-ubi.
          so i[censored] understand common mans problems please refund my payment.i have some urgency with money so please refund payment.
          Transferred Rs. 2000 through bhim app vide txn. id[protected] dt. 16.04.2017 at 12:23:29 from account no. [protected] to account no. [protected] . The amount has been debited to my account but not credited in another account. Raised query vide ID Acc245b452 but the matter is still not resolved

                      Sir i, am a customer and my mother is a customer o[censored]BI since so many years, Today I went to Rashtrabhasha bank, wardha to withdraw my mother's money as she is patient so cudnt go to bank, the bank employee Mr Chandan singh P.S.649224.who was on duty today date 15.04.2017 ..and infront of all customer he humiliated me and mentally, and denied to issue money amount of 5000/(five thousand) and physically he made to stand for 2 hours in bank and socially he humiliated me & harrashed me..which is very disgusting and shamful act for a bank employee..i therefore request to take serious action against him otherwise i need to launch complaint against him in the police ...

                        Housing loan of Rs.25, 00, 000/- was sanctioned to me out of which I have availed Rs.21, 50, 000/- Several requests for release of remaining loan was not considered by the present manager. Construction of my house is in the finishing stage. Repayment of EMI is started in September 2016 by deduction from my salary and there is not a single default. Finally in February 2017 manager promised to credit the balance loan amount to my SB account for purchase of materials for flooring. I went to Bangalore and fixed granite etc. at a quarry and found that the loan amount was not credited as promised which failed me making the payment of the granite etc. At this point I got suspicious of the ulterior motives of the manager and searched for availing the loan from HDFC by takeover. A Cheque for Rs.23, 70, 000/- for take over of the loan was tendered at Union Bank of India, Pathanamthitta branch on 31.03.2017 payable at Pathanamthitta which was purposefully delayed for collection and credit given belatedly on 07.04.2017. Constant requests were made for release of title deeds which is yet to be done. Manager emailed a message promising release of title deeds either directly to HDFC or to me personally. Now the manager is backtracking and not releasing the titledeeds on the pretext that it is extended as security for a vehicle loan which is never in my knowledge. My humble request is to release the title deeds at the earliest so that I can avail the remaining sanctioned loan from HDFC and complete the finishing work of my house. Also I request you to make good the financial losses I incurred due to the purposeful delay in crediting the cheque for Rs.23, 70, 000/- to my housing loan

                          00pM.I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response .Even i talked many times call centre people .Once they told you will get money within 24 Hr but till now i have not got .

                                sir i had done a transaction of 14000rs at 12th April of 2017 via my android phone by UBI UPI into another account(Bank of India), transaction failed amount was debited from my account but not credited back.I waited for 48hrs but amount is not credit back into account . Sir app shows due to some technical problem transaction decline. Now transaction is not showing into the app and amount is debited.sir. I have been called customer care and even visit to my home branch but they are saying that they cannot do any thing in this. And i mail on the up.[protected]@ncpi.org.in 2 times but not getting any reply for this.

                                Its a humble request you to do something as need urgent money.

                                    Ir i had done a transaction of 6000rs at 12th april of 2017 via my android phone by ubi upi into another account (Central bank of india), transaction failed amount was debited from my account but not credited back. I waited for 24 hrs but amount is not credit back into account. Sir app shows due to some technical problem transaction decline. Now transaction is not showing into the app and amount is debited. Sir i need money urgently plz help me. As i am student. I have to admission with this money so... Please... Help me...
