    I'm having a saving account in the said branch. I had requested for the Cheque book through mobile app 03 times during last 03 months but couldn't receive the same as yet . During this period I visited the bank 03 times but staff did't responded properly. They ask me to search it from the bundle of cheque books lying in the bank. They further ask the date of application of the cheque book, which I do not remember. Finally I met branch manager of the bank to address the grievance. He checked his record and replied that your cheque book has not been received in the branch. He will ask the postman for the same. He further advised me to enquire the Postman to check if he has delivered it to some other address. He is unable to explain whether cheque book shall be delivered to my registered address or to be collected from the branch. It is requested that issue may be dealt in priority. It is more painful to inform you sir that ATM of the concerned branch is Shut down for more than two weeks. Withdrawal is not allowed without cheque . How should I get my own money ? Pls look into it.

    I have visited my nearest union bank to update my email-id, but bank peoples are saying it can be done only from the branch from where your account is belongs . Does union bank has such kind of rule or the people from union bank are don't work for other branch peoples .
    I have submitted my ward KVs Fees of academic year 2016-17 through on line by debit/credit card. Receipt of these fees has not been generated till date.

          I am Brij Biharee Sharma, I have an account in Union bank, Govardhan Branch. On 05/03/2017 I have transferred amount of 400 by UPI using Phone Pe app with reference number UPIAR/[protected]/, but as per app on transaction status is showing as failed. For this I have raised complaint in Phone Pe app also.
          Till date no response on this.

              My name is rahul yadav. I have my saving account in union bank of india. My account number is: [protected].
              I have transfer 5500/- rs in my paytm account on 12/01/2017 but it shows fail in paytm although this amount debited from my saving account and not credit (Return) till now.
              After it i complain in customer care and register there my complaint (Complaint no.[protected] they say's don't worry your amount will credit in your account within 15 days. But it not done.
              After it when i call them they say next 3 day but till now i don't receive my amount in my account, please take action and solve my problem.

              I hope you will soon respond to my request.

                Sir, I have union bank visa debit card no [protected].My card was deactivated automatically . When I link the upi in phonepe then it shows atm card is not recognised . And when i make payment then it also shows the same message that atm card is deactivated. Kindly activate my atm card as soon as possible . Thanking you.

                    I issued a cheque dated 30/12/16 of Indian Bank Decan Gymkhana Pune no 008138 for rs 12000 in favour of Babushah having a savings bank account with baner branch pune and it was cleared and the account of Babushah was credited on 5/1/17. To my surprise to day after such a long time the cheque was returned with a note returned by HDFC for "insufficient funds"
                    I do not after the cheque had already been used why it was sent to HDFC.
                    How such a cheque came into the possession of the Bank for the bank to use the same. I require clarification to proceed further in the matter and if I do not receive any clarification I will be forced to complain to the Finance Minister. The cheque was taken back after delivering to me.

                      We are having CLASSIC CURRENT A\C-[protected] with Union Bank Of India, Jodhpur tekra, Ahmedabad Branch.

                      We found that wrongly 4-Chq. return charges are debited to our A/c on 1-3-2017. We found the resion shows of connectivity problem.

                      We don't know who should help us in this matter. Because local branch manager told us that it is happened by system we cant able to do anything.

                      This was happen second time in our account earlier we have given complaint, but that Assistant Manager is changed.

                      Now who should help us in this matter. We are serious and planning our account to divert to our Co.Operative bank account.

                          Freezing and debit block on my account

                            I was to receive a refund from from Amazon for Rs. 1214. I made the payment on 12th of February & they initiated the refund on 21st of feb 2017. The amount yet hasn't been credited back to my account. Amazon says that the proceedings has been done on their side & the bank needs to recheck the refund if it is stuck somewhere. They provided me the reference number for the transaction aswell. (The refund details are: Authorization code for sale transaction 297570
                            Refund Reference # 74332747052705194391091). Kindly look into it & help me get my money back.

                              i was paying my flight fees through debit card o[censored]nion bank but the ticket did not get booked infact i got an error message saying "payment didn't work"
                              and when i checked my account balance 40, 000rs from my account were being deducted.
                              i wish to get my deducted amount back as soon as possible.

                              We are using u mobile app for cashless transaction, but since last 15 days we are facing problem with updated app which we have downloaded from app store. With new downloaded app we are unable to login. Error like technical problems, time problem is coming. Whether you people going to sort out these issues immediately.

                                Respected Sir/Madm,
                                With due respect, I beg to state that, my wife Smt. Aparna Singha have a bank account no. [protected] maintained with Union Bank of India, at Ranidanga Branch, District Darjeeling, State West Bengal . “A Government cheque of Rs.54, 224/- Cheque no. 219640 dated 01.11.2016 which was issued by the Post Master (Grade-I), Islampur-733202, Uttar Dinajpur, deposited into the bank as on 06.12.2016 (within the validation period of the cheque)”, but till 21.02.2017 the amount has not been credited by the bank, I was communicated with the branch manager about this matter he told me that the cheque has been send for clearance and after that the cheque could not be trace, he tried to find it. On 21.02.2017 the bank returned the cheque to me with the reason of “wrongly delivered/not drawn on us” (copy enclosed) after the expiry of the validation date of the cheque, and said that i have to re-valid the cheque from the issuing authority and then re-deposited the same into the Islampur Branch, I am residing at Vill+P.O. Ranidanga, Dist. Darjeeling, West Bengal, I am a daily wage worker (copy enclosed), i have a 03 years old son, all formalities to give him school in this session has been done (Admission Form enclosed) which is totally depend on this amount, now what should we do, is my wife responsible for this situation, is it my wife’s fault, who are responsible for this, why the situation is coming to re-validation the cheque which was deposited within the validation period, now another serious problem is arising for me that how many days will take for re-valid the cheque, how much daily wages I am going to loose due to travelling expenses for re-validation purpose {up-down Rs.220/-(approx) per head, whereas my earnings is Rs.305/- per day}, will my wife get the accrued interest from the date of cheque deposit i.e. from 06.12.2016.
                                I, therefore, request you if you kindly take helpful and necessary action i will be very obliged.

                                    I did a Transaction of 4000 rupees yesterday on 21 Feb 2017 from [protected](own A/C) to [protected](Benefeciary) this account number by BHIM app. Transaction was failed and Payment Was not Received by Benefeciary but the 4000 rupees amount is Debeted from my Account.
                                    I was told to wait for 24 hours and the costomer care executive is not good enough to help.

                                    The costumer care survice is always BUSY or tell me to Ask benefeciery. Benefeciary has the account in Same bank branch, when he calles costumer care executive. They tell them to ask ME about the problem from my side. If there is no problem from Both the sides then Where is the money Gone?????
