Dear respected sir/mam
my self sudhakar kumar ojha i have an account in union bank of india at branch bawal Dist.-Rewari(H.R)
my account number is A/C NO [protected] with the same name.
I was transferring 5000 amount into PAYTM wallet by debit card but unfortunately i haven't received any amount on my Paytm wallet but 5000 detected to my account. then i submit complaint regarding it on 27 dec your customer care number. they told me top refund all amount with in 7 working days . but its 11 january today and i haven't got any refund amount.
So i request to you please look in to the matter and do needful. i will be very thankful to you.

Atm cum debit card operated at two different atm, sbi and bob, but cash did not dispense and getting g errors 068 that is transaction. Could process. The customer care confirm that atm is fine and working. The atm no is

Please let me know what is the reasons for not getting cash through atm and what means error code no 068

It's very sad to see that our Nationalised bank is doing such a mischievous activity with their customer.I was adding money to my Paytm wallet the transaction goes fail but in the next day morning the Amount of Rs3000 has been deducted from my bank stating Paytm wallet in the Statement as the transaction was failed at that time.After Deduction of Rs 3000 from my bank account.The account get not credited into my Paytm wallet.I have contacted my bank for the same and asked them to log a complaint in order to get my money back.There's no response from the bank yet, even i have tried Mailing CGO o[censored]BI but no necessary action has been taken yet.The money has not been credited back into my account yet.It's been almost 1 Month now.The customer executive are misbehaving and not taking the complaint.It's my kind request to UBI to check for the same or else Strict action would be taken Against UBI.I may go with the judicial enquiry for the same if required.

I have paid fees for (April2016, juli2016 Oct2016 and jan2017) fees

online thru SBI debit card and got message from SBI that successfully paid for kendriya Vidyalaya but while going to take print receipt it is shown that "Either you have not paid fees or no record found" I have call your toll free no. he told me to mail to kvhelpdesk. kindly solve the problem earliest because I have to submit the recipts to my office for reimbursement student id:[protected] D.O.B.:21/12/2004

Sir as My telephonic conversation with customer care Executive for otp on my register mobile Number. She replied wait ur otp will be generated in evening this rude behaviour by customer care Executive will not be tolerated.when ever I book tickets online through my credit card it get blocked and shows authentication code have been blocked by union bank of india its vulnerable if authorised card holder have to call customer care Executive every time. If it's happened every time what is the need of carring credit card. Kindly do needful help .

I have sent money through UPIN App to my beneficiary A/c. no.[protected] IFSC : IOBA0001936 on 31.12.16 for Rs.5, 000/- but the amount has not yet credited to the beneficiary. Immediately I have contacted to UBI Adyar branch that they said to wait for one week till date I didn't get any response. Please take necessary action to credit the amount into my account no. [protected], Adyar Branch, Chennai .

I had paid rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017 through sbi debit card for my son sk sohel mondal, student of kv dum dum of, id [protected], dob - 13/3/2003. But payment history not showing the successful payment and not printing any payment receipt. But my sbi bank account statement shows deduction of rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017.

Sir my name sundar having a/c in sbi to pay my daughter fees in kendriya vidyalaya i used internet banking to pay fees but during transaction browser failed amount debited from a/c but it failed reference no sbi is hsbi[protected]igaapbbpm2 reference no of sbi debited transaction but browser fails but not credted to ubi kv fees please do the needful sundar

I have made payment of the fees for id number [protected]on 3rd January 2017 and the transaction code was hupg[protected] and another scroll generated was[protected] . On TRYING TO TAKE OUT THE PRINT THE MESSAGE SUGGESTS THAT NO FEES IS PAID IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECTED IN 24 HOURS I WOULD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO BANKING OMBUDSMANN FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT

full description - Our amount was deducted from my bank but did not paid successfully please let the check this type of issues immediately. and my bank is oriental bank of commerce.amount was debit to my account.
i request to you please refund my amount as soon as possible.

The union Bank staff of manpeshwar road borivli west have no manners.They behave in such a rude manner and all of them ladies.First of all they are not systematic at all and ask you to go from one counter to the other.Since we do most of our banking transactions online we hardly go to bank and don't know much about the process and whenever we go the experience is bad.Please send them to private banks and let them see how they deal with customers.

On 3/012017 I did a UPI Transaction of Rs 4500/- by android app BHIM. It asked me to write only payees name and not his account number. Due to which i entered only his name and then clicked on send. After transaction it shows a message of successful transaction but my money was not credited to whom i want.
when i checked my statement it only show a Transaction ID:[protected].
Therefore i request you to please stop that transaction and credit the amount of Rs4500/- in my account again.

I availed an agriculture gold loan on 29.12.2015, (No. [protected]), from Union Bank of India, Kuttichal Branch. In the load card, the due date mentioned was 29.12.2016. I closed the loan on 29.12.2016, and asked about subsidy, the Bank Manager told, its due date was 28.12.2016, and it was a writing mistake on the card, so you are not eligible for subsidy. But when I told the mistake happened from Bank side, he acted out and the subsidy not yet credited to my account.

I was using mobile banking app but one day it got hanged and stopped working.I talked to customer care and they asked me to mail on [protected]@union bank of India as they said it is not a problem at their end.I did that too but did not get any solution yet.I downloaded UPI app too and at the time of set pin it is saying account/card/expiry date does not match and I am not able to generate PIN.I downloaded Phonepe app, there also I am not able to generate MPIN and it is saying your ATM/DEBIT CARD can not be recognized. Why is it happening. I am fed up, exhausted and irritated with ur services and unable to transact online.Kindly give me solution as soon as possible.

I have made fees payment of Rs. 3000/- on 02.01.2017 my ward Soumya Kukreti, studying XI at KV AGCR Colony, Karkardooma, Delhi-92 (Ist Shift). Though the fees has been debited from my SBI A/c but fees receipt has not been generated in UBI site. Please do needful. Sir I processed for NEFT transfer Rs-2000 from my HDFC Ac [protected], IFSC Code:HDFC0000267 BOKARO, JHARKHAND to the AC-[protected], branch Indira Paryawarn Bhawan New Delhi IFC-Code UBIN0574252 named Vaibhav Kandpal on 07Dec 2016, but you have transferred the above amount in [protected] without verification of Name and IFC code.
I also spoken to customer care UBI and registered complaint in HDFC but no action has been taken.
I am a defence officer and it is very difficult for me to mail and communicate everyone. Requested you to refund the amount immediately as soon as possible.
