Sir as My telephonic conversation with customer care Executive for otp on my register mobile Number. She replied wait ur otp will be generated in evening this rude behaviour by customer care Executive will not be tolerated.when ever I book tickets online through my credit card it get blocked and shows authentication code have been blocked by union bank of india its vulnerable if authorised card holder have to call customer care Executive every time. If it's happened every time what is the need of carring credit card. Kindly do needful help .

    I have sent money through UPIN App to my beneficiary A/c. no.[protected] IFSC : IOBA0001936 on 31.12.16 for Rs.5, 000/- but the amount has not yet credited to the beneficiary. Immediately I have contacted to UBI Adyar branch that they said to wait for one week till date I didn't get any response. Please take necessary action to credit the amount into my account no. [protected], Adyar Branch, Chennai .

      I had paid rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017 through sbi debit card for my son sk sohel mondal, student of kv dum dum of, id [protected], dob - 13/3/2003. But payment history not showing the successful payment and not printing any payment receipt. But my sbi bank account statement shows deduction of rs. 2400/- on 7/1/2017.

On TRYING TO TAKE OUT THE PRINT THE MESSAGE SUGGESTS THAT NO FEES IS PAID IF THE INFORMATION IS NOT CORRECTED IN 24 HOURS I WOULD SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO BANKING OMBUDSMANN FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT

                The union Bank staff of manpeshwar road borivli west have no manners.They behave in such a rude manner and all of them ladies.First of all they are not systematic at all and ask you to go from one counter to the other.Since we do most of our banking transactions online we hardly go to bank and don't know much about the process and whenever we go the experience is bad.Please send them to private banks and let them see how they deal with customers.

                  Respected Sir,
                  On 3/012017 I did a UPI Transaction of Rs 4500/- by android app BHIM. It asked me to write only payees name and not his account number. Due to which i entered only his name and then clicked on send. After transaction it shows a message of successful transaction but my money was not credited to whom i want.
                  when i checked my statement it only show a Transaction ID:[protected].
                  Therefore i request you to please stop that transaction and credit the amount of Rs4500/- in my account again.

                    I availed an agriculture gold loan on 29.12.2015, (No. [protected]), from Union Bank of India, Kuttichal Branch. In the load card, the due date mentioned was 29.12.2016. I closed the loan on 29.12.2016, and asked about subsidy, the Bank Manager told, its due date was 28.12.2016, and it was a writing mistake on the card, so you are not eligible for subsidy. But when I told the mistake happened from Bank side, he acted out and the subsidy not yet credited to my account.

                      I was using mobile banking app but one day it got hanged and stopped working.I talked to customer care and they asked me to mail on [protected]@union bank of India as they said it is not a problem at their end.I did that too but did not get any solution yet.I downloaded UPI app too and at the time of set pin it is saying account/card/expiry date does not match and I am not able to generate PIN.I downloaded Phonepe app, there also I am not able to generate MPIN and it is saying your ATM/DEBIT CARD can not be recognized. Why is it happening. I am fed up, exhausted and irritated with ur services and unable to transact online.Kindly give me solution as soon as possible.

                        I have made fees payment of Rs. 3000/- on 02.01.2017 my ward Soumya Kukreti, studying XI at KV AGCR Colony, Karkardooma, Delhi-92 (Ist Shift). Though the fees has been debited from my SBI A/c but fees receipt has not been generated in UBI site. Please do needful.                           I also spoken to customer care UBI and registered complaint in HDFC but no action has been taken.
                          I am a defence officer and it is very difficult for me to mail and communicate everyone. Requested you to refund the amount immediately as soon as possible.

                                I would make this complaint against union bank of India CR park, New Delhi
                                Bank staff not providing me cash against my union bank account cheque because my account is not in his branch...cheque processing department allowed only mostly ₹5000 or sometimes ₹10000 at a time because I have another branch account. My account is at my native place but I live in Delhi. I am approx 1200km away from my branch. I like to withdraw ₹24000 at time as per govt notice, but they refuse to accept my cheques because of outside account and say only ₹ 5000 he provide. They give 24000 only account holders of her branch. I made alot request.
                                Why I requested to him. I have a right to take my from any branch, I have proper cheque..I pay all charges to bank. I told him I need cash on urgent base.
                                I want to access my account with hassle-free.

                                Please do some right action against this type of activities in your bank branches.

                                We known only bank name not branch name.

                                  I have been using Union Bank of India UPI application for a couple of months. I have made many transfers though this application successfully. On 02/01/2017 I tried to transfer money through Union Bank of India UPI. One attempt was successful. Then I tried to transfer Rs.2800.00 from my United Bank of India Savings Bank Account to one account of State Bank of India. The attempt failed with note that there has been “external error”. I tried again to transfer from my same United Bank of India Savings Bank Account to the same payee this time the amount attempted was Rs.2300.00. Again the attempt failed with the same note that there has been “external error”. However amounts of Rs.2800.00 and Rs.2300.00 were deducted from the Payee account but not credited to the Payee account. On 03/01/2017 the amount of Rs.2300.00 has been credited back to the Payer account. But the other amount of Rs.2800.00 is neither returned to the Payer account nor credited to the Payee account.

                                        I Aman Shukla of KV No.1 chakeri Kanpur submitted an amount of Rs 3150 on 2 Jan 2017 by SBI debit card. Till now I haven't got my receipt of my online payment by UBI portal. I have tried at least 20 times a day. Either the webpage doesn't opens or when it opens sometimes, it shows that I haven't paid yet.My Vidyalaya demand this receipt but when the portal is not yielding it, what can I do.Here I am giving may details which are necessary to login in the UBI portal.
                                        My UID no. is [protected] and my DOB is 30/06/2000.
                                        If my problem is solved, please remind me...
