I have been using Union Bank of India UPI application for a couple of months. I have made many transfers though this application successfully. On 02/01/2017 I tried to transfer money through Union Bank of India UPI. One attempt was successful. Then I tried to transfer Rs.2800.00 from my United Bank of India Savings Bank Account to one account of State Bank of India. The attempt failed with note that there has been “external error”. I tried again to transfer from my same United Bank of India Savings Bank Account to the same payee this time the amount attempted was Rs.2300.00. Again the attempt failed with the same note that there has been “external error”. However amounts of Rs.2800.00 and Rs.2300.00 were deducted from the Payee account but not credited to the Payee account. On 03/01/2017 the amount of Rs.2300.00 has been credited back to the Payer account. But the other amount of Rs.2800.00 is neither returned to the Payer account nor credited to the Payee account.

    I am waiting 3 months and am suffering but no add in my account

        I Aman Shukla of KV No.1 chakeri Kanpur submitted an amount of Rs 3150 on 2 Jan 2017 by SBI debit card. Till now I haven't got my receipt of my online payment by UBI portal. I have tried at least 20 times a day. Either the webpage doesn't opens or when it opens sometimes, it shows that I haven't paid yet.My Vidyalaya demand this receipt but when the portal is not yielding it, what can I do.Here I am giving may details which are necessary to login in the UBI portal.
        My UID no. is [protected] and my DOB is 30/06/2000.
        If my problem is solved, please remind me...

          Hi,
          I have try to withdrawal 2500 Rs by my Union Bank of India ATM card from Muthoot finance ATM (ATM address is- Ground floor World square mall Mohan nagar Ghaziabad(U.P)), But I have failed to get money as transaction has been timeout and I have not received any cash, But money is deducted from my account on dated 30/12/2016.
          Apart that No SLIP received.
          Kindly Help to return the money into my account.

                I was transferring money using Phone pe app on[protected] from my UBI a/c to SBI a/c. First transaction of Rs5000 failed .I tried again and it failed again. Phone pay app sent a message of amount reversal to my account vice UPI ref no[protected] and[protected].but my UBI a/ c was debited for Rs10000. Bit the SBI was not credited with the amount. I called Phone pe and they said the amount is with UBI suspense account and I should call UBI. UBI call centre did not give a favourable response. Now I'm at a loss how to get the money refunded back to my UBI a/c. Kindly guide me. Thanks.

                  I would like to inform you that my branch code ubin0546259( UBI shahpur) one of Bank Employee employee name is BAJPAYEE He want to earn more black money his directly says to customer ( यदि २ हजार से ज्यादा रूपया चाहिए तो अप हमे १००० दे दो हम आपको ज्य्दादा दे देंगे जितना आप कहो जैसे दस हजार बीस हजार पचास हजार और इसके पहले वो पैसे जमा करते समय १००० पे रूपया ३०० लेकर बिना लाइन में लगे पैसे जमा करा देंगे ) so this is my humble requset to you please terminate of this type employee other wise me, my family and my all coluigies just like friend and relative break the relation with employee and escalate this issues throw INDIAN COURT.                         I had visited your branch o[censored]nion Bank of India, SECTOR 49 NOIDA,
                        M7 CMC MARKT DADRI RD BAROLA SEC 49 NOIDA NOIDA UTTAR PRADESH PINCODE 201307, on 23-12-16 to obtain life certificate. It is nearest to my place of present stay.

                        I was carrying with me Passbook of my Saving Account No [protected] (SB PENSION) in which my pension is being credited. This passbook was also updated with posting due till date at the branch.

                        The Officer Incharge (a Lady officer) in the branch when approached by me to issue Life Certificate she expressed her inability to do the same citing some reason of non-availability of access to issue Online Life Certificate.

                        Despite my request to provide requisite form for it, and verify my credentials from through Net Banking, she directed me to visit Sec 29 Branch in Bramhaputra Complex, NOIDA.

                        At this branch I had a satisfactory experience where I was provided requisite form to fill in and after verification I was happily issued Life Certificate. I am attaching a Photo of the same for a ready reference.

                        I am arranging to send the same to the respective branch for further needful.

                        I am unhappy to lodge this compliant, specially in view of the fact that I have been receiving a very courteous response in earlier visit, in any branch that I had visited.

                        My Complaint: is that respective officer may kindly be advised to do his/her duty dutifully and act in a manner that customer is not misguided and/or put to inconvenience

                                On 18th december 2016, i tried to withdraw rs2000/from vijaya bank's atm at chandni chowk and atm m/c was unable to dispense 2000 amount (Due to higher cut dispense limit type msg on atm m/c screen) and same time i got msg of inr 2000 debit from a/c while it was not dispense by m/c.

                                    I have a SB Acount in Union Bank of India Dayalbagh Agra
                                    A/C no is 70351.
                                    On 24th December 2016, I tried to withdraw Rs2500/- in two steps, from Canara Bank's ATM at Nehru Nagar Diwani Crossing Agraas the ATM was dispersing max Rs 2000/- per card at a time and Rs 500/- ( being other bank ATM).
                                    Rs 200/- were dispensed successfully.
                                    In next trial of drawal of Rs 500/- ATM machine tried a lot but finally regretted on account of No Cash with ATM. While, the money was debited from my account, as I came to know through SMS.
                                    I waited for 10 minutes but no money.
                                    Guard assured for reversal of payment and I also know that in such cases the payment will be reversed.
                                    But till date the payment of Rs 500/- is not reversed.
                                    Pl look into the matter and arrange reversal of the same.

                                      I m calling your badshapur gurgaon haryana branch from past 1hr on both landline phones no one is picking call [protected], [protected] is this the way you torcher your coustomers i m going there to clear my loan account manager is hard to find there and they give me this nymbers and says call and ask manager is there then come and no one ever picks call this branche is for coustomer torcher or support
