I wanted cheque book from the bank for which I have already applied last month on 7 december but yet they have not issued me the cheque book.they have very non professional behaviour.i have visited the branch 2 times. they r not giving me reason for delay.i m having lot of trouble due to this.its almost a month.t they r not even picking the phones in the branch sometimes when they pick they put on hold instantly.please look into the matter

    Today I had remitted 2 entries of rs 500 each thru BHIM application which remained undelivered with No's (UPI Ref no[protected] and (UPI Ref no[protected]message received but amt not credited to my account. My account no is [protected].
    I have received following two messages

    Your a/c no. XXXXXXXX4868 is credited for Rs. 500.00 on 31-12-16 for reversal of transaction (UPI Ref no[protected]

      I had visited your branch o[censored]nion Bank of India, SECTOR 49 NOIDA,
      M7 CMC MARKT DADRI RD BAROLA SEC 49 NOIDA NOIDA UTTAR PRADESH PINCODE 201307, on 23-12-16 to obtain life certificate. It is nearest to my place of present stay.

      I was carrying with me Passbook of my Saving Account No [protected] (SB PENSION) in which my pension is being credited. This passbook was also updated with posting due till date at the branch.

      The Officer Incharge (a Lady officer) in the branch when approached by me to issue Life Certificate she expressed her inability to do the same citing some reason of non-availability of access to issue Online Life Certificate.

      Despite my request to provide requisite form for it, and verify my credentials from through Net Banking, she directed me to visit Sec 29 Branch in Bramhaputra Complex, NOIDA.

      At this branch I had a satisfactory experience where I was provided requisite form to fill in and after verification I was happily issued Life Certificate. I am attaching a Photo of the same for a ready reference.

      I am arranging to send the same to the respective branch for further needful.

      I am unhappy to lodge this compliant, specially in view of the fact that I have been receiving a very courteous response in earlier visit, in any branch that I had visited.

      My Complaint: is that respective officer may kindly be advised to do his/her duty dutifully and act in a manner that customer is not misguided and/or put to inconvenience

          So kashi ram I have complain again this to rly road branch union bank gurgaon where I deposit this cheque but there are not any clear answer again this not any action he say for after 3 or 4 days u contact but this in not solve so plz .query this thank mob.[protected] mail [protected]@rediffmail.com as soon as possible

            I had been submitted a cheque in account of my father for clearance and after 15 days money had deducted from my account and gotten a massage for deduction against cheque .
            But if they go to bank branch for withdraw then the branch officer tell cheque not cleared and taken time one month for clearance .

            Union bank never work on time I have complaint to RBI against the same issue but still no response received by Bank. File an RTI against Bank asking the reason for delay, ask them to pay 1 month delayed interest .

            Post the reply received on social media if it is true, if manipulated then file an Appeal against RTI information.

            Union Bank is most pathethic bank I had ever seen

              Amount 2000 debit from account

              I have a sb acount in union bank of india faridabad main branch

              On 18th december 2016, i tried to withdraw rs2000/from vijaya bank's atm at chandni chowk and atm m/c was unable to dispense 2000 amount (Due to higher cut dispense limit type msg on atm m/c screen) and same time i got msg of inr 2000 debit from a/c while it was not dispense by m/c.
              For this i request to customer care same day...

                Hi sir my self vinod hanamant ghanawat. My union bank of india nerul branch home branch . Yesterday i wad do the kyc and at sharp 7 pm i am do trasaction 50 rs via paytm but after that till that time i surrvives trasaction failed because of bank is payment is decline and customer care says that register with visa pay secure . But 3divr secure is not selectable so i am trouble this much type please help my account no [protected] my account no and my card no is [protected] please solve my problem as soon as possible

                  I have a SB Acount in Union Bank of India Dayalbagh Agra
                  A/C no is 70351.
                  On 24th December 2016, I tried to withdraw Rs2500/- in two steps, from Canara Bank's ATM at Nehru Nagar Diwani Crossing Agraas the ATM was dispersing max Rs 2000/- per card at a time and Rs 500/- ( being other bank ATM).
                  Rs 200/- were dispensed successfully.
                  In next trial of drawal of Rs 500/- ATM machine tried a lot but finally regretted on account of No Cash with ATM. While, the money was debited from my account, as I came to know through SMS.
                  I waited for 10 minutes but no money.
                  Guard assured for reversal of payment and I also know that in such cases the payment will be reversed.
                  But till date the payment of Rs 500/- is not reversed.
                  Pl look into the matter and arrange reversal of the same.

                    I m calling your badshapur gurgaon haryana branch from past 1hr on both landline phones no one is picking call [protected], [protected] is this the way you torcher your coustomers i m going there to clear my loan account manager is hard to find there and they give me this nymbers and says call and ask manager is there then come and no one ever picks call this branche is for coustomer torcher or support

                          With reference to my complaint, I still don't get any solution. My bank account is showing deducted amount of RS. 5000 and Paytm account shows transaction failed. so what should I do? Please, Kindly help me to sort out this issue.

                                  I am dr. Subbarayudu boda... I did 2 transactions through online union bank upi mobile app on 14/12/2016... Transaction status was showing failure but yet money was not refunded to my account.. I called customer care and they told me to register a complaint in mobile upi app, unfortunately that option is not available in the union bank upi app... Please find herewith enclosed attachments...
