Sub: non credit of reversal amount spend using debit card (No-[protected])

Dear sir,

1. I used the my above debit card for purchase of petrol of rs. 200/- from sai jaisheel petroleum (Tid-ap014476) near coromondal gate, sriharipuram, visakhapatnam on 18 nov 2016. The transaction was failed and the sale was reversed by the swipe machine with a sale-reversed...

My atm card was missing so i block my atm card through helpline no.
I was go to the bank but there are not gave his attention so i not apply
Application about atm card after 2 weeks new semester will start & fees are pay
Through paytm but i don't have an atm so argent need for new atm card.

So i wish you will help me quickly and understand my situation....

I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was failed at 9th Dec 2016 08:20 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I talked two times to call center people. they told "call center can not help for case o[censored]PI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

In Union bank UPI app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint. I have that screenshot, will share on demand.br...

I tried to purchase one of the Item on 11/12/2016. Time: 18:48:11. I made my pament through the Debit Card Swaping Machine using HDFC Bank . After the Transaction Failed of the payment the amount got deducted from my account. =================================================

I have made a transaction with reference id = UPI ref id:[protected] for an amount of Rs 20000. the same is not credited to my own Beneficiary account in another bank. Amount is yet not reverted to my union bank of India account. No one is responding to complaint made to Customer care toll free number team is saying you keep trying and server will respond once it goes live. no time limit is being given. A cheque of sbi vijay nagar branch jabalpur chq. no. 348075 dated nov'25th, 2016 amounting rs. 15000, was droped in drop box of union bank of india wright town branch, besides anant hospital, madanmahal station road, but till date the chq. is not cleared, my a/c. no. is [protected] having saving account in the same bank. i have also complained to regional branch of jabalpur ubi and the branch where i am having my a/c. i had received calls...

The bank authority is not allowing people even to deposit some amount of money as they are providing the amount to their known people who enters without even waiting in public line. We also call the helpline and bank public helpline number, no response is delivered to us. Known rich people are allowed very respectfully in the bank, and provided them the adequate amount to them. I was also not allowed to talk to the branch manager and employees...

Holding a saving account in union bank of india prabadevi branch mumbaion 7 dec my debit card was miss yse for the amount of 25000rs acount in the name of namcy martis.wen brought to the bank notice about the incident bank is not willing to coperate wth the issue saying its not their look out how can it b possible for a bank to give such reply to their customer..pkz help me to lodge a complain.

I was transferring money from my account to my friend's account through union bank upi application and my transaction timed out thrice and in fourth attempt it was sent while on the other hand my failed transactions, my money was debited thrice from my account with reference no.[protected],[protected],[protected] on date 3'december'2016, my union bank account no. I want too open an account applied online for the same.
After that i submitted all the details to mira-bhayandar branch, (Thane-401107) on 2/11/16.
Today when i visited they told me that the branch is different where i have to submit the document.
While submitting documents also they did not inform not even after a month till i visit.
This is very poor response from the bank which is not acceptable from union bank.br...
