I have made an imps transaction of Rs. 500 from union bank upi app but the amount has not been transferred to the receiver's account and also not been refunded into my account.

I have contacted union bank customer care but they asked to complaint online through upi app only but i am unable to register compalint there.

Please help me regarding this asap

On 29th october, 2016 i made a payment of rs. 1050.00 to uppcl through my debit card. The card get swiped but the payment was not made to uppcl.
Hence, rs.1050 got deducted from my saving bank a/c-[protected].
The balance after the payment was 2224.00 cr.
I appeal you to resolve my grievance as soon as possible

I wished to make the payment by use of my Debit Card of Account No[protected] clearing the payment of Janata Khadi Bhandar, Pune on 13-November-2016. The transactions was denied/failed two times. The problem is unclear. If the card can not be used for purchase of items or goods, then What is the real use of it?

I withdraw an amount of Rs 800/= from ICICI Debit card at ATM no 473, Town Hall Road of Union Bank of India on 11/07/16 at 17.37 whose station id DMAD[protected], record no : 7036. But the receipt for the dispensation states it as Rs. 1800/=. .I informed to my bank. Fortunately, my account was debited only for the amount withdrawn.

While processing online payment through netbanking OTP is not being generated by UBI since 05/11/2016. There is no network issue as I am getting OTPs of other banks. Earlier OTP was generated very late while processing the online payment in sometimes error of time out occurred due to late generation of OTP but nowdays OTP is not being generated which causes inconvenience. Kindly look into matter & resolve the issue at your end at the earliest....
