24*7 hrs service provided by bank and cut maintenance charge but where provided service in thane East only one branch available and ATM kiosk in ATM kiosk cheque and cash deposit machine also all off 4-5 days I see bank close and kiosk also close next day follow rows what kinds off bank service

    The bank authority is not allowing people even to deposit some amount of money as they are providing the amount to their known people who enters without even waiting in public line. We also call the helpline and bank public helpline number, no response is delivered to us. Known rich people are allowed very respectfully in the bank, and provided them the adequate amount to them. I was also not allowed to talk to the branch manager and employees are not listening to public demands and behave roudly to the public. If action is not taken, I will approach for FIR for such bank management.

      I am Imperia customer of your bank handling CC limits of more than 1 crore in your branch Dugri road Ludhiana.
      i am unable to withdraw the limits of 50000/- per week from my current and CC a/c. and the limit of 24000/- per week from my saving a/c.
      Inspite of my request to Manager and higher officials of your bank, the office boy come empty handed every time, inspite of standing in queue for more than 4 hours every day. and when we request the manager to take our cheques and fix the time when we got cash but he enable to do that.
      now we are facing shortage of funds and it effects our work and we are suffering a lot due to poor management of your branch. Your branch poor services will lose faith in your bank and effects the reputation o[censored]nion bank.
      so it is requested to look into the matter and help us to withdraw the amount at earliest and oblize.

        UPI transaction failed

        I did transaction through UPI android app, and it was failed at 6th Dec 2016 03:00 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (CaseID:[protected], but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]PI transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint...

            I want too open an account applied online for the same.
            After that i submitted all the details to mira-bhayandar branch, (Thane-401107) on 2/11/16.
            Today when i visited they told me that the branch is different where i have to submit the document.
            While submitting documents also they did not inform not even after a month till i visit.
            This is very poor response from the bank which is not acceptable from union bank.
            Even i came to know that the branch manager asked staff for not call again as first time when they call i was in a meeting and could not attend.

                  after this complain in next second i had get fraud ( hakers)call from unknown person asking my other bank debit card information. i refuse to give ane he cut the call.. his no is [protected]. this is fraud website i think.

                    30-40 logo ko hi ek din me 2000 rupee issue karke cash khatm hone ka bahana banakar baki logo ko wapis bhej deta h,
                    phir apne dalalo ke jariye black money ko white karta h uske liye 30-40 % tak commission leta h.
                    Uski chori ke karan aam logo ko paise nahi mil rahe h.

                      We m/s naveen gas service have a current account in your bank with ac/no [protected]. We are unable to pay the salary only because of harassing behavior of manager o[censored]nion bank of india of samalkha branch mr pandey. We submitted my self check of rs 50000 on dated 21/11/16 time aprox 12 pm bitween 12 pm it refused by saying there is no cash we only giv ten thousand to you. Secondly we submitted my check on wednesday to friday time 12 pm to 2 pm regularily but there is no cash in bank as per mr pandey. But as i m in branch mr pandey deleverd cash to there known or may the have any setting to some persons for replacement of old notes to new. As per rbi norms in current account weekly we can withdrawal 50000/- per week. But union bank of india samalkha branch is harassing us. You requested to see in the matter & take necessary action for smooth operation & stop forgery of bank employees to support black money holders.

                        Gentle reminder!!

                        I am not getting any feed back from branch also. All are busy in exchanging notes at public service. Regular customers are ignored due to temporarily additional work load.

                        This to inform you that today an amount of rs. 4, 361/- wrongly debited in my - sb a/c no. [protected] at ubi lilavati extention counter.

                        I hereby clarify that i have not issued any cheque to any one for the above said amount. Also i have not given any mandate for ecs to any person or company recently in force.

                        I seems an error occurred at your back office operation or otherwise it should be a mischievous and frivolous act of some cheating entities or individual.

                        Please take the matter very seriously and investigate urgently.

                        Therefore, i request you to reverse the transaction and credit the amount rs. 4, 361/- back to my above sb account with immediate effect under intimation to me.

                            I am having account in patia union bank.I hav gone to jaydev vihar bhubaneswar branch. To deposit some cash(10 rs coin amt of 1000 rs) bt they refuse bcoz i m not from that branch.Bank was free but they did not receive.they argue to not deposit 10 rupees coin

                                4. Everything is put on the same page

                                  I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of India branch aurangabad of Varanasi district. I don't know that u will do any action or not but i say u only that when I cross all the limit of my fortitude really then I write this complain.its too much sir/mam the staff of aurangabad branch distt.Varanasi of this bank is too much rude specially the assistant manager misbehave and too much dishouner/insult people/customers.he behave look like a dictator or a boss as people like his servant and the cameras of the bank are proving my complain of his hurting behaviour.u can check and its very serious problem of this branch because due to misbehaving and insulting nature of staff people are closing their union bank account.I am not saying that u do transfer of assistant manager and the staff of this branch but want to say only that kindly for the humanity and only humanity i[censored] have a little heart for old and poor kindly u give order to branch manager that he control his staff and assistant manager'misbehaving and insulting nature .then people feel better in the bank and we all do our work better.

                                    I loaded my digipurse account with rs.4000 on 14/11/2016 from my bank of india card. The amount debited from bank account but still not added to my digipurse. I mailed many time to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no reply for mails and customer care executives are helpless. Pls help to refund my money.

Vinay Singh gaur made FDR worth RS. 1100000.00 with Union bank of india M G ROAD INDORE M.P.with good faith & believe that my hard earned money remain in safe custody in bank & get interest RS. 12000.00 per month for livelihood of we two senior citizens but UBI INDORE DEBIT FREEZED my FDRS & it is almost 06 years not unfreezing FDR . My husband died approaching bank for unfreezing FDRS on 31.10.2015.I am unable to fight with bank. Please do get unfreez FDRS worth RS. 1100000.00 before my death.I will be highly obliged to you.
