      It kindly inform you that i felt very bad behaviour from staff of kottakkal. They treated in bad language. I felt ashamed on their bad behaviour. It is they treat coystomer as very poor. It is two lady staff insulted and treated very bad. How a bank staff can do this. I hope you will take case against that two ladies. Pls consider my issue as soon as possible

      It is kindly inform you that I felt a worst situation from your union bank of india .
      I am a account holder of your bank .when I visted bank for my brothers account issue two ladies staff o[censored]nion bank of india kerala (state)malappuram( district) Kottakkal (branch) dealt with me as bad language .and the treat me and customers as very roughly and bad languages.it is very said see that from esteemed bank ."they told that it is a nationalised bank and they do what ever they needed"they treat us with very bad attitude.the two ladies staff of the union bank of india (kottakkal branch) is very bad so I kindly request you take action against them as soon as possible

After deposit i take a statment of my a/c. When i see the statement, bank has deduct money in my a/c dt 17-09-16 amt rs.863 & 575. I concern the loan officer mr.           I went on friday in sec 16 noida branch my name is rajesh already have my saving account since 4 yrs i have given my request with required documents for open current a/c i met with abhijeet manager over there he dinied to open my account without any reason when i asked the reason said meri marzi hai open karu ya na karu and misbehave with me they are not giving service not manager also all staff was misbehaving with me. What is this why u are not taking necessary action against the manager and staff now what i do pls tell me bank branch code is 6427. My contact no. [protected]. Ur bank manager directly said jao jo karna hai kar lo is this the way to speak with the customer pls reply me i am waiting.

            Dear sir, i have atm card o[censored]nion bank, situated at 150 ft road rajkot.
            On the date of 12/10/2016 i have goto sbi bank atm situated at rajnagar chok branch, where i do procedure of withdrawing money but unfortunately i have not received money from atm & as night time was there i have not contact same day on the both branch. Next day i goto union bank for passbook entry & there is entry that i have debited monry from atm which is not true.

            And i contact branch manager, he is not reply me well & not giving me necessary info how to solve this. However this is under responsibility of bank.

            Today is 25th october 2016 & not receiving my money in my account.

            Kindly see this issue.

              Sir/Mam i was transferring money from phonepe app which uses upi to transfer money but due to some reasons the transaction was failed but my money was debited from the account on 15th Oct for 2900 INR and i got a message from bank that my transaction is reversed with reference id[protected] but even after 10 days I haven't received the money in my account, i tried to call the helpline but they got no helpful answers i even tried to lodge complaint through upi app but it won't load, I'm a student i am writing this because i know you could help me, please. Just help me I'm in very urgent need of those money i have to fill my exam form with that money i hope you'll escalate my problem asap. I tried to lodge complaint through upi app but when i click on debit tab it shows error occured transaction timed out and couldn't lodge complaint, please help me or I'll now take a legal action

                  I have paid the 3rd quarter fee in respect of two of my daughters miss. Poorvi kalyani. S and pruthvi ragini. S who are in ii standard of kv of mg colony. I have paid the fees of 1525/- to both of them with citi bank credit card and i also got sms that transaction is completed successfully. But till date no receipt is generated. Kindly look into the matter and expedite the school is pressing for receipt.

                    I paid dues of my son"sritam kumar sahoo", o[censored]id number-[protected], through sbi debit card on 06/10/2016, for 3rd quarter. during 1st online transaction, it was unsuccessful, but in the 2nd attempt it was successful. but rs 3000 was debited from my sbi account twice. how can i get back my excess amount of rs3000?. and i also want the receipt of fee deposit.

                          I took a home loan from Union Bank of India, Suri branch on[protected] at floating (Base Rate). A/C No-[protected].
                          But this Bank debited 0.75% excess interest from first to last against this loan. I informed this matter to Union Bank Suri & Durgapur jonal office six month ago. But no respond.
                          So return me the total excess interest this Union Bank of India consumed or entertained cumulative ly.

                                I am unable to pay my daughter fees due to error in email id. My daughter I'd is [protected]. She is studying in kv calicut. I tried several times with my 2 email id but not accepting. Please sugfest me is there any option to change my email id or else please remove the columns of email id and phone no because my child school is having all hr details. It is very diificult for parents to make online payment if such prompt comes while making payment. Please advise me for making payment as the last date of payment is 15th oct.                                     Malpractices regarding issue of Confirmation Letters

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    We seek to draw your kind attention to the plight of recently recruited staff members posted at branches and offices of Kolkata Region of the bank. These newly recruited officers and award staff are denied of their due confirmation orders even after successfully completing their respective probation periods.

                                    It is sad to mention that this confirmation exercise has become a source of illicit practices at the bank’s Kolkata Regional Office. Individuals like Sri Manoranjan Das, posted at the concerned department of NRO Kolkata, are bargaining with newly recruited officers and staff and their families for handover of confirmation orders/memorandum. Repeatedly raising the issue to the present Regional Head, Shri Chittaranjan Patra has been of no respite. Perhaps concern for recently recruited staff members is farthest in the mind of the present Regional Head at Kolkata, even though he is the competent authority for release of confirmation orders.

                                    Such is the deplorable condition, that even officials and staff posted in Regional Office itself, have not received their due confirmation orders/memorandum!! Now fate of branch functionaries are can be easily presumed.

                                    As a cover up for all these malpractices and under pressure from bank’s central office at Mumbai, Sri Manoranjan Das has very cleverly marked “confirmed” for these staff-members, at bank’s HR portal Union Parivaar. But without physical confirmation letter/memorandum in hand these staff are put to various inconveniences both inside and outside the bank. For e.g. they cannot avail any personal loan or other advances from any other financial institutions. Also they are not able to avail bank’s various facilities upon transfer to other regions from Kolkata. So justification behind this deceiving strategy taken by NRO Kolkata is not amply clear.

                                    Can you please enquire why Union Bank of India’s Regional Office at Kolkata is unable and reluctant to issue simple confirmation letters to its own employees, which are given by all other banks with ease and efficiency in a timely manner? If this is the plight of bank’s own employees what can customers expect from this bank? Is this not a vital reason why bank’s customers at Kolkata have diverted huge funds from Union Bank of India to other public sector banks? If these deficiencies of services continue how can the bank expect to retain good employees and customers?

                                    We would request you to kindly contact the said Regional Office and guide and train the concerned personnel with required support so that this harassment of newly recruited staff-members stops forth with. Transparency in the recruitment and confirmation process is sought after.

                                    Please instruct the concerned regional office accordingly so that newly recruited staff-members are not harassed for so many months for receipt of their due confirmation memorandum/order.
