On 05.10.2016, i transacted at axis bank atm, through union bank of india, world bank, barra branch, kanpur atm card no.[protected] to draw rs.4000/- from my saving account no.[protected], but i got a slip record no.1732 noted transaction declined unable to process, and i got no cash, but my account has debited with aforesaid amount.
Pl. Do needful and credit aforesaid amount....

I have paid Rs 1831.14/- through SBI Cradit card for 3rd quarter due of my ward Deepanshu Kumar, Class -III, UID NO.- [protected] on 05.10.2016, but the status has not been updated till yet. The said amount debited from my account. kindly look in to the matter & provide a copy of receipt and oblige.

On 02.10.2016 I made an online payment to Snapdeal amounting Rs. 1423/-. The payment could not be made to Snapdeal and the amount of Rs. 1423/- was deducted from my s/b a/c no- [protected]. kindly get the amount credited into my a/c.
