My account was opened 1 and a half month before and still the debit card is not activated. They said to visit the home branch i visited the branch o 7th april 2016 they told me that your debit card will be activated in next two working days so that means it should have been activated on 9th of april 2016 and today the date is 19th april 2016 and still not the debit card is activated. I cant visit the home branch again and again as it is far from my residence. I need a revert from your'll and i am not going to visit the bank again

    I have already paid the fee of kv for the qtr apr 16 to jun 16 amount of rs1800/ on 04 apr 16 through sbi internet banking but unable to take print receipt. The amount is deducted from my account and the transaction ref no is igobtjdsw0. My ward name is sneha sheo, id is [protected] and dob is 13/11/2005. Kindly do needful as soon as possible.

    Sir due to this problem I can not produce the bill.

        Hello
        I have connected my debit card with my paytm account and regularly I make many transactions like recharge, bus tickets, Bill payments etc. Recently on 5th February 2016 while booking a bus ticket I faced an internet error "transaction failed", after all the process of payments were done. So an amount of Rs. 446 were deducted twice from my account. But Rs. 446 of 1 transaction were refunded back by Paytm, when I called paytm care and told them to about the refunding they said they have already refunded and they have no idea about the 2nd transaction. So i request you to please look forward to my issue and please refund my amount.

          I was withdrawal amount in union bank of India but i gon't get cash but amount debited in my account i was give the complaint 4th April 2016 till now also no response the complaint no 15383211
          UNIAN बैंक अभी भी 20 साल पहले की तरह काम कर रहा /बैंक की बहुत सारी सुविधा हमे नेट से मिल रही हे /परन्तु बैंक का स्टाफ अभी भी तानाशाही रुख्त पर कायम हे /सरकारी बैंक होने के नाते स्टाफ गराग कस्टमर को कुछ समजता ही नही उनका बात करने का तरीका अफरशाही जेसा हे /इसलिए कस्टमर आज प्राइवेट बैंक की और जा रहे हे .यह में silvassa unian बैंक की शाखा के अनुभव से कह रहा हु

            Opted for payment of mobile recharge through u-mobile on 13/04/2016 a sum of rs.720 has been debited and not received by the beneficiary txn id[protected] status shows still in progress.Please arrange to reverse the amount if not able to transfer to the beneficiary

              K V fees receipt for[protected] not getting generated and on clicking the "Print Receipt" option we are getting the message "Either you have not paid fees till now or no record found". the receipt is very important for us as we have to submit for student' s scholarship claims.

Aur jab maine pucha to bole ki atm withdrawal ho gaya hai.hum kuch ni kar sakte.aur maine paise nikale b nai fir b wo asa bol rhe h.aur ab koi action lene ko taiyaar nai h.bolte hai hum kuch ni kar sakte hai..sir ab aap hi humari kuch help karein..plzz sir..aap hi kuch kar dijiye help..mera contact no hai [protected].

                  I have requested for recharge of rs.50 to the mobile no. [protected] on 09/04/2016 12:41 pm through union bank of india mobile app. Amount deducted from my account but not credited in the given mobile number. I have contacted bsnl customer care and they told to submit a complaint to the bank. Currently i'm in uae and i recharged from here. Please solve the issua and also please confirm no further issues may occur in the future recharges.

                      Please do not choose UBI for the abroad transactions, This bank has employees with more talkative ppl but do not know how to send money to the abroad, coz my dad deposited the money for me which is 3 days(Working days) and till now i did not get a penny from India, I dont know how lazy the people are. I lost my semester. And please, Bankers we knew you all are very talkative to get the deposits from the people, and please be aware that we are not coming to talk. We want you guys to work efficiently.

                        my name is krishna kant gupta . i am a customer of darjeeling branch . today 5/04/2016 i was making transaction from IDBI atm counter siliguri . when i have entered my pin detail to withdraw an amount of 6000 the transaction was automatically cancelled and i dint get the amount .so i make a second attempt to withdraw the money and again entered my pin detail and i got money 6000.but the amount was deducted twice from the account .so please make inquiry on this and refund my money .

                            Today i used your atm branch(Union bank of india bhumkar nagar - pune maharashtra).

                            It seems the atm is not at all well maintained and not at all safe to use.

                            - when you enter atm then door gets closed completely and there is no handle to open the door once you complete your transaction. You have to call someone from outside to push the door for you. Even i could not see a security even in the morning time at around 8:34.


                            This is the terrible thing and unfortunately my worst experience in any of the atms.

                            If handle was broken your regional bank branch should have taken care of it.

                            - second thing is a/c was not working. This can be ignored looking at first complaint! And if you do not wish to use a/c it is better you do not provide door to your atms as a common sense and as a safety measure!!!

                            - third and the most important thing is your toll free number is utter useless.

                            Because when i called them their first question was do you have your account in that branch. Why the hell will i necessarily have account in your bank if i am using atm service to withdraw money?

                            -fourth thing they don't register complaint themselves but give me regional office pune numbers as follows:


                            1)[protected]

                            2)[protected]

                            The first one is not working (User busy). It seems they must be getting many complaints so they purposely have done this.

                            Second number i can hear the ring but nobody answers. It is already 10:15 now in the morning!

                            -fifth thing is if i am not able to reach these numbers does your bank handle such complaints or you do not have any concern over people's safety?

                            -as a suggestion, your customer executives should register and forward the complaint to respective branch. In such technologically advanced era you seem to be lacking behind.


                            P.S. I will not necessarily be using your atms ever again but i care for other people's safety as a human being. I hope i will get your reply back on this issue asap.

                              I hadn't received my refund done by jabong on[protected]. i sent them e-mail regarding this then they provided me with an e-mail "[protected]@unionbankofindia" and told me to send the refund reference number to them. i did exactly told by jabong but i didn't got any response from union bank. Jabong had provided me with transaction id between them and payment gateway. they are stating this refund issue your bank's fault and now i am trying to contact your customer care and i can not reach to them too. i eagerly want my refund of amount rs 942 back into my account.

                                Because of lack of staff.
