I've complained in email many times. But not even single response from bank side. I've made transaction of Rs- 3, 250. On 17th January 2022. Transaction was not successful and it didn't reflect there. But amount was deducted. I have called Receiver helpdesk., They said if it didn't reflect in 3 days. I have to pay again and ask bank for refund. But no one is responding for this issue from bank side. Please check screenshot for transaction details.
