Dear sir, My father and mother are the customer of Andhra Bank, which is now Union Bank of India, having its Branch at Satasankha, Puri, Odisha, code-0695, froudulently debited Rs. 31 lakh in two accounts one year back. only six month before it come to our knowledge when pass book updated. since then I with my old parents running to branch, there is no satisfactory reply. only reply investigation is going on, when amount received, we will back. Sir, I am a farmer, father and mother are very old, amount got from death of my brother from his company due death in Corona. my position is measurable. After death of brother, family financial condtion going to worse. pl look into mater seriously, give me justice, otherwise my parent one day will commit suicide.
