This is Sunayana. This is my account number [protected] holding account in Andhra Bank. I applied for debit card for this account number. They gave the debit card and ask me wait for 2 days to complete. I waited around 4 days, still card not working. I went to the bank and ask for the help. They told me to update phone number. So, i gave form request to them. They told by evening it will complete. Still the card not working. Now, they are telling account got deactivated. give one form, so that they will make it active. Again, I went to the bank provide all the details in form and gave it to them. Now the staff is telling manager didn't come, come when the manager comes.

I have basic doubt, when they gave the debit card, they are not check anything ?

    An old aged person wife died, his wife is having account in union bank of India, Mangalam Branch, Tirupati. Old aged person is continuously going every day to bank for withdraw his wife money in account but they are not giving money and telling some reasons. Aged person is not able to walk but he is going everyday. Bank people are talking rashly. Can u please take action against Bank manager.

      There was some fraudulent transactions occurred from my Union Bank credit card Dated 31/08/2021 which I have notified to Union Bank Customer care number [protected] which was neither mentioned on Union Bank credit card anyway I found it from credit card statement and called them the same day.
      They advised me to lodge an cyber cell FIR and send it to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com . I have done it accordingly and every next day I follow-up with them through phone. Your phone banking official informed me I will get reply within 02 days which I have not received yet and it is understood that they were just dummy customer care executive.
      Anyway apart from the disputed amount I have cleared all amount payable to them. Last 02 days back I received an call from[protected] asked me about the credit card bill due I explained her about the steps I have taken. She provided me an phone number[protected] I called immediately the Mrs, S Kalpana, Credit Card Division Hyderabad. She provided me an email address to address [protected]@unionbankofindia.com
      She informed me she didn't know about the incident and she cannot do anything.
      And it is observed that yesterday they have deducted the amount from my savings account not keeping the minimum balance.
      Is it my fault you have communication gap??
      There was no communication between your customer care executive and your official.
      To make an online transaction through credit card we have been provided by an OTP for the transaction which I have not received and the fraudulent transactions done. It is your credit card department who is totally responsible for this.
      I do not trust you anymore. Is not it true that your bank believes in cheating customer.

        My name is Anshul Sahu and I had ordered a product of RS.3999 Amazefit bip u pro in Amazon on 29-Oct-2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 23-Nov-2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my Account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] told me to fill charge dispute form but Union Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           I made a payment of 5000 with U Mobile application from my Union Bank of India account number [protected] on 03/01/2022 at 16:23:36. Amount got deducted and i got a confirmation message from my Bank also, but the amount didn't get credited into the receiver's bank account. I have attached payment slip and confirmation message below.

                I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN UNION BANK OF INDIA, MOUNT ABU (307501) AS SAVING BANK ACCOUNT ([protected]) NAME IS MUKES TAK AND AN ATAL PENSION SCHEME IS INBUILT FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT, Whose installment was deducted every month 164 every month from the year 2015, which I had taken 2000 rupees every month on the plan for 60 years according to the plan. But from January 2021, my installment is deducted more instead of 164 every month, the details of which are as follows. and one more issue that i was shocked about because And I have also downloaded my Atal Pension Statement, not a single installment has been deposited in it since Janauary 2021 till date.                   Dear sir, My father and mother are the customer of Andhra Bank, which is now Union Bank of India, having its Branch at Satasankha, Puri, Odisha, code-0695, froudulently debited Rs. 31 lakh in two accounts one year back. only six month before it come to our knowledge when pass book updated. since then I with my old parents running to branch, there is no satisfactory reply. only reply investigation is going on, when amount received, we will back. Sir, I am a farmer, father and mother are very old, amount got from death of my brother from his company due death in Corona. my position is measurable. After death of brother, family financial condtion going to worse. pl look into mater seriously, give me justice, otherwise my parent one day will commit suicide.                       On 9th September 2018, Rs 6000 was withdrawn from my account by an unknown person through an ATM even though the Debit Card was in my possession at the time of withdrawal. I have launched a complain with the Juhu Tara Branch on the next day of the incident and as per their directions, after a month on 10th October launched a complain with the police. Even after 3 years of persistent visits to the Branch about the inquiry of the above said incidents we still don't have a solution nor has the bank refunded our amount back. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve our issue.

                        We have a Savings Bank Account with Union Bank of India, Thane West (Maharashtra) Branch.

                        From the Form 26AS downloaded from the IT website for the AY 2021-22, I found that UBI had paid/credited an amount of Rs. 39, 567 by way of interest. No Tax was remitted to Govt as no TDS was deducted.

                        But my records show that I had received Rs. 20, 661 by way of interest on SDR’s/TD’s etc. and a total of Rs. 2, 097 by way of SB Interest in the last financial year. This, ofcourse, did not include any interest accrued as the bank has not provided those details.

                        So I requested UBI to furnish the break up of Rs. 39, 567 to enable me to file my Income Tax Returns. I made this request to them on 23 November 2021 as the last date for IT Returns was 31.12.2021.

                        As I did not receive any reply till 29 Nov 2021 I was jumping from pillar to post and an Official in the Field General Manager’s office gave me few e-mail id’s and another official from Regional Manager’s office advised me to request for Interest Certificate.
                        On that day itself I sent an e-mail to my Home Branch Head requesting to issue an Interest earned certificate for the year ended 31 March 2021 in respect of all Term Deposits/Short Deposit Receipts/Recurring Deposits generated from the my Savings Bank a/c with them. I also requested for a certificate for the SB interest on the above account.
                        I did not receive any reply till 12 December when I sent emails to :
                        Field General Manager,
                        General Manager,
                        Regional Manager; and their
                        Principal Nodal Officer cum Chief Grievances Redressal Officer.
                        The Principal Nodal Officer cum Chief Grievances Redressal Officer thought his job was over with an email sent as under:

                        We have accounts with some other private banks and we did not face any such problem from them. Problems including indifferent attitude and apathy!
                        From the AIS and TIS downloaded from the IT website we found to our surprise that those PRIVATE BANKS have given separate figures for Savings Bank Interest – upto Rs. 10, 000 is exempt from Income Tax – and for Term Deposits/Short Deposit Receipts/Recurring Deposits etc.
                        At the same time Union Bank Of India – a NATIONALISED BANK – did not give such details even after request.
                        The Principal Nodal Officer cum Chief Grievances Redressal Officer also expects reminders from the Bank’s ESTEEMED customers!
                        I have submitted my IT Returns on the basis of details with me, but I am sure there will be querry from the IT Dept. Even if I get those details now, I can submit a REVISED IT Return.
                        But I don’t think that will happen. I will have to pay additional IT unnecessarily ie. which otherwise I am not supposed to pay!

                          I had applied for DATA PATTERN INDIA IPO but the application was rejected from the UBI ASBA giving the reason Respmandate timeout error but the amount has was lien for it although the application was rejected, the ipo has been listed and the expiry date has also passed by but the amount of ₹14, 625/- has not been unblocked yet. kindly unblock the lien amount....

                            UBi, branch-latakandi, Hailakandi, assam.service of bank is so poor..even a single men on the line it takes 3hour..after that also bank can't fulfill you to give only a devit card...if your bank is such that I can change my bank service...lot of hates to your bank service

                                  I have ordered Hitpricemart handy stitch sewing machine on[protected].
                                  I have returned the product .
                                  Refund was initiated by Amazon on
                                  [protected].
                                  Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the bank has not credited money yet.

                                  This is urgent please help as soon as possible.

                                    We here by inform that we recently transferred our account bearing account number:[protected] to your Branch from Jubilee hills branch. Before transferring the account we have submitted all the formalities required for internet banking facility along with franking papers too at Jubilee hills branch. The Jubilee hills branch manager has sent request to RO for Doing the same, till date we haven’t received any communication from either from RO or Jubilee hills branch.

                                    Hence we request you to kindly look into the matter and see that we can get internet facility. We request you to communicate further.

                                      Did a upi transaction on 14th november, amount debited from my account, but not credited to beneficiarys account.
                                      I registered a COMOLAINT with union bank in November 25th, but still no action taken by bank.
                                      I called union banks customer services many times,
                                      They gave me complaint register number and said the issue will solve within 7 workimg days.
                                      Today was 9th working day after register my complaint.
                                      Every time they says your complaint under process.
