I did a upi transaction on 14th november, amount debited from my account, but not credited to beneficiarys account.
I registered a COMOLAINT with union bank in November 25th, but still no action taken by bank.
I called union banks customer services many times,
They gave me complaint register number and said the issue will solve within 7 workimg days.
Today was 9th working day after register my complaint.
Every time they says your complaint under process.

    Complain about an employee named Mr. Ashok (in charge of Making DD)
    Union bank Duncan Road branch, Mumbai- 400008

    Respected Sir

    I am one of the oldest Saving Account holders in Union Bank Duncan Road Branch, Mumbai- 400008. Today on 08/12/2021, I went to the bank around 2pm to make a DD, I asked to the guard about the DD, and he send me to Mr. Ashok who is in charge of the DD. I asked Mr. Ashok about the DD, he pointed to another seat and said that guy will make the DD but he went to lunch. I waited 45 minutes for that guy and when I asked him to make the DD, he sent me to another guy and that guy send me to Mr. Ashok. He was misbehaving and talking nonsense. I went to the manager and asked who is in charge of DD, he pointed to Mr. Ashok. I don’t know why everyone in the bank is afraid of him, nobody wants to give his name, when I asked I want to complain about him. Even I asked manager, he said I can’t give his name, you should ask him directly. I came to his seat he was not there on his seat. I asked another guy he said he went for lunch. I was really very upset with his attitude. Just because of this incident I am thinking to close my account with UBI.

    Kindly look in to this matter this guy is not suitable for this job, his attitude is very bad and he is wasting customer’s time.

    Further more I want to bring this also to your knowledge that most of the time ATM machine is not working in this branch, if asked, the reply is same always “internet is not working”

      I have submitted foreign exchange remittance papers to Koramangala branch on friday 3rd Dec, manager said she will get back in an hour but did not, came back at 2 o clock asking for visa copy. submitted by 3 o clock, even after submitting all required documents by them, they have not remitted. Till monday 6th Dec 1 pm no info from them.

      None of their (any branch) landline phone nos are working.

      Very bad experience, Bank is not proactive in updating the status to the remitter.

      going to close my accounts with that bank.

        I am Talluri Harsha Vardhan, customer o[censored]nion bank of india bearing account number-[protected]. On November 10th, 11th 2021 I have made a payment of rs 1509 on both the days for my examination fees. Unfortunately due to the technical issues my money has been debited and not created till now. It means that I have to get rs 3018 .
        I called to customer service and lodged a complaint for both of my failed payments.And the complaint id for Nov 10th failed payment is [protected], and the other failed one on 11th Nov is [protected].

        Kindly check the details and credit my amount into my bank as early as possible.

                I had paid for KV school fees through your online portal. While paying through the BHIM app it was shown that the payment is successfully done and amount also deducted from my account.                         I ordered the product from amazon.in at 599 rs, the quality of that product was not good so i returned it to Amazon on 9/11/2021, Amazon initiated refund on 9/11/2021 but still the the amount is not reflected in my bank account, Amazon has sent me the mail that they have refunded the amount with Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected]. But the amount is not credited in to my bank account. Pleas help me to get my refund money .

                            The applicant sent a request for FDR maturity payment to Sanjay place B.O Agra which was earlier seen for bail, has asked to get signed and stamped proof from the court that security has lifted.

                            Sir when security was given court affix stamped and signed " seen for bail "

                            when the security lifted the court affix stamped and signed " discharged " ( copy attached).

                            The court doesn't issue any certificate separately for the same.

                            On both occasions, the court has already fixed the stamp and signed it.
