My self syed Jafar. I Have taken home loan(Account No-[protected]) in your bank on Dt 09.12.2004 previous name on Andhra bank. Due to my financial Problems and my family circumstances not supported on that time to pay the loan amount. Under OTS Scheme i paid the total amount. .But
In my cibil The house loan is reflecting as settled .so I paid the total amount to your bank on 09.09.2021.I received the closure letter also .But in cibil It was showing as settled. I send many mails, but not received any Reply from bank end.So kindly Resolve the issue .

My complaint is still now in open .i did not get any information or even call till now

    — Amount deducted but payment not made.
    I paid lazypay due before the due date through paytm upi from my bank account and the payment failed made but the amount got deducted. I have made the payment on 13 November and still the payment not made.
    Proof are attached below please resolve the issue

    Hope you'll understand my situation. Please reply as soon as possible

        Dear Team,
        First let me introduce myself.. This is "Rashid Ali Ansari'' i belong to India Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh.
        I would like to inform you of one thing. I am staying out of India as a NRI for the last two years.. due to coming here I lost my registered mobile no. in case I am unable to use my banking services.. So in case I was contacted the union bank customer care service they finally replied and they suggested to me and they provided me with a branch Email id.([protected]@unionbankofindia.com)
        and they suggested that "I need to send the application to the Attn. Branch Manager"... and i did the same thing which is the suggested i sent the email to my Branch with all required documents last 02 week before. from my registered email id.

        But still i didn't get any kind of response from my Branch.. so in case i am very disappointed and i would like to request pls take a strictly action for Branch Manager who is not responding customer valid request.
        and pls try to resolve my issues as soon as possible.

          Sir, I have been sanctioned family pension by Rly authority vide letter WA/KGP/Pen/7th PC-Rev/217 dated 19/08/2021.
          On several inquiry i come to know that the order has been forwarded through UBI ZO Kolkata To UBI PENTION SECTION MUMBAI on 14/9/2021 Speed post No.EW[protected].
          The order was received by Mumbai UBI people received on 17/09/2021.
          On correspondence with Mr, Sashi related with Rly pension section UBI New Delhi, he promised to release the same by 2nd Nov 21 but till date I could not received pension and arrears.
          Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull as I am widow lady without pension last 10 years past.

            I had a balance of 2138 rupees till 2nd Oct 2021 and then 4078 till 2 Oct 2021.I am unable to understand why did Union bank of India continuously deducting my money as 15 rs or 17 rs per day and total it deducted more than 300 rs till date from my account as general charges...

            I had a balance of 4000 rupees till 1st Oct 2021. It is showing 15 Rs in my Account statement as Lien balance.
            I am unable to understand why did Union bank of India hold my money. I tried to call Toll free number. They refused to resolve my concern as they don't have any idea too.
            Please look into my problem and try to resolve the issue. As I have EMI's pending and I can not access my Money.

                I am using Remi Note 8 Pro. I am facing an issue with the U Mobile banking app, after sending activation/verification SMS it is not proceeding further it gets ...

                This problem I am facing from Oct 26, 2021. I contacted Union Bank Customer Care many times & a few emails were also sent to cgm.[protected]@unionbankofindia.com, gro.[protected]@unionbankofindia.com & mobile.[protected]@unionbankofindia.com.

                But the response is very poor.

                I am not sure, whether the problem is laying with U-mobile or Remi Note 8 pro software.

                Kindly help me to solve this problem.

                      Sir,
                      I have ordered a product of wired earphones&airdopes in Amazon on 1/10/2021.But I was cancelled the order on 3/10/2021& the Amazon was initiated the refund of Rs;1236/- on 3/10/2021 and it was expected to come on 11/10/2021
                      Amazon given me Refund Reference number (RRN);[protected], BUT the Union bank of India bank has still not credited my money.
                      This is urgent for me plz.. solve as soon as possible.

                        Without any prior information my account got frozen. I visited nearest branch they told me that to unfreeze your account you need to visit home branch. Its impossible in my part to visit home branch now because rite now I am in Kolkata. I tried to take help from customer care o[censored]nion bank of India but they are also not helpful enough. Please help me out how to get this matter sorted.

                          Respected sir;
                          I am Anurag Sinha Resident of Patna Bihar. My sister is a student of kendriya vidyalaya Bailey road Patna Bihar in class 7 A .Therefore all the fees payment of the vidyalaya are done through union bank of india. I tried to pay my sister fees of ruppes 1835 through the union bank of india online portal. But the money initially got deducted but the payment was not completed . And still after full 3 working days I have not received any kind of refund in my kotak bank account through which the payment was made. Transaction reference no is[protected]. Payment was made on 15th of Oct 2021. My sister unique student I'd is [protected].
                          Therefore I request you to pls kindly take necessary action so that my money could get refunded in my account

                            Dear Sir,
                            Both myself and my wife are users of Internet banking o[censored]nion Bank of India.
                            We encounter following problems:
                            !. Operative accounts –
                            All the connected accounts of one customer ID are not popping up. We are to enter SEARCH screen and enter all details to see balance/ transactions of our account.
                            However, connected accounts are popping up for another ID.
                            Action may please be taken to see that all connected accounts of that ID popup when we select Operative Accounts sub option under Accounts option in main menu.
                            This saves customers’ time.
                            2. Deposit accounts –
                            The list of active deposit accounts is not updated properly. The list is showing cancelled deposits also while new / revised deposits are not figuring in. There is option to show cancelled deposits.
                            Action may be taken to correct this report.

                              I ordered a product from amazon.in worth Rs.2999/- on 29 september 2021 and it got cancelled on 23 september 2021. so, amount was initiated on 1 october 2021. Then after 5 workings days i contacted the amazon customer care that i haven't received the amount yet so kindly give my money back.after that they investigate and informed me that they already refunded the amount with refund reference number:[protected]. and amazon asked me to file a charge dispute with bank so i filed a charge dispute complaint at my bank complaint number- [protected]. but they dint't take any action its been more than 21 days i haven't received my money yet they are not settling my amount to my account. They are not even listening. i want my money back as soon as possible. I also shared the email I received from amazon.

                                      I had applied for IPO of Ami Organics for 1 lot amounting to Rs. 14640 and the same amount was blocked. However, I didn't receive the allotment. It has been over a month and the money is still not refunded. Kindly release the lien in my account at the earliest.

                                      Recently customer care contacted me but did not initiate the refund process.
