    I was going to order from swiggy my money got deducted from my account but my swiggy order was not processed.on contacting the swiggy they said since the order was ordered was not processed the amount deducted from my account will be refunded within 7 working days..but till now i dint get my money back.

      I have submitted fees to his girl child which is I'd No [protected], on Date 02 of October 2021 due to network error one time submission challan is not generated.
      After some time I have submitted fees again and challan is generated.
      When o have printed my passbook on 05 of October I have know that fees submission happend two times.
      Kindly refund bmy one time fees for same account.

        Sub.: Issue of Form 16 for the FY 2020-21.

        With reference to the above, please check trailing mail - I have written several times to your Branch to no avail. There is no response from the listed landline no.s either.

        Your online Grievance site is not working and the RO Dehradun email id is also wrong.

        Please the email me my Form 16 for the last FY as I need to submit my Income Tax returns.

        I would be obliged if you could email it to me at this email id.

        A prompt response would be appreciated.

          About NPCI mapping problem with my bank account .
          Bank: Union Bank of India
          A/c no: [protected]

          I have been repeatedly visiting my bank from more then a week . When ever I go and ask they say that mapping is done . But if I check in Uidai website it's showing as technical exception and in DBT app it's showing as retry .

          I had apply for SSP(State scholarship portal) of karnataka . So for that I shd have NPCI mapping done but when I check in ssp portal it shows as not done.
          Please I kindly request to solve this issue as soon as possible so that I can get my scholarship.

          The only soln to this now is to open ippb(indian postal payment banking option) account in which account is opened from aadhar.After opening account successfully login to ippb go to services then go to aadhar seeding and select 2nd option of i want to change my dbt account to ippb.it will be done in 2 days very quick response.

                    I Mrs Latha Suresh Menon, holding a Savings Account in Union Bank, Vrindavan Branch, residing in Flat no:22, Bldg no:12B, Vrindavan Society Thane west.

                    Today morning (29.09.2021) I had received a message from Bank providing the OTP for transactions which I had not performed.By the time I reached the bank Rs 10, 000 and Rs 3, 500 was debited from my Bank Account. The Bank Statement is showing the amount has been transferred to “POS:Aeronfly intern Pali” having reference no:[protected]/[protected].( Bank statement attached for your quick reference).

                    On requesting the bank to reverse the transaction, they refused to do the same saying the otp has been shared through some app in my mobile and even refused from giving a formal acknowledgement of any fraud happening in your bank .The transaction has occured not out of consent of account holder and clearly it is a fraud.
                    Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Moreover if the bank realises its a case of Financial fraud they should take the details of the transactions and keep a control so that no customer looses their money to such fraudulent transactions, but the bank authorities just behaved as they are least bothered of any such transaction happening in the bank .

                          I was approached union bank of india sullurupet branch (near Government High school) regarding updation of email id, The bank officer said should give a written request for updation so that I have given the same.moreover, the bank official said it will take few working days to job done it was observed more than a week passed till now the updation not done.i request the concern official do the needful please..

                                Dear sir,
                                I paid Kendriya Vidyalaya fees by online debit card mode with Union Bank Of India online Fees Collection portal of Rs 3600 from online PNB DEBIT CARD.My payment was showing successfull on PNB m paasbook statement and My punjab national bank account Deduted the amount of Rs. 3600 on 24.09.2021 at 15:05 PM. But The deducted amount not credited to Kendriya Vidhyalaya's UBI Online fees collection portal yet . And when i goes to check my payment status on UBI Online fees collection portal's Payment History page the message showing on the page that "Payment initiated But Not Completed" This message is still on the payment history page of the UBI Online fees collection portal . So I want my deducted amount's Refund to my PNB account as soon as possible because we dont have more money so that we can pay the feea . I have a Transaction id of this transaction.

                                    Shifted from physical sim to esim with same handset (iphone 12) and same phone no, now u-mobile app is not working and asking for sim in physical slot...would you guys be able to rectify this matter asap as other banks app did not had a single problem... and please respond to my mails regarding same mailed to developer and bank, seems you guys doesn't give a damn about it
