Sir/Mam,

I had applied for GLENMARK LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED on 27 .07.2021 for 1 lot amounting to Rs 14, 400. When auto-pay generated it was unsuccessful but the amount debited from my account. Yet again I applied it still shows the same.. auto-pay generate, it was unsuccess and the amount debited from my account. Then I cancel it. Two times my amount was blocked.
I reached to zerodha then union bank customer care.

They didn't release my amount. According to them this amount will automatically credited into my account. When I ask till when they don't have a date for that. They don't even know till when my amount will be unblock.

still the amount is not yet refunded by the Bank. I tried contacting Pratap vihar, ghaziabad branch but even they don't resolve my problem. Kindly release the lien on my account at earliest.

          I had more than 30 savings and current account past 25 years, on your bank. After merged corporation bank to Union bank it’s not service good. They are treat irresponsive to customer.
          1. statement regularly not received send to mail
          2. as per RBI rules RTGS taken time only 10 min. but they are taken 6hr.
          3.cash deposit machine facility not in here
          4. They are no given response to customer…………
          5. pass book entry also they are taken more than 2 days
          6.Already more than 1000 customer on our bank, now 250 or 300 customers are changed new bank. I am your wellvisher in your bank, my friends circle also complimented to me that only i told.so please ignore this mail. NOTE: I MENTIONED ONLY NEW STAFF WORKING ARE NOT GOOD.

            I am doing transition but from two days transition is failed again and again every time showing your transition limit is over and you can try after 12 hours but after 12 hours it's showing same

              Transaction failed - Card was declined by the bank

              I often face issues transacting with UBOI's debit card. It works on some sites & doesn't work on some. I've used other bank debit cards as well & I don't face such issues. The worst part is there is no reason or error message sent via SMS or mail & even customer care can't tell why the transaction was declined. I need a resolution...

              Today(12.08.2021), I tried to pay my college(MNNIT Allahabad) fees through net banking, the amount was debited from my account but the site didn't get redirected to the college site due to some network problem, therefore payment was not done to the college. I therefore request to solve this problem as quick as possible since last date for submitting the fees is tomorrow(13.08.2021).

                Dear sir/ma’am
                This is to bring to your kind notice that my application for the Intial Public Offering of the “Devyani International” and “Exxaro Tiles” was not successful due to payment failure despite the amount of Rs. 14850 for the former and Rs.15000 for the latter being deducted and not refunded till this date as on 12th of August, 2021. Moreover, the refund date of the aforementioned IPOs has also passed. The details and all the necessary information are being attached with this mail. If anything else is needed, you are free to contact me.
                I would be obliged if my blocked amount is refunded to my account as soon as possible.

                  I had applied for ipo shares of windlas but transaction canceled and the amount is deducted and the refund date is passed and amount is still blocked in my account. I would request you to unblock the amount as I need it.

                  I have attached the tramsaction detail of my account. The amount is deducted on 4th August 2021

                            I have opened online saving a/c in IIT Kanpur Branch. As when I go to the bank for other process the employee said that you have bought a print out of online saving a/c application then I said why it is required as he can also track my application in the system. I have all the documents with me. Then they told that he has no internet access and misbehaves with me. So please take care of this complaint. The govt. employee took benefit of this job and then misbehaves with the customer. Please do some action upon bank manager also He cannot come at bank time. His cabin was empty at time of 12.00 PM.

                                Sir am trying to book flights tickets on ixigo using union bank debit card but my transaction is failed and rs 7864 debeted my account on the date of 02 /08/2021 then I contacted ixigo customer service they told me that amount is not credited ixigo account already am contacted union bank customer care my complaint number is [protected] so please kindly refund my money immediately...

                                I did transaction through AIRTEL android app, and it was failed at 7th AUG 2021 03:00 PM. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response. Even I talked two times to call center people. once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for transaction fails.
