Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I made a transaction on July 13, 2021, to pay a student's fees through the online mode. The amount was deducted from my account, but the student continues to be on the list of students in default. I contacted the bank concerned, they told me that the amount had been transferred to the other bank, but they have not claimed the amount up to now. So, it's my request to kindly refund my amount or claim the amount so that the fee can be paid.
