    Sir i have paid my 1st and 2nd quarter fees and it is payed from my account and i am going to take my receipt it becomes error, and i see the portal again that my fee is payed or not it showing again same amount that i have payed before so help me i need my money refund 5060/- rupees and then i will pay again my fees for 1st and 2nd.

      Initiated But Not Completed issue While Paying Online Fees

      Dear sir,
      I paid kendriya vidhyalaya fees by online (UPI) mode with Union Bank Of India online Fees Collection portal of Rs 1, 800 from Bhim UPI.My payment was showing successfull on Bhim app and My Bank Of India's account Deduted the amount of Rs. 1, 800 on 14.07.2021 at 06:30 PM. But The deducted amount not credited to kendriya vidhyalaya's UBI Online fees collection portal yet . And when i goes to check my payment status on UBI...

      I pay my nieces kendriya vidyalaya sangathan fees from union fee pay through upi id by google pay upi id [protected]@oksbi
      The amount of rs 1800 is deducted from my account but fees is not payed.
      I pay fees on 13 July 2021 at 05:56 PM. Kindly resolve my issue. The customer care o[censored]nion bank of India do not provide any help to me. They don't know about kvs fee payment through union fee pay. They said we only resolve issue regarding union bank. But i have done payment through union fee pay through google pay upi id of Punjab National Bank

                    I went to CDM on 1 st july to deposit money but my money got stuck due to wrong pin.i don't get any receipt.after that I deposited complaint letter to the bank of concerned atm.but till date 12 July I did not refund money of rs 500.

                            To file a complaint on Bank because of my transaction is not showing by filing charge dispute form but the Bank has no idea about this form.

                                  As my atm card has been undelivered and no such person had attempted to deliver no email no mobile contact . When i asked the branch they said "we don't know where is the card " very cool and demanded me once again rs 150 for the card . Since i can't pay every time .And it is a mistake from the bank side that they didn't updated me through mail or mobile sms about dispatch of my card so i request you to kindly redispatch my card to my communication address.

                                    On 02 july 2021, I made an online purchase and paid Rs. 12, 060. It got deducted from my account on the same day. There was a decrease on the product price which I had purchased, so the firm refunded Rs. 998 on 04 July 2021.

                                    But instead of crediting that amount it was debited from my account. How is that even possible???

                                    I did not authorize any such transaction, but it was debited from my acoount.

                                    I raised a complaint through customer care, and was told, it will take 45 days to resolve. why so much time to resolve this.

                                    Where is my money????

                                      The staff present there is rude and unprofessional. whenever you go to the bank, there will be a link failure or some other issue. It took me 4 months to make them change the mobile number of my relative's account, i was going to the bank and every time they were giving me new excuses and dates. Not only that, yesterday i opened an account with them. They asked for 2 passport size photographs, which they accepted without any issue. But today, while providing the passbook, they again asked for the photo which i provided (same as the previous one). But this time, They refused stating the photo is not acceptable or invalid. I just have one question, that if the photo was invalid or not acceptable then why did they accept the photo earlier. While questioning them, they rudely denied and told me that they will not grant me the passbook with this photo. The main problem is that they are rude with everyone there and wastes lots of time even for simple task. whoever visits that bank complains about the staffs and their way of doing things. PS - Not all staffs are rude only 2 of them are(I don't know the name) but the other employees don't question their behavior too.
