Staff at Union Bank, naini branch are really ignorant, printer is not working since last 5 days where hundreds of people come n printer is not working, is this Ur best service? It took 2 months to have my cheque book, bcoz employees are either don't know of their work or not interested. The security guard who can't help is only better at scolding old people outside the bank.

    Transaction declined

    Address: UBI ATM,MAHARSI DAYANAND MARG,NEAR UBI BRANCH,ANAND,GUJARAT

    I have used my debit card at the UBI ATM which id is PAND[protected]on the date 06/06/2021, 10.55AM, and it's record No 7562. The transaction is declined but the amount deducted from my account.Pl credit the amount which i have not received from ATM....

      Unable to open FD online

      I am unable to open FD account from my UBI account when i tried to open it since 2 weeks. I have raised this concern online and by email as well but no action has been taken from your end so far. I have been told that it is due to the PAN number not registered in my profile and hence the issue. Please be informed that I am having so many FD accounts in the same UBI(when it was a corporation) and I never had any issues and I submitted my PAN...

      I have ordered a imega universal brand washing machine stand orders on 22nd may 2021 .It was to be recieved on 27th may 2021 But I have returned my product.

      Amazon initiated the refund on 28th may, 2021 and it was expected to come on (2and june, 2021.Amazon gave me the reference id
      [protected]. But the
      Union bank has still not credited my money. Actually my account was from andhra bank but andhra bank recently merged by union bank...new IFSC CODES was issued .bug old IFSC CODES are valid till 30.06.2021.

      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

[protected] my card is lost on date : 11/05/2021 request on 13/5/2021 for new card then mail you again 23/5/2021 again 28/5/2021 still not received card how i will manage i want to use this card money already pandemic covid 19 so to much urgent new card please slove my issue urgent basis. I will pay all bill now need money so what to do now.

            Sir,
            I have order a realme 8 mobile on[protected]. I have cancelled my order[protected].
            Flipkart initiate the refund on[protected] it was expected to come on[protected].
            Flipkart give me the reference id[protected] but the ( Andhra bank )
            Merge in (union bank of india) bank has still not credited my mony.

            This is urgent please help me as soon as posible

                I applied for phone number linking and new check book in andhra bank in bhimavaram ssi branch .I went to bank with my mother two times but they didn't respond to my issue. So i tried costumer care but hey also didnt helped me againt my problem.And they warned me your call will record while i am telling issue about my mothers bank account.So please clear our problem by linky the bank account to [protected] phn number and we kept a complaint to issueing new check book .I am keeping hopes on you ans wishing that you will clear my problem ..

                      Sir/madam i had booked a ticket from hubli to bangalore on 26th january and the amount was deducted but ticket was not booked so i had contacted paytm but they said they have already forwarded to irctc and still I have not got refund please i request you to go through it and refund my amount the amount was 322.29rs transaction id:[protected]

                        Hi i am ishu kumar i ordered laptop from Flipkart which i paid arround 42K from my union bank debid card..but in few days sellers canceled my order on Flipkart and initiated the refund on 16 may and told me that money should be arrive on 24may and today is 26 th may but i did not got my money in my account ac no is [protected]

                          Sir,
                          Today ( 26.05.2021) I went to Andra Bank, Ashok Nagar branch, Chennai to submit a request letter to get a new cheque book ( My Bank account number is [protected]). But the staff of this branch refused to accept my letter. So, I met the branch Manager to submit that letter, he also refused to receive my letter. ( He is sitting in a room but there is no name board and designation board in and out. Total confusion, whether he is BM/Manager/CM).
                          He doesn't know how to behave with a customer. There was no single customer at that time. He totally behaved in an indecent manner. So, I asked him to give me the email id of his superior to send the complaint through mail. But he refused to give and shouted. Earlier I had this account at West Saidapet, Chennai. There was no problem at West Saidapet, Chennai. But I have transferred this account to this Ashok Nagar branch, Chennai, some 5 years back. After transferring to this branch, I did not get any proper service, so I have stopped to go to this bank for any transaction. Even if there is no crowd, they don''t give any service though I request.
                          Today the behaviour of the Branch Manager was totally irresponsible, indecent which is unacceptable.
                          Hence I kindly request you to take necessary action against the unruly behaviour of the Branch Manager of Andhra Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Chennai.

                              Union Bank mobile app is not working in iPhone 6 says due to security issue. Most of other bank apps working in iPhone 6. Can you please make or allow iPhone 6 with software updated one to use Union Bank mobile app.
