Ledger folio charges

Union banks ledger folio charges Rs 5.9 per transaction are very very high compared to other banks, and discouraging digital or upi trasactions, as many upi users pay small amount as Rs 5, 10, etc, please revise it and reverse the charges, or we will be forced to close our accounts...

Have 3 current accounts of 3 shops in our family with union bank of india, on 26 march ledger folio charges of rs 4720, 1416 and 708 charged to our account .Which were rs 944, 118 and 708 resp for last year.What is basis of these huge charges hike we were not informed nor given any notice how this is calculated.Psu bank becoming worst than private banks.How will small shops survive

                      I recently opened my new bank account in union bank of india before a month or so. I generated my green pin for my debit card and has comfortably withdrawn cash from atm. But in case of online banking, i m not being able to set a bhim upi pin as it shows invalid debit card details. I m receiving an otp but at then an error occurs in creating upi pin.

                                      I have ordered a earphone from Amazon on (08/03/2021). I have received my order on (13/03/2021). But I have not received my Refund.

                                      Amazon initiated the refund on (15/03/2021) and it was expected to come to me on ( 19/03/2021).

                                      Amazon gave me the reference id (30005410751067157605273) but the bank ( Union Bank of India ) bank has still not credited my money . The amount is Rs.(1999) .
