          I made an ATM transaction on 11th December of RS.3000 earlier i tried for 3500 but money was not dispensed. On the same day i got to know that my account is freezed. I contacted the bank on 14 december and they resolved my issue. On the evening of 14 december Rs 3500 got deducted from my bank account. I called the customer care executive and they told me that we couldnot write your complaint at this point of time, please contact your bank as i live in delhi so i asked my friend to go and report my issue to the bank. The bank executive told me to wait for 15 days. They didnot issued any complain no. From that day i am asking the bank manager to look into my matter but he is not helping me in getting my compliant resolve. He told me in january to write an email regarding your complaint i did that but I havenot got any reply from the official bank email id. I asked the manager personally to help me out sir and today he said your request was rejected. I asked him to provide me with the complaint no. But didnot do that. He asked me to send the screenshot of my complain to his WhatsApp no. I dit that also. But got no satisfactory response

            Am holding my Savings A/c at Union Bank Of India, Rajajinagar, Bangalore and wanted to apply for fastag. Approached Ullal Branch, Bangalore, but the Manager is mentioning that they have software problem, unable to show my complete name in the software. Pl advise me.

              Money deducted but transaction failed

              Hello
              I have recharged my prepaid airtel no [protected] for rs 379/- on 14/04/2020

              Problem was that money had been deducted from my account but recharge was not done .

              I complaint in many forum even in union bank of india grievance cell still my problem has not been solved while almost 1 year has been passed

              My transaction id was for that - S15799620 and upi transaction id was[protected]...

              I recharged my airtel no [protected] for Rs 449 on 1 march 2021 around 12.15 am but transaction failed while money debited from my account [protected].
              My upi reference no is[protected] for that transaction so please revert 449 rs as soon as possible.
              I will be highly obliged to you.

                  and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                  please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am a student I need the money Please take action against it and I hope my problem will be resolved very soon I have to reorder things as soon as I get my money so please look into this matter.I think that Amazon has refunded but there is some bank issue that's why money ia still not there in my account I have complained in the bank 2 days back but there is no response till now please help me.

                        Sir/ma'am I ordered a denim jacket from amazon on 13th Nov 2020, the product delivered on 20th Nov 2020 ws not the product ordered(colour) so I returned it on 21st Nov 2020. Amazon issued refund on 25th Nov 2020 with the refund reference number[protected] and the amount had to be reflected in my bank account within 6-7 business days. Wherein its been 4 months I haven't received any refund amount! I have contacted customer care executive they keep on filing complaints and ignoring them no resolution is been given!
                        I urge you sir/ma'am to please look into the matter and give me a solution!

                              i had a balance of Rs 102980 till 16 feb2021 . since 16th feb amount rs 58280 is reflecting in my account statement as Lien Balance . I am Unable to understand why did Union bank of india hold my money . i tried to call toll free number and home branch executive they refused to resolve my concern as they don't have idea too. please look into my problem and try to resolve . as i have EMI's pending and i can not access my money .

                                Dear Sir

                                On 19th Feb. 2021 morning I renewed my health insurance policy, which is from Religare Health Insurance. Near about 11 am I logged into the Religare website and paid my premium Rs. 9330/- through Union Bank of India Net Banking from my A/C no.. The amount was debited from my Account, transaction Id is S54698940. At 2.18 pm I got an email from Religare the amount was not credited and the policy was not renewed.

                                Today i visited my branch, one executive told me "your amount is not detected, we can't say where the amount goes, we mail to head office your query".

                                Humbly request to do something and revert the amount in my Account please.
