Dear Sir
On 19th Feb. 2021 morning I renewed my health insurance policy, which is from Religare Health Insurance. Near about 11 am I logged into the Religare website and paid my premium Rs. 9330/- through Union Bank of India Net Banking from my A/C no.. The amount was debited from my Account, transaction Id is S54698940. At 2.18 pm I got an email from Religare the amount was not credited and the policy was not renewed.
Today i visited my branch, one executive told me "your amount is not detected, we can't say where the amount goes, we mail to head office your query".
Humbly request to do something and revert the amount in my Account please.
