Description: I initiated a payment of Rs.10000/- through https://www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in portal using the payment Gateway- UPI. The amount is debited and the sms is also triggered on mobile no. However, the receipt could not be generated. Now, amount is not received by client nor it is reverted back to my account till date.

    Description: I initiated a payment of Rs.8447/- through www.betweenus.in portal using the payment Gateway- IBIBO web pvt Ltd already provided on portal. The amount is debited and the sms is also triggered on mobile no. However, the receipt could not be generated. Now, amount is not received by client nor it is reverted back to my account.

          Today at 12:22 pm I went to atm. At last atm didn't gave me money but then at 3 pm a sms came which says that 1000rs has been debited from my account.

                I paid my college fees through net banking from my bank account and the payment not made but the amount got deducted. I have made the payment on 3rd March and still the payment not made. Hope you'll understand my situation. Please reply as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered through amazon & cancelled it. They refunded the amount. But till now its not reflected in bank. I tried to call union bank customer care but they didn't pick up. Here i attached the copy of reference number.

                    Our bank agents was saying already amount was credited ur account but amount was not credited my account...!!

                              I made an ATM transaction on 11th December of RS.3000 earlier i tried for 3500 but money was not dispensed. On the same day i got to know that my account is freezed. I contacted the bank on 14 december and they resolved my issue. On the evening of 14 december Rs 3500 got deducted from my bank account. I called the customer care executive and they told me that we couldnot write your complaint at this point of time, please contact your bank as i live in delhi so i asked my friend to go and report my issue to the bank. The bank executive told me to wait for 15 days. They didnot issued any complain no. From that day i am asking the bank manager to look into my matter but he is not helping me in getting my compliant resolve. He told me in january to write an email regarding your complaint i did that but I havenot got any reply from the official bank email id. I asked the manager personally to help me out sir and today he said your request was rejected. I asked him to provide me with the complaint no. But didnot do that. He asked me to send the screenshot of my complain to his WhatsApp no. I dit that also. But got no satisfactory response

                                  Money deducted but transaction failed

                                  Hello
                                  I have recharged my prepaid airtel no [protected] for rs 379/- on 14/04/2020

                                  Problem was that money had been deducted from my account but recharge was not done .

                                  I complaint in many forum even in union bank of india grievance cell still my problem has not been solved while almost 1 year has been passed

                                  My transaction id was for that - S15799620 and upi transaction id was[protected]...

                                      My name is Aryan Mishrs and I had ordered 1 products( samsung watch 46mm) of RS.16950 in Amazon on 16/02/2021 and returned it on same date I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22/02/2020
                                      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money in my bank account. Amazon sent this reference number 30005410541047179440854
                                      and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                      please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am a student I need the money Please take action against it and I hope my problem will be resolved very soon I have to reorder things as soon as I get my money so please look into this matter.I think that Amazon has refunded but there is some bank issue that's why money ia still not there in my account I have complained in the bank 2 days back but there is no response till now please help me.
