    There are two refund from irctc but none of them is credited to my account.payment is done by debit card through phonepe on website of IRCTC.

        I paid 11681 rupees through UPI to cred on 22nd Jan 2021. But the transaction was not successful and the amount got debited from my account. There is no update even after making an complaint.when will the amount be reversed

          My name is (Praveen Kumar Singh) and I had ordered a product of RS.19269 product name AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Desktop Processor 6 in Amazon on (Date of Purchase on amazon 9/1/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on Refund initiation date 15/1/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005110101010174918678) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank of India doesn't have such policy.                     I refunded a product bought through amazon on 12th Jan 2021 and the refund was initiated by them on 13th Jan 2021 of the order[protected] of Rs 624 and i was told the same would be reflected in my bank account in 3-5 days which is around 16-18 Jan 2021 . however I have not received any refund yet and tried to contact the union bank customer care for the same but got no response.                                     I have tried to apply for an IPO through Bhim App on 20th January 2020. The amount of 14950/- has been hold or shifted to the Lien Amount in my Account. I have cancelled the IPO application. So, please release my amount asap. Your Toll Free Number is not working.

                                    I had applied for Macrotech Developers IPO but the application was rejected from the Bhim upi app giving the reason Respmandate timeout error and I got same error for 8 applications but the amount has was lien for it although the application was rejected, the ipo has been listed and the expiry date has also passed by but the amount of ₹2, 90, 340/- has not been unblocked yet. The expiry date was 24/04/2021 and today its 26/04/2021, kindly unblock the lien amount.

                                      Myself Priya, I have ordered and made payment(419 rs.) of the item from Amazon but due to some reason I cancelled it and after that i recieved a mail regarding initiation of refund but still more than one week the amount is not reflected in my ubi account. I have contacted amazon customer service and they send me a refund reference no.and told me that from thier side the refund was already initiated successfully, and they furthey said that I have to raise charge dispute form reagrding this so that they work upon it and amount get reflected in the account.
