Address: Ubi Asarwa Branch CDM Machine

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i had deposited my cash in CDM machine on dated 20/01/2021, 16:02 at Asharwa Branch.
But i found an issue and my cash of rs.6500 not deposited in my account. Regarding this i have been already inform to branch with hard copy of application.
My a/c no. [protected], Jayshankar Chauhan. (M). [protected]
With this email i have attached the print of slip and application which i submitted to bank also.
Please look in this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

    Refund of an amount of Rs 1347 is due from amazon. They have claimed to refund yet I haven't received any refund yet. Please look into the matter

      I debited Rs.1098 for amazon on 12/1/2021. It got cancelled on 15/1/2022. It has been refunded from amazon but not credited to my account.

        I had made a payment online but the reciver has yet not recevie the payment .I request you to do the needful or else.I would have to take strict action because it has been more than 3 days payment has nither been recived by the reciver nor refunded if no action is taken i would discontinue my account with you

            There are two refund from irctc but none of them is credited to my account.payment is done by debit card through phonepe on website of IRCTC.

                I paid 11681 rupees through UPI to cred on 22nd Jan 2021. But the transaction was not successful and the amount got debited from my account. There is no update even after making an complaint.when will the amount be reversed

                            I refunded a product bought through amazon on 12th Jan 2021 and the refund was initiated by them on 13th Jan 2021 of the order[protected] of Rs 624 and i was told the same would be reflected in my bank account in 3-5 days which is around 16-18 Jan 2021 . however I have not received any refund yet and tried to contact the union bank customer care for the same but got no response. The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected]
