I ramjit thakur, a customer o[censored]nion bank of india dhanbad branch holding account no. [protected] had withdrawn rs. 7000/- from bank of india bhuli branch atm on dated 07.06.20, but amount deduct withdrawl slip issued successful transaction, but cash not received by me. I had made complain in my home branch they take time for reversal but did not made any action. And also made a complaint on customer care, complain id [protected] but not action taken by bank.

I Ramjit Thakur, a customer o[censored]nion bank of India Dhanbad Branch holding account no.     I have visited many times in my branch but, employees were unavailable and no one has taken my concern.
    I have complaint made Complaint with branch manager also but, none has provided me service.

        Hi All,

        This is regarding the refund which I haven't received till date.
        Its been almost a month and I have been chasing bank customer support multiple times however still no solution.
        Below are the complete details and the refund reference number:

        Transaction date: 12th July 2020
        Transaction amount: 33399.03
        Refund processed date from Amazon: 26th July 2020
        Refund amount: 33399.03
        Refund reference number:[protected]

        Complaint Number 1 registered on 10th August 2020: [protected] (not resolved)
        Complaint Number 2 registered on 28th August 2020: [protected] (not resolved)

        I have followed multiple times however still no resolution and I still haven't received the refund amount in my account and it has already been processed by Amazon on 26th July 2020.

        I have no trust now left in Union bank support.

        With this kind of support I don't want to continue the Union Bank account anymore and would soon go for the closure of this account.

        Please help in getting this refund back into my account as I am in real need of the money.

          My name is rajendra kumar. Today[protected] at about 06:31pm, i use union bank atm for rs. 500 withdrawal but during the withdrawal process suddenly atm power fail. So that i could not received rs.500 from your atm. But from my icici bank account deducted from rs.500.
          Please check it & refund rs.500 in my icici bank account.

            My self ritesh singh choudhary, i ordered a product in the name of sandeep singh choudhary from amazon on 6th dec 2019 on cash delivery mode. But my product was totally defected so i returned my product on 16th dec2019 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 16th dec 2019, and i share bank details to amazon but yet i did not get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 4, 970 i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no.[protected] for my transaction. I called to my bank union bank of india they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute,
            Form so i want to do charge dispute file. My amount is rs. 4970..

                Sir, it is my FD MIS A/C amounted ₹370000/- and matured on 02/07/2020. I want to renew it for next 12 months, but branch has closed my account deducting ₹603/- from my principal amount on 05/08/2020 without any prior notice to me.
                Please renew my account since 02/07/2020 for the same mentioned above and refund to me the deducted amount from my principal amount.

                  Respected sir/madam, i, ranjeet singh is holder o[censored]bi a/c no. [protected]. Today, on 24 aug 2020, i used my atm card in a pnb atm machine at ghosi market in mau district (U. P.) for withdrawal of money. A transaction of rs.10000 was failed with the error message of time out. But, my acount has been deducted for this failed txn also. Details of this failed txn is as below

                    I made a payment for th kvs fees through union bank's official site through upi, the first notification came on my upi id i ignored it but i req to resend notification on my upi id, they send another but i mistakenly paid fees of 1 notification and declined 2nd (the latest) the payment is confirmed and the money deducted. Till now to status is also pending amlnd money is also deducted and not refunded yet...please help.

                              My name is vishnu karthik and i have ordered "techleads 1045/1045r oem propeller multi rotor helicopter, black, set of 2" of rs.530 in amazon on 26 jun 2020 and after i received it, i have returned this order due to personal reason. Then amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.                                 Dear sir, mam

                                A refund of 2680. Rupees was successfully processed on 14 december 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my union bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. My refund reference no is[protected]

                                I have called the union bank of india customer service and also emailed the union bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken...
                                But, the refund has not been received yet.
                                Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I have talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a charge dispute on them, to get the full details.
                                I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I would like to file a complaint regarding fraud transaction done from my account.
                                  From august 06 to august 12 there has been some unauthorized transaction happen from my account and its around 18000.00 has been debited in several multiple transactions,
                                  I have attached the statement copy for you reference.

                                  This is my humble request to track my money and get it back tome and also i want to know the fraud counterparty and how they have done it without my knowledge - no messages received for otp and i haven't use any online medium like upi/netbanking nothing.                                       My account no. [protected] freezed for all transactions without any message, notification or email in this difficult time of lockdown.
                                      I'm stranded in mumbai without any money. I have been asked to travel to jabalpur i. E. 1000 kms away to submit kyc documents.

                                      I have already submitted my kyc documents earlier when i transferred the branch to vijay nagar branch from ranjhi branch in jabapur madhya pradesh. I changed my account from student account to savings account then.

                                      I have written multiple emails, tweets, called the branch at least 50 times but to no avail. Please help i need money to survive and can't go ahead lie this
