Respected sir/ma'am,

This concern the loan account number [protected] with union bank of india, chinsurah, ifsc code - ubin0552933 under the name of sumit mahato.

I would like to bring this to your notice that i have been regularly paying installments against the education loan sanctioned to me. Despite being from a not so economic well off family, my parents had did their best to pay the interest generated upon my loan account during my education tenure. Post graduation due to instability of securing a suitable job, i was not able to pay my monthly installments towards the loan account. But ever since i secured a stable job suiting my educational qualification, i have started paying the emis (Rs. 7000) against my loan regularly (Every month starting from january).
Please note as per the discussion during the loan sanction, i was informed that the repayment tenure of the loan amount is at least 10 years. Despite that the bank has been repeatedly calling me and addressing me as a defaulter. First of all, this is the first loan under my name so technically i am not liable to be addressed as defaulter. Secondly, i was informed by the bank that my loan account has been made npa, to which i have least knowledge but i understand that even this doesn't makes me a defaulter, as the account was npa only in the fiscal year 2018-19. Based on that the bank has been sending me court's notice on the aforementioned matter which is so not necessary. Also note, that the bank has also been calling me from the last 2 months to increase the emi amount to rs.10, 000. I had informed the bank earlier and repeatedly that paying the said amount will not be possible for me as my salary is not that much.
I will like to bring this to your notice that i live in bangalore and i toil hard to earn a living here and moreover, as informed earlier i do not hail from a very economic well to do family background.
Lastly, i would like to assure you that i very well intend to pay off this debt on me as earlier as possible. I would also request your team to please do not spam me through calls on a regular basis and especially during my work hours.
Please note, that i come from an educated well behaved family up-bringing and i look forward to a peaceful and prosperous life ahead. Therefore, i would possible not even come across the thought of not paying off the loan upon my name.

I had deposited my cheque on 19/07/19 in union bank sector 14 branch Gurgaon andy account is at shivpuri(M.P.) branch and it has not cleared till yet, dated 23-07-19. Kindly have a look in the matter.

    I have already done all payments regulary, still my cibil reflects the overdue amount for union bank credit card. And due to this my cibil gets low... For the same i m constantly visiting bank and calling customer care but havent got any proper reply for the same... Last option for me was mailing... Kindly reply with a proper solution... Or i have to take legal steps.

I lodged the complaint regarding that with complaint no.[protected] but it also not proceeds yet. Please look the problem and proceed for the further. Thank you

        I ordered a book and earphone, and i returned it to amazon. But didn't got my refund yet. I then contacted amazon regarding this, but they told that they have done refund process, it is my bank who is responsible for my refund. They told me to file a complaint. I have also contacted the branch manager but he told they are not responsible for this. Now i'm stuck with my payment refund. I request you to please take action regarding my issue.

          I am paying loan since 1 year 1 months without any due amount of interest and principle, after one year paying the principle amount should be 80, 000 but now it showing 94, 000.

          Till date i have paid 30, 960
          Find the attachment of repaying statement

          Bank officials are not responding and one more thing every year insurance amount was deducting how it is possible. From my knowledge only one time insurance will deduct.

          Please resolve my issue.

                On 8th of june
                I did two transactions 27470₹ and 27029₹ on amazon, but due to some reason i returned the products to amazon.

                    If at all, the merchant denies the receipt of the same, we recommend you to contact your bank and raise a chargeback by providing transaction details that include, P1906121452107692127513 and the date and time of the payment done along with the UTR. (This will be displayed in your bank statement.)

                    Also note that a chargeback must be raised with your bank within 60 days from the date of the transaction.

                      Yesterday morning I have deposited 900 rupees (100×4, 500×1) in the union bank ATM, the machine rejected amount by error soil notes, when I taking 500 note is missing. This today morning I have complaint the union bank Coimbatore,
                      Today morning I have put 1000 rupees (500×2) this cash machine accepted, but machine shows transaction failed contact bank, amount bis not credited totally 1500 rupees
                      Hope you will do the needful
                      Site is too slow it takes almost 15 to 29 minutes to take one printout in the peak hours, but today on 10.07.2019 the site have completely gone down, it is not all working. I have been trying since last two hours. Since today is last date of payment it will be highly appreciated if it get resolved by today.

Same was happened two years back and it was refunded too late. I couldn't understand the reason for the auto deduction. Ifbit is not refunded within two days i have to lodge police complain.

                            This is to inform you that, I bought New Hyundai Grand i10 from Concept Hyundai with Finance from our Bank & Branch...At the time of agreement & documentation with Ankushsir, the ECS/EMI of my car loan will be debited from my salary account (Account No: [protected]) on 15th of every month.. Even Lalsingh (Ass. Finance Manager) gave special note for this date...

                            But till time there is no single emi are debited automatically from my account on 15th. in last four months...

                            Every time i have to come personally or call him lots of time to deduct the ECS/EMI...

                            Today we are in date of 26th of this month & till time My EMI is not deducted from my account...

                                On saturday dt.11.05.2019 i tried to withdraw amount of rs.10, 000/- in other bank atm in state bank of india but it says transaction failed, then i tried in indus ind bank but it says too transaction failed, and finally tried in indian bank i withdrawn rs.10, 000/- two times of amounting rs.20, 000/- but on verification on netbanking with ref no. C6496774 and transaction details as [protected]/[protected]/[protected] shown that amount is debited in my account but transaction is failed.

                                    i have applied loan KCC on the date 11/06/2013. and started the resubmission in the small amounts according to the rule.BUT on the date 29/06/2016 bank shown that you have submitted all the amount .and they again reloaned on that day only by themselves without informing or giving any information to the account holder and also shown that i have submitted all the money by cash which i didn't.Now they are asking for rest submission which.
                                    the reloaning of that much amount without asking and changing the date of loan cause a big difference o[censored]s.
                                    they are not giving the statement and the asking for many times manager started misbehaving.

                                    Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I applied ossc job via payment 100rs through ubi atm card.the payment done 13th June and 100rs dedicated.. payment shows successful still payment and application status failure...so refund money as soon as possible..
                                    I had placed a order in Amazon for a pair of shoes and the product was not upto mark so cancelled the order and requested for refund the amount is been refunded but due to some tech issue the amount have been stucked as despute charge
                                    I Have withdrawn 8000 Rupees through Union bank of India ATM ( From Shastri chowk Kanpur ) that not dispense through ATM machine. Kindly concern about my regards.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      This is to inform you that i made two transactions on 20/04/2019 with the help of an UBI ATM which is attached to a UBI branch (UBIN0535001) .Both the transactions were for amount of 10, 000 each.The first transaction was successful and during the second transaction the ATM got stuck and the ATM was unable dispense the cash and i didnt receive any receipt also.After that i informed the office staffs of the UBI branch about my problem .Then one office staff came to check the ATM and he closed the shutter of the ATM and he fixed the problem after some time and told me to wait for few days to get back my cash.I waited for few days, but i didnt receive my cash and i lodged a complaint on SBI care.On 28/05/2018 after long wait my complaint had been resolved and they said that the transaction was reflected as successful.But i was not able to receive my amount back.As per their instruction i wrote to my home branch about my problem (SBI KALAG).After few days of wait the branch manager of my home branch asked me that they have no solution for it as the transaction is reflecting as successful and he asked me to inform me again to the bank branch attached to the ATM.Now I am in trouble ...What should i do to get my cash returned ...Is there any way left ?????Please please help me..

                                      Staff person is not accept my saving account document. He said this is not time to accept your document you come tomorrow 10.30 to 11.30 then i am accept your document.
