I have purchase a mobile phone from amazon of rs 8999/- paid the amount by phonepay using union bank of india UPI Transiction. But the problem is that...the transiction is successfrl fron the phone pay side and bank ...but not received by the amazon.

Please note, we have successfully credited Rs.8999.0 and the merchant’s partner bank has confirmed the receipt of the payment.

If at all, the merchant denies the receipt of the same, we recommend you to contact your bank and raise a chargeback by providing transaction details that include, P1906121452107692127513 and the date and time of the payment done along with the UTR. (This will be displayed in your bank statement.)

Also note that a chargeback must be raised with your bank within 60 days from the date of the transaction.

Meanwhile, we will also contact the merchant’s partner bank regarding this issue. Usually, the bank takes up to 30 days to share an update. As soon as we hear from them, we will convey the same to you.

I was depositing my fees of kvs of 3000rs the money was deducted from my account but the payment is still incomplete
I tried to debit 400rs but does not get it due to server problem. but it got deducted from the account. Not get the refund money
please help. Union bank promise me that i will get the money within 24 hours but it more than 3 days. what can i do now.

    neft payment successful but beneficiary not received payment

    Dear sir i had sent rupees 15000/- on 19.06.2019 through net banking but the amount debit from my account and not credited to the beneficiary account after 24 hours as suggested by the customer care executive, i had complaint the customer care and they provide me complaint number 1-[protected] on 27.06.2019 an email was received from customer care and they tell that please share your details on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com.

    Yesterday morning i have deposited rs. 900 (500×1, 100×4) the machine cash rejected error soil notes, but in the box 500 note missing, morning i have complaint the bank, oppanakara street, coimbatore.
    Today (01.07.19) morning i have deposited 1000rupees (500×2), machine accepted the money and shows transaction declined and not credited in the account.. Totally 1500 rules. This also i have informed the bank... A/c nos. [protected]

    Yesterday morning I have deposited 900 rupees (100×4, 500×1) in the union bank ATM, the machine rejected amount by error soil notes, when I taking 500 note is missing. This today morning I have complaint the union bank Coimbatore,
    Today morning I have put 1000 rupees (500×2) this cash machine accepted, but machine shows transaction failed contact bank, amount bis not credited totally 1500 rupees
    Hope you will do the needful
    Site is too slow it takes almost 15 to 29 minutes to take one printout in the peak hours, but today on 10.07.2019 the site have completely gone down, it is not all working. I have been trying since last two hours. Since today is last date of payment it will be highly appreciated if it get resolved by today.

      While visiting union bankof india, Nadukkavery, the union bank manager is not resonding properly. He is trying convincing people instead of answering to my questions. Request to hire some new union bank manager in my branch.

        Sir, amount of 10000 was deducted from my account on 20 may 2019 without any reason. Inspite of number of call to customer care it was not refunded to my account till date. Same was happened two years back and it was refunded too late. I couldn't understand the reason for the auto deduction. Ifbit is not refunded within two days i have to lodge police complain.

          This is to inform you that, I bought New Hyundai Grand i10 from Concept Hyundai with Finance from our Bank & Branch...At the time of agreement & documentation with Ankushsir, the ECS/EMI of my car loan will be debited from my salary account (Account No: [protected]) on 15th of every month.. Even Lalsingh (Ass. Finance Manager) gave special note for this date...

          But till time there is no single emi are debited automatically from my account on 15th. in last four months...

          Every time i have to come personally or call him lots of time to deduct the ECS/EMI...

          Today we are in date of 26th of this month & till time My EMI is not deducted from my account...

          Please, tell me why this delay?????????????????or Reply this mail as soon as possible..

              On saturday dt.11.05.2019 i tried to withdraw amount of rs.10, 000/- in other bank atm in state bank of india but it says transaction failed, then i tried in indus ind bank but it says too transaction failed, and finally tried in indian bank i withdrawn rs.10, 000/- two times of amounting rs.20, 000/- but on verification on netbanking with ref no. C6496774 and transaction details as [protected]/[protected]/[protected] shown that amount is debited in my account but transaction is failed.

                On 13/06/2019 i purchased a pc tower for rs.24998/- with ubi debit card & the order was cancelled by them on16/06/2019 by some reason. On19/06/2019 a message sent by them saying your refund initiated on 16/06/2019 giving a refund ref. No.: 74332749169916803679984 and it will be credited in your a/c with in 2 to 4 working days.                   i have applied loan KCC on the date 11/06/2013. and started the resubmission in the small amounts according to the rule.BUT on the date 29/06/2016 bank shown that you have submitted all the amount .and they again reloaned on that day only by themselves without informing or giving any information to the account holder and also shown that i have submitted all the money by cash which i didn't.Now they are asking for rest submission which.
                  the reloaning of that much amount without asking and changing the date of loan cause a big difference o[censored]s.
                  they are not giving the statement and the asking for many times manager started misbehaving.
                  so, please solve it fast in the possible days.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    This is to inform you that i made two transactions on 20/04/2019 with the help of an UBI ATM which is attached to a UBI branch (UBIN0535001) .Both the transactions were for amount of 10, 000 each.The first transaction was successful and during the second transaction the ATM got stuck and the ATM was unable dispense the cash and i didnt receive any receipt also.After that i informed the office staffs of the UBI branch about my problem .Then one office staff came to check the ATM and he closed the shutter of the ATM and he fixed the problem after some time and told me to wait for few days to get back my cash.I waited for few days, but i didnt receive my cash and i lodged a complaint on SBI care.On 28/05/2018 after long wait my complaint had been resolved and they said that the transaction was reflected as successful.But i was not able to receive my amount back.As per their instruction i wrote to my home branch about my problem (SBI KALAG).After few days of wait the branch manager of my home branch asked me that they have no solution for it as the transaction is reflecting as successful and he asked me to inform me again to the bank branch attached to the ATM.Now I am in trouble ...What should i do to get my cash returned ...Is there any way left ?????Please please help me..

                        I am Dhanesh Pandey from borivali (west)Mumbai, I have an savings account in Union Bank of India, Yesterday at 3 PM I had ordered 1 smartphone from 2gud website ( which is recently launched by Flipkart ). Bymistak I had ordered 2 smartphone, therefore in order to cancel 1 smartphone, i called to 2gud customer care number [protected]( which I got from google) . I talked to a man who asked me my account number and I answered the same, then after 10 minutes I received a message from union bank of India that I have left with bal rupees 1.47 only . I have visited Borivali police station, BKC cyber crime branch and from there I received stamp and signature from police officer, they have requested the bank to provide us dispute form . Then today we visited Union bank borivali branch and asked for dispute form but the bank replied that there is no such kind of form available therefore I am writing my complain here .
                        I request you to look upon this case and solve it as soon as possible

                        I received this masg "Your debit card XXXX is dispatched and will be delivered in 7 days.Generate ATM PIN from any Union Bank ATM from Green Pin option using your new card.Union Bank" on May 23rd but till date I didn't received any card on my address. How to get dispatch details or status of my card.

                          debit frozen account

                          Without any prior information my account got frozen. I visited nearest branch they told me that to unfreeze your account you need to visit home branch. Its impossible in my part to visit home branch now because rite now I am in Kolkata. I tried to take help from customer care o[censored]nion bank of India but they are also not helpful enough. Please help me out how to get this matter sorted.

                          I have deposited 1500 in union bank of india at 28th MAY 2019 transaction done money was taken by atm machine but due toh network problem account was not updated. As i spoke to customer care they registered my complain and told it will get solve with in 7 working days. Since from complain till currently date 11th JUNE 2019. Their is no response from bank last i had call customer care again they told me it will get solved by today. But till now no solution.

                          Please help me i know 1500 is not a big amount yet It matters me alot.

                            I have to remit Rs 6000/- in account of [protected] belongs to Ramesh Singh in Bank IFCS, UBIN0575020 Rapati Nagar Phase IV Gorakhpur, but errousenouly I have filled account no [protected] instead of [protected]. Amount was made NEFT on 01 Jun 19 vide UTR No SBIN[protected] by cheque No 587385 by SBI Halwara Branch IFSC SBIN0050213 on 01 Jun 19.
                            Request you to Please initiate a official reversal of credited amount in wrong account that not belongs to Ramesh Singh. I will be thankfull to you sir.

On 27th of may at around 12, i have done payment of INR 10, 000 to Vishwanath Vastralaya at chitbara gaon, ballia through Aadhar card transaction no[protected].Amount has been deducted from my account but receiver has not received the payment .And same has not been credited to me ....

                              I have saving account in Union Bank and my a/c no. is [protected]. From this account Rs 12000 has been deceitfully withdrawn by some fraud on 8 June, 2019. Of which I came to know after receiving message of withdrawal on my registered mobile number. Someone has debited Rs 10000 and Rs 2000 respectively by ATM on 8 June, 2019 at 08:33 AM. Though my ATM card is safe with me and I have not shared its detail and PIN no. with anyone.
                              I request you to please consider my plea and take necessary action.

                                wrong charge for passbook

                                I am a Union bank customer of Chinsurah branch. I have a saving account. On 10th April I opened it with a cheque book. But still, after 20 days, I have not received it. So on 30th April, I went to the branch to know why I have not received it?
                                Bank staffs said there is no cheque book issued to me, re-apply for it.
                                Then I re-applied. On 3rd of May 2019, Rs 94.40 deducted for 20 leaves cheque book issue. I have checked website...
