I have purchase a mobile phone from amazon of rs 8999/- paid the amount by phonepay using union bank of india UPI Transiction. But the problem is that...the transiction is successfrl fron the phone pay side and bank ...but not received by the amazon.

Please note, we have successfully credited Rs.8999.0 and the merchant’s partner bank has confirmed the receipt of the payment.
If at all, the merchant denies the receipt of the same, we recommend you to contact your bank and raise a chargeback by providing transaction details that include, P1906121452107692127513 and the date and time of the payment done along with the UTR. (This will be displayed in your bank statement.)
Also note that a chargeback must be raised with your bank within 60 days from the date of the transaction.
Meanwhile, we will also contact the merchant’s partner bank regarding this issue. Usually, the bank takes up to 30 days to share an update. As soon as we hear from them, we will convey the same to you.

Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
please help. Union bank promise me that i will get the money within 24 hours but it more than 3 days. what can i do now.
