i have applied loan KCC on the date 11/06/2013. and started the resubmission in the small amounts according to the rule.BUT on the date 29/06/2016 bank shown that you have submitted all the amount .and they again reloaned on that day only by themselves without informing or giving any information to the account holder and also shown that i have submitted all the money by cash which i didn't.Now they are asking for rest submission which.
the reloaning of that much amount without asking and changing the date of loan cause a big difference o[censored]s.
they are not giving the statement and the asking for many times manager started misbehaving.
so, please solve it fast in the possible days.

I applied ossc job via payment 100rs through ubi atm card.the payment done 13th June and 100rs dedicated.. payment shows successful still payment and application status failure...so refund money as soon as possible..
I had placed a order in Amazon for a pair of shoes and the product was not upto mark so cancelled the order and requested for refund the amount is been refunded but due to some tech issue the amount have been stucked as despute charge
I Have withdrawn 8000 Rupees through Union bank of India ATM ( From Shastri chowk Kanpur ) that not dispense through ATM machine. Kindly concern about my regards.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is to inform you that i made two transactions on 20/04/2019 with the help of an UBI ATM which is attached to a UBI branch (UBIN0535001) .Both the transactions were for amount of 10, 000 each.The first transaction was successful and during the second transaction the ATM got stuck and the ATM was unable dispense the cash and i didnt receive any receipt also.After that i informed the office staffs of the UBI branch about my problem .Then one office staff came to check the ATM and he closed the shutter of the ATM and he fixed the problem after some time and told me to wait for few days to get back my cash.I waited for few days, but i didnt receive my cash and i lodged a complaint on SBI care.On 28/05/2018 after long wait my complaint had been resolved and they said that the transaction was reflected as successful.But i was not able to receive my amount back.As per their instruction i wrote to my home branch about my problem (SBI KALAG).After few days of wait the branch manager of my home branch asked me that they have no solution for it as the transaction is reflecting as successful and he asked me to inform me again to the bank branch attached to the ATM.Now I am in trouble ...What should i do to get my cash returned ...Is there any way left ?????Please please help me..

      We have transfer PAYMENT (NEFT) thru Net Banking but Still Amount is not credited in Beneficiary A/c or Not revert in our A/c. Please find attached here with Transaction Details Snap Shots for your ready reference. many time we remind in branch but still we have not received proper response he said neft department not give us reply on mail & not received phone call . already 14 days gone for this transaction.

      Kindly look into the matter & resolve asap.

        I am Dhanesh Pandey from borivali (west)Mumbai, I have an savings account in Union Bank of India, Yesterday at 3 PM I had ordered 1 smartphone from 2gud website ( which is recently launched by Flipkart ). Bymistak I had ordered 2 smartphone, therefore in order to cancel 1 smartphone, i called to 2gud customer care number [protected]( which I got from google) . I talked to a man who asked me my account number and I answered the same, then after 10 minutes I received a message from union bank of India that I have left with bal rupees 1.47 only . I have visited Borivali police station, BKC cyber crime branch and from there I received stamp and signature from police officer, they have requested the bank to provide us dispute form . Then today we visited Union bank borivali branch and asked for dispute form but the bank replied that there is no such kind of form available therefore I am writing my complain here .
        I request you to look upon this case and solve it as soon as possible

        I received this masg "Your debit card XXXX is dispatched and will be delivered in 7 days.Generate ATM PIN from any Union Bank ATM from Green Pin option using your new card.Union Bank" on May 23rd but till date I didn't received any card on my address. How to get dispatch details or status of my card.

          Without any prior information my account got frozen. I visited nearest branch they told me that to unfreeze your account you need to visit home branch. Its impossible in my part to visit home branch now because rite now I am in Kolkata. I tried to take help from customer care o[censored]nion bank of India but they are also not helpful enough. Please help me out how to get this matter sorted.

            I have deposited 1500 in union bank of india at 28th MAY 2019 transaction done money was taken by atm machine but due toh network problem account was not updated. As i spoke to customer care they registered my complain and told it will get solve with in 7 working days. Since from complain till currently date 11th JUNE 2019. Their is no response from bank last i had call customer care again they told me it will get solved by today. But till now no solution.

            Please help me i know 1500 is not a big amount yet It matters me alot.

On 27th of may at around 12, i have done payment of INR 10, 000 to Vishwanath Vastralaya at chitbara gaon, ballia through Aadhar card transaction no[protected].Amount has been deducted from my account but receiver has not received the payment .And same has not been credited to me ....

                I have saving account in Union Bank and my a/c no. is [protected]. From this account Rs 12000 has been deceitfully withdrawn by some fraud on 8 June, 2019. Of which I came to know after receiving message of withdrawal on my registered mobile number. Someone has debited Rs 10000 and Rs 2000 respectively by ATM on 8 June, 2019 at 08:33 AM. Though my ATM card is safe with me and I have not shared its detail and PIN no. with anyone.
                I request you to please consider my plea and take necessary action.

                  I am a Union bank customer of Chinsurah branch. I have a saving account. On 10th April I opened it with a cheque book. But still, after 20 days, I have not received it. So on 30th April, I went to the branch to know why I have not received it?
                  Bank staffs said there is no cheque book issued to me, re-apply for it.
                  Then I re-applied. On 3rd of May 2019, Rs 94.40 deducted for 20 leaves cheque book issue. I have checked website there is written 20 leaves cheque book per financial year is free for saving the account. But when I asked bank staffs for it, he denied and said there is no free check anymore.
                  Then I called customer care, They said 1st cheque book is absolutely free. But on 30th April it was the 2nd time for my account for cheque book request. They said on 10th April my 1st cheque book is issued. But now the big question is where is my 1st cheque book? Why I have not received it? If it was sent to me then 30th April cheque book issue is my 1st cheque book. For that, I need a refund of Rs 94.40 deducted on 3rd May.

                  After some days 1st cheque book was found in banks & I lost Rs 94 without any reason for such careless banks.

On 9-5-2019 at 17.46 P.M I went to Union Bank of India, ATM, at 5th line, Arundelpet, Guntur, Andhra pradesh, for withdrawal of Rs.10, 000/-. Unfortunately the amount debited my account and amount not received by me. A slip was generated your TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL. Nearly 10 minutes I have waited before the ATM for cash. Till to day the amount not credited to my account. The total issue was submitted the Manager, Union Bank of India, Laxmipuram, Guntur & Ayodhyanagar, Vijayawada respectively on[protected].

                          Hello,

                          I had applied for a cheque book in thane north west delhi kirari branch o[censored]nion bank of india on 13th december 2018
                          Second this apply i had applied for a cheque book in thane north west delhi branch kirari branch o[censored]nion bank of india on 23th may 2019.

                          However i have still not received the cheque book. On enquiring with the bank branch, the staff said there are lot of delays due to demonetization. They asked me to provide a written application to issue a new cheque book and cancel the undelivered one.

                                I hold an ac in union bank of india. I asked for locker availability. Ther are locker available in the bank but they don’t give it to customer unless they buy insurance policy. He said we can provide you but you have to buy insurance term plan. Is this the service bank are providing to the customer. If the lockers are available why don’t they provide i hold a bank ac in union bank of india from more than 10 years.

                                  There is no support in the branch branch manager is abusing my father actually the account is dormant condition we need to activate this. Branch manager said it cannot be done now, it will take 1 week. We ended our fixed deposit and deposited the money because we had an urgent need for that money, when she went to withdraw it today, she told that your account is dormant, we request that you cooperate with us but they started feeling bad and their language was not well.

                                  So please look in to this matter i need our money on urgent basis and take this matter seriously otherwise we send this complaint to rbi helpdesk. My contact no is :- [protected].

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have saving bank account (Ac no. [protected]) in deogad branch, dist - sindhudurg, maharashtra. I am customer of your bank from last 7-8 years. Nowadays, i am getting frustration with your bank service repeatedly. Sometimes your server doesn’t work, sometimes your people delays the work etc.
                                    I am writing to you to get your attention on one of the most disgusting kind of experience i am getting currently.
                                    In today’s digital era, we expect little faster process of requests, but your bank is failing to serve.
                                    I deposited a cheque of hdfc bank, of mumbai branch, of rs. 19, 000/- on 16th may 2019 in my home branch, i. E. Deogad branch. [cheque no. 000083, bank - hdfc bank], since then there was no communication between me and bank. Sometimes due to network issue, we don’t receive message of balance credit, so i ignored. I assumed that my cheque must have cleared, so i made some payments after 20th of may, but then i came to know that cheque is not credited in my account.
                                    I called customer care o[censored]nion bank on 25th of may 2019. They said that, there is no records of any cheque deposits, neighther there are no deposit requests in system. They asked me to call branch where i deposited my cheque.
                                    I called them on 27th of may (As there were bank holidays inbetween), they asked me several details & finally gave me below reasons for delay-
                                    Bank branch of which cheque is deposited is mumbai branch which takes time to credit. We have initiated service already, but it takes timewe have to send that cheque to kankavali or sometimes to mumbai to clearance. It will get credited in 2 days. (Means till 29th may 2019)
                                    I waited till today, 29th may, but no amount received yet. I called the branch again. They said below things-
                                    Mumbai branch cheque takes more usually this much time to credit (In my case it is 13 days now) it will get credited in 2 days. (Again promise!!!)
                                    I just want to ask you few simple questions-
                                    Even in todays digital era, is your bank this much slow, that it takes more than 12 days to credit a single cheque.??? Don’t you any other faster option? If process is taking this much time, your staff don’t have courtesy to call or message and inform to customer that it is getting delayed. When my cheque is getting credited. I am facing serious issues with funds because of inefficiency of your branch.

                                    I am expecting to get my amount till 1st of june.

                                    I am expecting a strong action against a person, whoever is responsible for this mess.

                                    I am expecting a detailed reply of actions you have taken after my this letter to you.

                                    P. S. I have so many other bank options to simplify our work. But i trusted on your services for years. Please keep some courtesy towards customers and work as per expectations.
