Actually i have an primary account [protected] at UBI, Kakri Branch, Sonebhadra UP-231224 in which i have many FD account and one recurring account . Problem is that Rs 4000/- has been deducted every 10 th of every month since 18 month for recurring deposit amount but till date i have not recieved any interest for my recurring account . When i checked my recurring account through net banking i found that no interest credited to the account when i consulted to bank manager he simply refused to help by saying that our staff made a mistake u come this day and that, He keep on saying the same thing but inspite of my written complain he hardly listen my words . More when i tried to explain him that i will complain to head office he told me do whatever you want to do . Is this the way to deal with a customer whose whole family account is in UBI . Please loof after into this matter and arrange to provide interest . And teach your employee how to behave with the customer . I am also a govt officer but i know how to deal with customer and how to talk with needy ones .

    Dear sir,
    I have deposited rs. 3, 000/- on 27/04/2019 into an atm machine located at belvali, badlapur (West) branch, mumbai. To account no. [protected] but, unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "cash retracted, inconvenience is regretted. Kindly contact branch" and i did not got credit for the same. I was suppose to send this money to my family member due to some medical emergencies at my native place on 27/04/2019....

      Respected sir i am rahul jaiswal s o mahesh jaiswal my account no [protected] in union bank behra kerakat jaunpur ifsc unin0568546 my address is vill mahuli ratanupur post ratanupur thana chandawak distt jaunpur up my atm no is [protected] which are issue on date 28 march 2019 but it is not activated when i am going to bank for activation of this card on date 02 04 2019 i found from my account 30000 thirty thausand rupay are withdran by other atm card 10000 on date 01 04 2019 and 20000 on date 02 04 2019 the amount deducted atm no is [protected] which is diffrent from my atm no both atm are issue by these bank when i am consult to branch manager of this bank he told me how it is possible i can not belelive it so no any action is taken to our end so please take necessary action on my problem as early as possible to avoid my financial crisis.

          But non educated hone se unko pata hi nahi k complain kaha kare

            I have paid the fees of my daughter on 13 apr. But initially it said payment transaction is failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have raised a complete at sbi and they are working on it. Today i wanted to pay the fees as today is last day of payment, it is showing that payment is already made for this. But ian not able to print the receipt. Kindly help.

              I am G.Ramu .I payed my son fee twice without noticing that is 2400 rs now it is 4800 which is the double of it. He is a student of class 9 sec A his roll number is not yet mentioned by his class teacher and is of school k.v meg and centre bengaluru. The payment was made on 04/04/2019.The payment was made by the credit of State Bank of India. So please find a way to refund my money as soon as possible.

              I was depositing 23000 into the cdm but the cash is taken inside and it is not credited into my account and a receipt of deposit retracted has been generated as it was case of emergency I want that the amount should get refleccted as soon as possible

                My name is devanshu rajak. On 19 march 2019 i used my union bank atm card at canara bank atm civil line's jablpur mp. I withdraw 10, 000 rs from the atm but my transactions got canceled but 10, 000 rs got deducted from my bank acount. On 29 march i file a complain in my union bank. Today it has been 10 days since i file a conplain but there is no response given from the bank. My account no. Is [protected]. Sir please kindly look into this matter.

                  Dear support team,
                  I m Angad kundlik mhetre is a existing customer o[censored]nion Bank of India, my account no is [protected], my mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com and my previous mob no was [protected] which is off now.
                  So, I m facing trouble from one of the transaction, that one day I have uesd my union ATM card in one of the union bank ATM center at saswad pune and withdrawal cash of 4600 rs but not cash came outside from ATM machine or not got receipt.this is happed on 13 th march 2019.my ATM card no is [protected], so next day on 14 th march I have lodged online customer complaint.i have fond that complaint was rejected after 8 days.so I went to my home branch kasarwadi- pune and I handover them claim form, 1 month should complete in few days, I don't have got any response or not got that withdrawal cash.I facing problem and nobody is serious to solve this case.that the hell this? This transaction is done union bank and my home branch also union so why taking more time.plz solve this otherwise issue will be create...anybody listening me..send reply on my this mail.

                    I have tried to with-drawl 4000 rupees from a indian atm on 6-04-19. I have atm card. As the money was not available on that atm i did not get any cash there. The receipt printed from the machine also shows unable to dispense the cash. But in my mobile i have received the message as 4000 rupees has been deducted from my acct.

                    Now what i have to do to get the money back.
                    Now i dont have online banking also so that i can check my balance.
                    I not able to go bank in two three days as i in a tour.

                        Money debited from union bank and sbi account three times but recharge not done on 5 april 2019 for rs 399 in my vodafone number and money was debited from account three times.
                        I was recharging my vodafone number through sbi yono application.
                        1st recharge - 399 rs from union bank on 5 april 2019-failed but money debited. Account number = [protected].

                        2nd recharge - 399 rs from sbi account on 5 april 2019 - failed but money debited. Account number = [protected].

                        3rd rechrge - 169 rs from sbi account on 5 april - failed but money debited. Account number = [protected].

                          I transferred 1000 rps from indian bank to union bank via phonepe on feb 28. But the amount is not credited to that account. I checked with the bank and they said money is holded by union bank. But it is still not credited or reverted back to indian bank account. Amount should be credited within a week time by rule. Here more than 30 days gone 🤷‍♂️

                            I'm student fo daylabagh university since. I belong to middle class family. I came to college from malpura road which been long distance for me. After the expire date. We came to bank for an replacemnt of atm card but since 3 month dayalbagh branch union bank of india not given me atm card till now. Every time they gave me. Excuse like aaj kam bhot hai,, kal ana, employee ni hai and. Other useless excuses given to me every time today they also misbehave with me. And gave another. Stupid excuses from that first day till now. I suppose im going like 15-20 times in union bank of india branch dayalbagh they not issue my card and also they warn mee to close my account there service is veryy. Pooor i wamt to say that please take some action towards the staff

                              I have transfered Amount of Rs.16000 from my Kotak Bank to Union Bank via UPI.Initially Money is credited in Union Bank but then it's debited and saying that it gets refunded.But after checking my Kotak Account rs.16000 is not credited.

                                  It’s been more than 2 weeks since i have got my credit card but not a pin for the card i have been calling every customer care but no avail no one talks properly and if we call they give us a wrong number and tell us to call there or a voice mail number which is never active they told to e-mail i have sent 4 mails in a go but no response yet and the branch managers are not helping for the same if you don’t want us to have your banks credit card then do not advertise or sell it because this heights of carelessness shown my your bank i would like to get my pin or a exicutive to contact us as soon as possible

                                    I have made payment of my SBI credit card for Rs 23520 on 26th Feb from my UNION BANK OF INDIA Debit card through PAYTM. The transaction failed but the money was debited from my Account.

                                    I had raised complaint at Union Bank on 28th Feb. The complaint number was[protected]. I was told to wait for 20 days for resolution. On 22nd March they issued me another complaint number [protected] and then they very casually closed the complaint on 27th March by saying that they are not able to track the money and so it will be with Paytm.

                                    Their customer care had no clue about how to track the number. They are not telling me how to track my money
