I have made payment of my SBI credit card for Rs 23520 on 26th Feb from my UNION BANK OF INDIA Debit card through PAYTM. The transaction failed but the money was debited from my Account.

I had raised complaint at Union Bank on 28th Feb. The complaint number was[protected]. I was told to wait for 20 days for resolution. On 22nd March they issued me another complaint number [protected] and then they very casually closed the complaint on 27th March by saying that they are not able to track the money and so it will be with Paytm.

Their customer care had no clue about how to track the number. They are not telling me how to track my money

      I received this mail from amazon.in
      Amazon has refunded my refund amount of rs. 470.00 in my union bank of india a/c no.- [protected], ifsc - ubin0564273 dated on 8th of march 2018, and transaction no. Is[protected], but i have not yet received my amount in account.

        I have been transfered rs.1000 on 7 th august 2018. It shows that it is unsucessful and the amount will be credited back within 3 working days. After that i have contacted both upi app and union bank. Still now i didnot receive my deducted money. Regarding that both bank and app complained each other but i didnot get my money back.
        Please consider this case as very serious and urgent and do the needful immediately.

          I have made 1 transaction on 25-jan-2019 on goibibo for hotel booking. Due to certain reason, i cancelled that transaction on 27-jan-2019 and goibibo refunded amount for the same on same day. Reference number of refund transaction id is 74163269028015123923802. I did complained for not receiving any refund in my account on 3-march-2019 in union bank of india and they told me to provide resolution by 25-mar-2019 but i haven't received any resolution till date.               My daughter has a demat a/c with union bank of india, mohd ali road br. And as advised by mr. Nirmal patel o[censored]bi, i complied with certain formalities.

              Reply received from ubi, which is self-explanatory, is as under:

              We have done thorough verification of documents provided by you for shifting and closure of bo – 381708 and found following irregularity in it:-

              • there is only one holder in demat account with union bank of india but there are two holders in the destination dp i. E. Icici bank limited. For the process of shifting and closure, the bo at both the dp (Our dp and destination dp) and the sequence of bo holders (In case of multiple holders) has to be same. But in this case the number of bo is different hence it cannot be closed through shifting and closure.
              • the account closure form 10.1 is not having sign of the account holder.

              I called up mr. Patel and told him that the reply was not customer friendly and educative. I requested him to guide me and help me so that the holdings in the demat a/c with ubi can be transferred to icici bank. He suggested to go to the home branch and obtain some dis form and comply with the requirements there.

              No wonder psu’s are running in losses.

              I reproduce from toi, mumbai today: no institution should insulate itself from improvement.

              And as for ubi, there is a very big room for improvement!

                मैं इंद्रजीत यादव आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि यूनियन बैंक, यसूफ़पूर मोहम्मदाबाद, ज़िला ग़ाज़ीपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के कर्मचारीलोग अपनी मनमानी करते है और और अपना काम करने में भी विश्वास नही रखते है अगर कोई कम पढ़ा लिखा आदमी जाता है तब तो बिलकुल ही अपनी मनमानी चलाते है और सुविधा शुल्क तक भी कभी कभी माँगते है।

                मेरा पुत्र गोविंद यादव उम्र 17 साल से ऊपर और 18 साल से कम) जिसका अकाउंट नम्बर [protected] है मेरे साथ बैंक गया था. मुझे किसी के इलाज के लिए पैसे अपने खाते से किसी और के खाते में भेजना था लेकिन वहाँ के कर्मचारी ने 4 दिन बाद आवो कहकर मुझे वापस लौटा दिये।
                जब मैंने उनसे कारण पूछा तो मुझे धमकाए भी की तुम्हारा जनधन खाता है बंद कर दूँगा।

                CCTV से मेरे इस बात की पुष्टि और जाँच कराई जा सकती है।
                मैंने उनका नाम पता करने की कोशिश की लेकिन वो भी बताने से लोग इंकार कर दिए (उनके काउंटर पर बैजलपुर लिखा था और शायद वो कोई गिरी जी थे)।
                मैंने ब्रांच मैनेजर साहब से मुलाक़ात करने की कोशिश की लेकिन आज वो मौसम ख़राब होने की वजह से 11.30 तक नहीं आ पाए थे शायद दो पहर के बाद आए ऐसा कहकर मुझे लौटा दिया गया।
                मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि ऐसे निकम्मे और अपराधी क़िस्म के लोगों को इस शाखा से हटा दिया जाए और उनपर उचित कठोर से कठोर कार्यवाही की जाए।

                  I have received my credit card on 28/02/19 but yet i have not received my password.i tried in customer care to create but it is directing to contact branch. I went there and they gave me a link WWW.unionbank online.co.in to create password.In that link i click for "register now" when entered my details it says that my date of birth is incorrect and contact branch to update. Again i went to my branch and checked my date of birth it was correct .I don't know how get my password.Any one call me [protected] or mail me [protected]@gmail.com

                      I had an education loan from Union Bank of India punalur branch for my btech studies. I completed my course on 2017 but I haven't got a stable income to start the correct payment of the loan, hence I managed to repay some amount with the help of my parents.
                      I wish that debt to be cleared by my income. And I hope to have a job soon and a stable income. But the bank is now threatening my parents saying they will attach our land and home to bank. Can anyone help me to find a solution for this.

                        On 20.3.2019 i transfer amount 13, 000/-rs from my unionbank account [protected] to my kvb bank account [protected] by paytm upi but it shows transaction failed but money got debited frm my union bank account and not received in my kvb bank account.. I contact branch manager and gave him refund letter and i contact your union bank customer and still now more than five days over but i didn get my refund amount😖.. Pls take...

                              I manish thakur, the owner of paribhansh pack has submitted form of issuing new cheque book on 12.03.2019 and till today after seven days i have not given the same. I need it on urgent basis to run my business smoothly and i reached to sector-16, rohini branch o[censored]nion bank and asked for the same to mr. Goyal. He denied completely not to do anything regarding it. I want my cheque book as soon as possible or reply to me on urgent basis. Or i will take some legal action against it.

                                As per them the amount is refunded but my bank is not showing the amount in it. Had filled the dispute form but nothing happend the amount is still cant be seen. So i request you to please help me as son as you can

                                  I m trying to login my net banking but an error occurred and login is not done so i try to add money in my paytm account for an emergency transfer but the bank is not shown in the banks list. Then i went to complain through toll free number but in answer it replied s wrong number, then i tried to call chargeble customer care number but it is also said wrong number... This is very bad kind of service i ever got. I m sending you the screen shot of page from which i m unable to process ahead.
                                  I almost doing my all work by internet banking so in these situation it is very difficult to do any personal and neccessities thing... Again i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible
