transferred funds debited in my account but not credited to other account

I have transferred rupees 500 twice to other bank account through google pay app even though it is debited in my union bank account but the amount has not been credited to other account.

I have made 2 transaction from phonepe app of ₹3000 each. But transaction was failed but money has been debited. Transaction id are s41243810 and s41319855. And transaction description are upiar/u3/refid/ybl93c89cd89d814fcaa586ef8bf4d84f0a and upiar/u3/refid/ybl51cc[protected]a9322e4272ba7d47.
I have called customer care number but it's telling always busy. And i called phonepe customer service they've told that it's problem with your concerned union bank of india. If i complaint on official website o[censored]nion bank of india it's not lodging complaint

    This is my order details. I had ordered it on 29th/01/19 but due to some reasons i cancelled my order on same day. I have talked to the customer support of amazon and they have said that they have already sent the refund amount to the bank, but still the refund amount has not been reflected in my account. So, kindly please check the status and make the refund as fast as possiable.

        Rs. 22275 Has been paid to the Fullerton Loan through online banking. The issue is Rs. 22275 is debited from the account but it is not paid to the respective loan account.

          Bank is unable to provide with hardcopy of correct passwords for logging into the accounts online. All attempts to resolve the issue by contacting the bank have failed. The procedure with dealing with the nro accounts and with customers living outside of india is extremely primitive and inefficient. Even complaints to grievance officer have not borne any resolution.

                                I am new consumer in your bank my home branch in up but now i m in mumbai due to job as a car driver.

                                I am very irritated from your bank i am a poor consumer so you are requested kindly help me and resolve, issue

                                My complaint i tried to withdraw amount from atm as on 31.12.2018 timing nearly 8 pm evening. Amount debited two time from my account 6000+6000.

                                First 6000 amount debited from my account but same amount did not get from atm. I received only 6000 rs from atm but 12000 amount debited from account on same timing and with same id as on 31.122018.

                                I complaint many time on union bank toll free no[protected] my complaint no[protected] but i did not get solution.

                                Now when i called toll free no executive told me your complaint has been closed without any proper solution.

                                I am a car driver so this is a big amount for me

                                You are requested kindly resolve this complaint on priority otherwise i will complaint to pmo office
