From last 4-5 days i am trying to perform money transfer via google pay but transaction is not getting processed (Always stuck at payment processing by partner bank;bank server didn't respond:error code-91). Worst part is that whenever i tried to raise grievance on ubi website java error is reflecting from last 1 week... Refer latest screen shot in attachment. (Previous to that webpage was not getting open) also as per closure comment of earlier grievance whenever i tried to call there mb team's number they always tells that there is issue in upi/server/switch and will resolved shortly but as of now issue still not resolved.

    On dated 6th feb 2019 with the help o[censored]nion bank app and through the imps fund transfer i had transferred rs 4000/- to icici bank user.

    Amount has been deducted from my account but its not been transferred.

    Now almost 48 hours passed still no any kind o[censored]pdate has been received.

    Kindly take necessary action.

          We have given board resolution to the concern branch regarding some kind of fraud done by one of the director of company in which we require certain documents of company account but due to some reason bank has refused to provide the same

            I would like to say that Late Molai Ram Prajapati S/O Late Pancham had his account in Union Bank of India(IFSC Code: UBIN0534579) which is in Sidhi Sadan, Mohalla Sahabganj Mungra Badshahpur, Jaunpur, UP-222202. Molai Ram died on 04 May 18 and leave behind Rs 41438/ in his savings account. Now his wards want that money from his account for which they visited the above said bank. The bank requested some legal documents from them which they have provided to bank but instead of that bank is not doing it's job. Every time when they visit to bank the bank official makes some excuse to them and ask them to visit again and this is continued from approx three months.               debit card not delivering at the branch after 10 days

              Sir,
              I opened a bank account union bank of india,
              Kukas branch, (Ubin0562785) jaipur and my debit card has not yet been delivered even after submiting all the required documents. I have visited my branch for my card almost 4 times in the last 10 days and my card is not yet there.

              I request you to please look into the matter, because without a card its quite difficult to do any kind of economic activity....

                On 7th january i paid rs 612.50 to amazon through upi. The amount was mot received by amazon. I made phone call many times to union bank customer care and amazon customer care. Union bank said that the amount was received by amazon but amazon said that the amount was hard declined. So, between union bank and amazon i am suffering. I am requesting to take necessary steps regarding this transaction. I am providing details of the transaction through p. D. F. Transaction id s49794976.

                  On 3rd Feb I was transferred Rs 5000 /- to my brother's account. The first transaction got failed and I tried one more time which got credited to the beneficiary also. But my account got debited two times Rs 5000/- each, and the beneficiary got credited only once. Kindly check and please credit the pending transaction to my or beneficiary account as earliest.                                 Bank is unable to provide with hardcopy of correct passwords for logging into the accounts online. All attempts to resolve the issue by contacting the bank have failed. The procedure with dealing with the nro accounts and with customers living outside of india is extremely primitive and inefficient. Even complaints to grievance officer have not borne any resolution.
