I have an issue with my transaction. On 1st december 2018 rs.10000/- has been credited to my account. So, i tried taking the money through my union bank atm villivakkam chennai.. By it showed an error message so i decided to try in other banks atm and again it showed an error message.. After some time i received a message saying rs.10000/- has been debited from my union bank account. But i never took any money.. Regarding this issue i have registered a complaint to my union bank (Home branch). But still the issue i have faced has not been resolved.. Do please kindly have note on this and do take immediate action on this and kindly resolve my issue.. I have been contacting my bank employees for this so long but still they r not resolving.. Do please do the requirement.. Hope u do so.. Thank you so much..

    I want to know that I am paying emi of house loan since 2010 in between 2 or 3 emi was skipped bcoz I lost my job but later I was keep depositing 5000 and 6000 per month. Last April I recvd letter to pay Rs24000 last month I paid Rs 33000 as I was asked to pay to regularize emi now manager keep asking to pay 15000 then 4000. If she told me to pay the amount to regularize the emi then why she saying we will possess ur house seal ur house. Kindly reply

      सम्मानित महोदय, मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि मेरे पास आपके बैंक में भारत शाखा नाम खन्ना का खाता खाता बैंक है। मेरा नाम चंदरपाल है। मेरा मोबाइल नंबर[protected] 46125 मैं सावधि जमा प्राप्त करने के लिए आपके बैंक गया लेकिन मेरी निराशा के लिए आपको अपने कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपमानित किया गया। मैं अपने पैसे को सावधि जमा करने के लिए श्री संजय के पास गया। उसने मुझे भरने के लिए एक फॉर्म दिया। मैंने जितना संभव हो उतना फॉर्म भर दिया और श्रीमान को सौंप दिया। संजय लेकिन उसने मुझे फॉर्म को पूरी तरह से भरने के लिए कहा। मैंने उनसे अनुरोध किया कि मैं ज्यादा शिक्षित नहीं हूं और मैं जो कुछ भी पूछता हूं उसे पढ़ने में असमर्थ हूं। उसने मुझे हर किसी के सामने अपमानित किया और कहा कि वह मेरे फॉर्म को भरने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है और उसने कोई सहायता नहीं दी है .. फिर मैं बैंक मैनेजर श्री सुरेश के पास गया, उसने भी ऐसा किया और मुझे अपने खाते को निजी स्थानांतरित करने के लिए कहा बैंक अगर उनकी सेवा से संतुष्ट नहीं है। मैं जिस तरह से व्यवहार करता था उससे काफी चौंक गया था और मैं बेहद निराश हूं। मुझे आशा है कि आप कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई करेंगे और वें न्याय करेंगे

          आज सरकारी कर्मचारी होने के बावजूद भी और ११ साल तक आपके बैंक मे अकाउन्ट रखने के बाद भी ये महसूस हुआ कि क्यों सरकारी बैंको मे अपना अकाउन्ट
          नही खुलवाना चाहिये, कृपया ये स्पष्ट करें‌ कि एक चेकबुक और एक विदड्राल फार्म मे किसकी प्रिंटिंग कास्ट ज्यादा है, यदि ग्राहक चेकबुक होते हुए भी यदि निकासी के लिये फार्म भरता है तो कृपया उसे धनराशि की अदायगी करते हुए फार्म की प्रिंटिंग लागत काट कर धनराशि अदा की जाये, साथ ही ग्राहक को इसके बारे मे स्पष्ट जानकारी दी जाये, और हो सके तो अखबारों मे इसके लिये गजट भी निकलवा देना चाहिये कि चेकबुक होने की दशा मे निकासी के लिये फार्म का प्रयोग करना वर्ज्य है, अपितु दण्डनीय अपराध है. वैसे आपके बैंक की शाखाओं के कुछ कर्मचारी इतने मित्रवत हैं कि दोबारा बैंक जाने के बारे मे दस बार सोचना पड़ता है...
          बाकी सब ठीक है..

            1st dec my account was debited 25000.00 for failed transaction. Immediately concern was highlighted to mr. Yogesh in mazagaon ubi branch who told me that my money will be credited on monday as tomorrow is saturday and it takes 24 hours to revive atm machines. But all was story still i have not received my money. On that customer service who registered my complaint ref # [protected] says after 10 days that complaint was registered with wrong details and they have now registered new complaint # [protected] and i have wait for more 7 days. This is now serious issue as they are just not understanding my concern and keep playing with customer. 25000 is big amount for me and it actual impact my monthly budget. Please help me to get my money asap.

I was working in ruduli branch district faizabad on 14/05/2018 someone withdrwal rs10000 while atm card was in my pocket i enquire from bank they replied on 19/05/2018 through mail money withrawal from axis bank chura mandi new delhi. I send no of mails to bank but no ans please help me to return my hard money

              Bank server didnt response in g pay registration
              Amount deducted twice from A/C as given remarks of cheque rejection charge but same cheque has been cleared. complain has been registered physically in branch with explanation of case and online complaint has been also raised but no any action has been taken from bank till date.

                your bank account is blocked or frozen

                When i am trying to transfer money from my union bank of india account then i just getting and message 'your bank account is blocked or frozen. For further details please contact your bank'.
                I can't able to transfer money or send money to any upi address or any bank account so please help me to unblock or unfrez my account i will be thankful of you.

                Dear Sir. At our location ATM facility is available also deposit facility also. But ATM Closed every night 8.30 pm to 9.00AM. Opposite police station is there. Then what is the fun of ATM Closing. Its very inconvinient with us. Pls do the needful.

                    When i use bhim app for transection and gave a debit card details for bhim app he shows ur debit card wrong are wrong detail's so plz understand my problem i get problem to transaction in bhim app cause of debit card details are wrong but my ac and debit card is not expired is working and i always use for cash withdraw so plz what a problem in my debit card

                      On the 1st of dec 2018 i had made a transaction of rs 2000 via phonepe app the amount got debit from my account but still receiver didn't receive the money in his account.

                      When i confirmed with the phone pay care they give the response that for that you contact with your respective bank..

                      So now team please check this an do the needful on priority...

                        I had complaint already for i transferred amount 8000/- at 28-11-18
                        From icici to ubi
                        Wrong account no - [protected]

                        And i need to transfer amount to account no[protected]

                        Last 4 digi is issue.

                        Union bank block this amount but they are asking for need to customer who received account because this customer want request to union bank of india for i don't know about this amount. Afterwards this amount i get in my account. And continuously i trying to customer to speak which bank will provided ubi account person contact number this number is his wife number she don't know about her husband job, she don't know when he coming at home and she don't know his contact number & she is not responding proper to me for his husband details.
                        How can i get this person and amount back to my account please solve this as per soon

                            I am a pensioner in union bank, branch-muni ki reti, uttarakhand. I have yet not received pension of the month of november. My ppo no is[protected]. My account no is [protected]. I got no dependence to look after. Pension is sole source of livelihood. So please look into it treating it as urgent. I already submitted my life certificate to muni ki reti branch on 15th november. At present i am in pune, so i cannot personally contact my branch.

                            Sir i have order some item from flipkart on 5.11.18 and 12.11.2018. I had cancelled the order on 13.11.2018 of Rs 699 and 826. I talk with flipkart and they said that refund has been issued and it will credit to 22 and 23.11.18 but the amount is not credit in my account till date. Please do the needful.
                            Plss check the process and refund my amount to my account

                              I am ajay kumar yadav s/o ram chet yadav i have taken an education lone in 22. Oct.2009
                              Of amount 3, 20000.
                              Of loan a/c number [protected]
                              Saving a/c number [protected]

                              My following point are below………
                              1) i did not receive entire subsidy till now.
                              2) when i have approach a branch and ro they did not provide any positive response only asking me to write an application but still no revert receive,
                              3) so please let me know when i will receive entire subsidy?
                              4) why my entire subsidy was claimed by branch at moratorium period?
                              5) and if branch is aware about that the entire interest was provided by indian government in form of subsidy, then why current branch manager of year 2011-12 has reached out at my home and used abusing word to my father and said that your a/c is going to npa so please deposited the interest right now[protected].
                              6) so, i want to know why my a/c is going to npa in 2011-12 as per that branch manager? My education was end in june 2013, so before ending of education how my a/c will be npa??
                              7) one question also i want highlighted that why without intimation to me bm[protected] went to my home for recovery and abusing us and said that your a/c is npa. Why???
                              8) two policy has kept against this lone a/c (1. Ram asharey yadav 2. Indrawati devi)
                              And indrawti policy has mature in 2010 and it surrender value at the time of lone was 40, 000 rs approx.
                              So why current bm of 2011-12 has reach out to my home and did not demand that policy from the lic, and blindly went to my home for recovery.
                              And i had chase a branch number of time to demand the mature policy amount from the lic but branch did not care for same, why??
                              And present bm has demanded[protected] that amount from the lic so i have lost the same principal amount in the form of interest in 8 (Eight) years.
                              9) bank always updating me fake update

                                I had deposited Rs 6000/- in my account via cash deposit machine at ubi atm in vasai east gokhivare branch.
                                As soon as i inserted the cash the machine started counting the cash and after some seconds a reciept came stating deposit retracted.
                                The amount has not credited in my account i contacted customer care the told me to wait for 24 hours, I urgently wanted to transfer that money to my native place via netbank and this mishap happened.

                                  I pita bahadur magar has an account in union bank and was trying to withdrawl 2000rs via Atm bank of india on 25/11/18 at 09:17 am at sahadatpura mau but i did not recieved my money and the money was deducted from my account. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                                  Please try to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.
