I had deposited Rs 6000/- in my account via cash deposit machine at ubi atm in vasai east gokhivare branch.
As soon as i inserted the cash the machine started counting the cash and after some seconds a reciept came stating deposit retracted.
The amount has not credited in my account i contacted customer care the told me to wait for 24 hours, I urgently wanted to transfer that money to my native place via netbank and this mishap happened.

    I pita bahadur magar has an account in union bank and was trying to withdrawl 2000rs via Atm bank of india on 25/11/18 at 09:17 am at sahadatpura mau but i did not recieved my money and the money was deducted from my account. I want my money back as soon as possible.

    Please try to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.
    For this I will be thankful to you.

      Respected Sir,

      I have been issued Demand Draft of Rs. 900, 000/- on 25th Oct 2018 from SBI- Nilumbagh Bhavnagar RACPC branch against disbursement of home loan (H.L. Account No. [protected]).

      The Demand Draft No. 846657 has been dishonoured from kotak mahindra bank as “DD HAS BEEN ISSUIED WITHOUT AUTHORISED SIGNATORY”. Copy of the same has been attached herewith.

      SBI has been charging interest from the date of 25th Oct 2018 on the dishonoured DD / Non valid DD. We have received the dishonoured DD return on 27th Nov 2018 from Estate Manager Gujarat Housing Board-Bhavnagar. Immediately we submitted the Dishonoured DD to SBI with Return MEMO. Bank has made signature on the DD on 28.11.2018 and reissued the same DD on 28.11.2018.

      We request to SBI for charging of interest from the date of 28.11.2018 instead of 25 Oct 2018 as it is clearly bank’s mistake.

      Further the interest charged in to my account from 25th Oct 2018 to 28th Nov 2018 it should be reversed as bank has been charging interest on non-valid instrument.

        My self jignesh himatlal nagvadia, i ordered a product (Silk Saree rs. 49/-) from amazon on 19th oct 2018. But my product was totally defected so i returned my product on 20th oct 2018 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 23th oct 2018, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 449/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "[protected]" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "[protected]") so i want to do charge dispute file.

        Please help me to credit my refund rs.449/- in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help.

          As per supreme court judgement, pcdap, allahabad has issued my e-ppo no.[protected] on 24 sep 2018 and forwarded the same to cppc union bank of india via fstp, four times on different dates viz., 24 sep, 27 sep, 29 oct and 16 nov 2018 to receive my pension arrears. However cppc defence declines having received it. I have made so many telephone calls to cppcdefence but there is no satisfactory answer coming from them. On the other hand when i contacted pcdap, allahabad they recnfirmed that it has been sent four times already to cppc union bank of india, as a special case for me and that i should contact cppc union bank of india for further help.
          I have obtained a copy of my e-ppo and sent the same to my paying bank branch at sector 29 noida and to cppc mumbai. Despite a lapse of four weeks there has been no action or response from cppc mumbai. My paying branch has sent an email with e-ppo to cppc mumbai but there has been no response even to the sector 29, noida branch till date.
          Kndly help me to get my overdue arrears from your esteemed bank and cppc defence at mumbai.
          Your help and push will be appreciated to help a pensioner at the dusk of his life

            On 7th nov. 2018 at 9:49pm i tried to withdraw rs. 2000 from bank of india atm (Aiims patna branch) i didn't get the money but rs. 2000 was debited from my account. Then within some minutes i tried to withdraw rs. 100 and i got the money. But till date the amount of rs.2000 has not been credited back.

                    I have opened my digipurse account before 6 months for virtual visa debit because many online services do not accept rupay card. But when i started using it virtual visa card transaction had been blocked (As per rbi guidelines). I have ₹1067 in digipurse but i can't use to recharge even. When i try to recharge mobile, it shows error code 06 and there is no option to get back that amount in bank account from digipurse. Please help me.

                      My transaction at the deposit machine atm id opun[protected] at bund garden road pune had been retracted on 9th of nov. The amount of rs. 7700 has still not been credited to the account. Is the bank going to pay interest on this 7days delay?? Why does the customer have to suffer due to the machines fault?? The customer care executives had told me that it should be deposited within 3-4 days and maximum seven days. Today i am being told that it will be deposited on 7th day if not then the further procedure will be told. If this is how long it takes due to a machines fault i would want to know how does the bank compensate the customer for the delay? In case of emergency.. I had to transfer the amount on 11th of nov which was sunday. If i don't transfer it by this sunday that is 18th of nov then i will be at a loss. Is the bank going to compensate for that too??

                        Hello... I am ashish harsukhbhai kotadiya. I have an account with union bank of india from minimum 15 years and my account number is [protected]. I had open a new account with yes bank recently and for that new account, i had given a check o[censored]bi with check no.010714 of dated 29/10/2018. I had sufficient balance at that time to clearing the check. But in case of this time, the bank declined my transaction and given the reason to yes bank that it had sufficient balance but the sign is differ. So they gave the signature mismatch reason to yes bank. From last 3 to 4 years, i had many transactions done in that account with that sign and it had been never declined by any bank. So i want to know about this time issue. And as well as the bank didn't call me or message me for that type of issue. And also after many days i had seen that the check return charges of rs.295 is also deducted from my account without inform me.
                        So what seen about my reputation in front of other bank or other work. My any check not returned till now from my account opening date. So just want to justice and my compensation for this type of cheat.

I deposited 1000 rs but this amount is not deposit in my saving account i received the receipt in that it is shown 500 rs 2 counts but its shows deposit retracted error and not came back money from cdm machine. After that i tried to deposited 100 rs and 2000 rs and again 2000 rs. That amount is deposited in my saving account but not that 1000 rs as what i deposited first time.                             Dear sir,

                            On 02.08.2018 at 07:57 am, i used sbi atm, padra, rewa for the withdrawing purpose of rs. 8000/- from my ubi debit card, but after some processing inside of atm machine, machine got hanged up. However i didn’t receive the money while withdrawing from the atm but my account was debited for rs. 8000/-. After waiting near about 15 minute i left the atm and at that time atm was in hang position.

                            Following action has been taken after this incident:
                            1. On 02.08.2018, i call to ubi customer care and told him all incident and he suggest for waiting 24 hours then take action.
                            2. After 24 hours on 03.08.2018 costumer cares file the complaint (Complain no.[protected] and told me for waiting 01 week.
                            3. I call again on 16.08.2018 he told me that your complain is rejected and suggest me for fill up pre-attribution form and submit to home branch.
                            4. I submit the pre-attribution form on 17.08.2018 at home branch (Ubi babaupur, satna).

                            After above action i am in continues follow up for complain and getting reply again and again “your complain is under process please wait 15 days” since last 04 month.

                            I regret to inform you that in spite of my several follow-up till date amounts are not credited in my account.

                            It’s my humble request to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                            I was sending 10, 000 rupees to my friend via paytm and I chose bhim upi option to transact money. The money deducted from my account but didn't add in paytm nor sent to my friend.

                                  I am unable to use my money which i added into digipurse (Rs. 5000). Not by any online service such as amazon, flipkart, paytm etc.

                                  I send mail on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but mail failed to sent. Error: address not found

                                  There is no support to refund. I just stucked or trapped by them : (

                                  Please take action as fast as possible. As many users got trapped by union bank of india (Can't believe why they doing this type of cheap thing.)

                                    I bear a a/c no.[protected]. on 1st nov 2018 I withdrawn Rs.10000/- from SBI Kiosk Bank through aadaar no. At the the Kiosk showed a failed transaction. Even then the same sum was debited to my a/c.
                                    I made a complaint (written) at the branch and registered a complaint at customer care with complaint no.[protected] dt. 02/11/2018 and even mailed to Grievance Cell on 05/11/2018 and called them at base phone.
                                    Still issue is pending

                                      When i download the upi app o[censored]nion bank of india and also bhim app after register the mobile number which register in bank.
                                      Then i want to setup the upi pin for transection after filling all detail like 6 last digit atm card number and expiry of atm card then i click on next and then i enter the otp which came from bank after that i enter upi pin and click on confirm after that i shows that no record found
