Don't use any services of this bank it's fully wrost, thief,

    I received a debit card from union bank of india in a unsealed-broken state, due to which i returned it. Bank took no further actions but linked the same debit card to my account without notifying/informing me. I dont have the card with me but its linked to my account.
    I need the bank to issue me a new debit card and then link that card to my account unlinking the other card which i dont have or issue me the card which they have linked.
    Though like stated earlier, the cvv was exposed as the card was in a unsealed envelope/cover.
    I've been following up on emails with the bank's debit card team, cgo and agm and other officials, from long. However, none of the mails are answered/acknowledged.
    Hoping positive responses from ubi team.

    When I was trying to generate upi pin...It was showing invalid debit details even I was entering correct details.i have tried so many times

          I am jafar nadaf from pune. I have opened saving account in the union bank of india hirbaug branch. On saturday 13th oct 2018 i have swiped my debit card with amount of rs. 6070 and then for some reasons that transaction was void. I have not credited my account with that amount. Its been 3 days now. But the amount has not been credited to my account. My registered mobile no is [protected]. So please refund me my money.

              she was deposited a Cheque No. 205121 more than 6 Months ago & Amount has not Credited yet in her Account .

              She has visited several Time to Home Branch & follow-up with Branch, however Neither Amount Credit nor we received valid reason for that issue.

                Amount was deducted from my account without operation on 05/10/2018 and I got message 5000 rupees deducted by transfer it was very unfortunate why Did same thing happens in this week. That time I was not used debit card and mini statement shows reverse transaction please resolve my problem as early as possible

                  Irctc refunded to my account rs 7355/- against cancellation of two tickets (Rs 3605 + rs 3750) on 10.9.18. However, this amount has not yet been credited to my savings bank account with unionbankof india presumably due to some server problem. On continuous correspondence with irctc, they confirm time and again that money has been refunded and the problem is with bank. I also experienced this kind of problem with ubi as during last week, one of my online transaction failed but the amount was credited to my account only after my complaint with banking authorities. Similar instances took in the past also. Therefore, i request your good honour to kindly look into and resolve the problem.

                      My union bank savings account no. is [protected]. I tried to withdraw Rs.2500 from my bank account in Union Bank of india via my debit card on 3rd Oct 2018 which had failed. Although money was debited from my bank account. I called the customer care number immediately. They asked me to wait for next 24 hours and then register a complaint if the money does not get credited back. Next day i.e on 4th Oct 2018 I lodged a complaint via complaint no.[protected] . They asked me to wait for the next 7 working days to get the money back. I did so. But today i.e on 15th Oct 2018 after the expiry of 8 working days, when I checked my bank account balance, the money had not credited back. So I called them back But when I called the same customer helpline no., no one answered my call and my call was kept on hold for a continuous period of more than an hour. I don't understand why it is taking so long to refund my money.

                          Actually problem is this
                          I transfer 5000 and 5000 amount 2 times atm to atm but both transaction are decline on the date of 30 september 2018
                          And 5000 and 5000 total 10000 debited deducted from my account.

                          I complaint to union bank customer care
                          After complaint bank was refund my amount on 4th october 18

                          But again bank was deducted 5000 and 5000 total 10000 debited on same day 4th october

                          I again complaint but they only give date date date, wait wait wait
                          It is really horrible from 15 days.
                          Please don't use any app services o[censored]nion bank and i never suggest my friends family and relatives for this fraud bank.

                          I think it's fraud is done by bank it's not a technical error.

But i can't able to use the visa virtual debit card. I requested to cancel the wallet and refund my money. But i didn't get any response.                               Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I have loaded 10000/- Rs in Digipurse (Union bank) account. But I am unable to utilise that money. I need to pay credit card bill. For that I tried to Verify from https://unionbankonline.co.in/ Other services Verified by VISA after concerning your customer care department. But i am unable to login with My transaction pin. It prompted with an error message "password should be 8..15 characters". If Try to reset password by "Forgot password", after entering virtual card details it showed invalid card details. I have called many more times to you customer care. They told me to mail to this mail address.

                              Please solve my problem ASAP. Please find the details given below.
                              Note: I have loaded money from ICICI credit card.

                                I have been trying for 2 hours to register a complain about not getting money disbursed from atm but debited from my account but none of the costumer care executive attanded my call. If you are not in a position to help your customers then why are you in the industry. Please try to make the customer service a little good so that the complain can be resolved.

                                  In my city jhumari telaiya branch today i go to get my atm. But there is only 3-4 employee, no manager. Nobody reply if on my question they are totally lazy. They are only work for # money they don't care about service. I don't get my atm today and wasted my 2-3 hour in bank. This is not a gokd service no everyone has time 2-3 hour to waste for a atm. Please do something other we arn not interested to save our money in this type of bank.

                                    Iam an account holder of your branch sikandra bodla road agra uttar pradesh. Its a worst i have ever seen. Any bank of india is far better than this. I would suggest everyone not to open an account in this bank. I have an a/c in branch of agra there manager remain always absent when ever i visit branch and the staff they don't hv any knowledge of banking ombudsman they don't know about the policy. Leave the policy they don't even know the answer of any query related to any banking operations regarding cheques. They are called as so called staff o[censored]bi bank.

                                    Staff don't have the sense to talk to there customer they are so rude. Specially staff of this branch is so rude they talk rudely to customer whether he/she is sr. Citizen or normal customer.
