But, purane passbook me sheela patel name hi but bank detail and online transaction karne par sheela pandey, s/o - sanjai kumar, aur sir maine new passbook banwaya jisme bhi sheela pandey, s/o - sanjai kumar likha hi batata hi but maine aadhar card and other docoument jama liya tha tab bhi bank detail wrong fill hi. Aur bank me detail sudharwane gane par bank staff ne miss behaviour kiya. Air bahut rudly baat kiya.

    I think union bank one of the worst bank ever i have seen in my life..
    Irresponsible behavior. Everytime. Manager ass. Manager. When you ask some things.

    Careless behavior.
    Not helping people.
    . They thought they are the pm of bank.
    ... This is not only my complain.
    Yes complain un gaao balo ki h jo anpad h sahri gareebo ki h jo bank see darte h..
    . Mujhe lagta h union bank me ye nahi sikhaya jaata k apne customer ko kaise treat krna h.
    Or v sikayte h..
    Pr pahle inhe apna internet connection sudharna hoga.

    Balo ko behavior sikhana jaruri .ke apne customer ko kaise treat kre.
    Or kisi ki problem samjhna or use solve krna..
    I have tried to get 3000/- RS from my Union BANK OF India account. Payment was debited from my account but I didn't receive the money for the transition from the ATM. Please resolve my issues.
    I go to branch for exchange to coins of one and two rupees but it refuse to taken

      Sir, I have got education loan subsidy for my education loan of amount 20, 000 Rs in 2015. For that till moratorium period I got subsidy in interest from nodal bank as I saw it through nodal bank website. But sir still it has been not credited into my loan account no [protected]. The respective union bank branch continuously calling for the repayment even though I have got subsidy on full interest till now.
      please sir kindly check all details and transfer the full amount of subsidy into my loan account as soon as possible. I will be your thankful sir.

        Hello sir,
        On 30 Oct. I recharged my phone no. By upi but amount debited from my account and the recharge got unsuccessful . On the same day at night I got a call, on the other hand the person said that he is speaking from [protected]@icici and he helped me to return my money. But he cheated me and requested me on Google pay to pay 1647 rupees . Due to mistake I accepted the request and money debited from my account .
        Next morning I felt that he is a fraud guy who cheated me .

        The upi I'd of the fraud person is (refund-.[protected]@sbi )

        So kindly check this id and block it. So in the future he will not be able to cheat anyone .

          I had ordered a product from amazon on 7th october and then i had requested refund from amazon on 10th october. They are showing that they have already refunded and it's already almost a month (31st october) and i haven't received any amount yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

          Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have order a product from amazon on 27/07/2020 for Rs 6, 184/-, amazon has refunded the said amount on 27/07/2020, but the said amount has not been credited to my account till now (05/08/2020), I tried called amazon they have informed that the amount has been refunded to my account on 27/07/2020 and has sent the Refund Refreance Number to enquire with the bank, hence to follow up with the bank. When I tried to call the Union Bank of India customer service they are just escaping by saying that the amount has been refunded from amazon and the same will be credited shorted, if not call back again but they are lossing their patience to listen the refund referance number # 30005402100209000288460. The same thing is repeating again and again from this Union Bank of India, please I request your goodself to do the needfull as early as possible or atleast try to convieny your problem to the customers. Banks are not only for making profit, they should listen to the problems of the customer and to solve it as early as possible. Meanwhile I expect a better result, before I step into Cousmer Dispute Reddressal Forum to file a dispute against Union Bank of India, which would be a shamefull part on the said bank or a concerned authority who is most responsible.

            I have paid. Rs 20000 toward the payment of esbtr on 19/10/2018 but payment got deducted from my account and challan not generated, on inquiry; bank officials given this mail id for raising a complaint
            .
            Because i have to pay stamp duty for the said date i have made another payment hence i request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange the reversal asap.

            2. 6, 000/- 31/07/2018

            But the challan is not generated.

              Sir, i am student of 11 arts of kv holta camp, palampur (H. P). Sir, i have paid my 1 qtr fees manually to the teacher and it was succesfully. And in 1 qtr i have science fees. But in 2 qtr fees the fees of the both the qtr were thereand i have paid with the fine. I tell this things to the principle sir but they said that they have written letter to regional office but they didn't get reply.                 So again i call amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute and gave reference of transfer number[protected]

                    [protected] जो कि यूनियन बैंक का खाता है तथा खाता धारक का नाम भगवान दास है जो कि आगरा का निवासी है के अकाउंट में मेरा ₹4000 ट्रांसफर हो गया मैंने खाताधारक से अपना पैसा वापस मांगा तो भगवान दास पैसा देने से मना कर रहा है और कह रहा है कि जो चाहो वह कर लो पैसा वापस नहीं करूंगा इसकी कोई के लिए मैंने यूनियन बैंक कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल किया यूनियन बैंक की शाखा में संपर्क किया परंतु वहां से कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है मैं परेशान हूं यूनियन बैंक की वेबसाइट पर मेल कर रहा हूं कृपया मेरी मदद कर मेरा पैसा वापस करवाने का कष्ट करें आपकी अति कृपा होगी |

                        I received a debit card from union bank of india in a unsealed-broken state, due to which i returned it. Bank took no further actions but linked the same debit card to my account without notifying/informing me. I dont have the card with me but its linked to my account.
                        I need the bank to issue me a new debit card and then link that card to my account unlinking the other card which i dont have or issue me the card which they have linked.
                        Though like stated earlier, the cvv was exposed as the card was in a unsealed envelope/cover.
                        I've been following up on emails with the bank's debit card team, cgo and agm and other officials, from long. However, none of the mails are answered/acknowledged.
                        Hoping positive responses from ubi team.

                              I am jafar nadaf from pune. I have opened saving account in the union bank of india hirbaug branch. On saturday 13th oct 2018 i have swiped my debit card with amount of rs. 6070 and then for some reasons that transaction was void. I have not credited my account with that amount.                                     Amount was deducted from my account without operation on 05/10/2018 and I got message 5000 rupees deducted by transfer it was very unfortunate why Did same thing happens in this week. That time I was not used debit card and mini statement shows reverse transaction please resolve my problem as early as possible

                                      Irctc refunded to my account rs 7355/- against cancellation of two tickets (Rs 3605 + rs 3750) on 10.9.18. However, this amount has not yet been credited to my savings bank account with unionbankof india presumably due to some server problem. On continuous correspondence with irctc, they confirm time and again that money has been refunded and the problem is with bank. I also experienced this kind of problem with ubi as during last week, one of my online transaction failed but the amount was credited to my account only after my complaint with banking authorities. Similar instances took in the past also. Therefore, i request your good honour to kindly look into and resolve the problem.
                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
