Hello sirr,
I was withdrawing money from ATM but money not dispensed and account gets deducted from my account. I was withdrawing from uco branch ATM katra jammu ATM id: VA028202. On 16 August 2018 on 16:52 . I have also lodged complaint in bank about this matter on 21 August 2018 whose reference no: [protected].it has been more than 20 days from date of complain. It was said by the bank that it will take only 7 days to resolve this problem..
Plz sirr this reslove my problem as soon as possible.

    Amount deposited rs 49500 dt 25/08/2018 at emaneswaram branch tamil nadu but not credited to the recevier as i was not in station on visitig him came to know that the amount was not credited in his account several times at the atm machines slips dont come in this case also i have not recived deposit recipt hence could not mention the transaction no amount was deposited at the time between 10.30 to 10.50 am

      I have an savings account with union bank. I need to update my mobile number in my account. Right now i am out of station. I called to the customer care they suggested that just give a call to home branch for that purpose and also i got your branch contact details from them. I have tried several number of times but nobody response to me on[protected].
      Then i have tried another number i. E;[protected], one person picked up the call and told me this is a std telephone booth number, never called back and also he talked with me very rudely. I am surprised that what kind of service you have? Everytime physically present at branch is not possible. I got transferred to the another city. I have already sent mail to branch manager and regional head. But i didn't get any revert from them. Actually these people are talking this matter very casually.
      So, it's request, that how to change this contact details please assist me and take a action against this people for harassment bank customers.

        I was depositing 20000 rs in my account at the cash deposit machine at the elobby situated in chandjanj branch, lucknow. The machine took the cash and the machine it showed an error saying out of service. I immediately rushed in the bank and informed the manager about the same to which he said to write a complaint in hardcopy and the money will be refunded in your account within 8 days. This incident is of 28th august and still i have been calling the bank and branch to which they have been telling me sir it will come in a day or two. Everyday i call them and they reply the same. Its been more than 10 days now and i haven't received the money back. Kindly so to this matter asap.

          Sir i have deposit in atm cash machine sum of rs. 10000 in front of atm guard but money was stuck in machine & guard says money stuck, so you fill one form that he given me & submitted all the details & very next day i got msg confirmation which screenshot i attached in this mail, this incident was happens on 17/08/2018

          Sir i am a middle class person & 10000 was much more value for me, now its more than 20 day & in bank they confirm me u will get money in 10 days, but in bank to person (Mr. Swapnil in sion branch) when we visit he always told senior manager are out of station in banglore when he came we see the matter,

            Sir, my name is omprakash and my account is in rajghat varanasi branch in u. P. Ifsc code is ubin0538353. I have new visa debit card and i tryied ro pay on international by card but not successful here after i talked to customer care he told there may be some issue from your branch here after i went to rajghat varanasi branch. But non of the staff did solve my problum.in the last they send me to the manager. The manager talked brutally with me and he told uni does not provide international pay on visa debit card. When to told i did pay with my previous visa debit card o[censored]bi at same website. After listening he refuse brutally and miss guide me and told that ubi has closed international facilities for pay. He miss behave with me and told he can not solve my problum and start chewing tobacco in his cabin.
            I am asking with you, ubi has a slogan good bank good people. At the behaviour of branch managers how we can say good bank good people, even manager has no sence how to talk and behave to the people. And he is chewing tobacco in his cabin. His behaviour and his performance of work is not acceptable.
            I request you to take some action against rajghat varanasi branch manager.

                My name is adem haritha. My brach is tirupathi. I visited icici bank atm in infosys mysore on 2nd september, 2018 at around 6pm in the evening. I entered my ubi card and entered pin number and amount. It showed transaction being processed and after sometime it showed network and please take your card. Unknowingly, i entered my card once again and entered the amount to be with drawn. Again it wrong due to network.in this process, the amount of 900/- has been debited and the transaction charges. Can you please verify it

All are in ubi branch sdp higher school ludhiana. R/p sir i have to fill my itr for the same account and i asked for 16a form. But high level of harrasment made by branch. Pls do enquiry for that.

                      Hello sir, i had made a transaction of 9998rs on amazon.in but my order was cancelled by amazon on the date 31/07/2018, i talked to amazon customer care and they said that your refund regarding this purchase has been initiated on 31/07/2018 and it would be credited to your acc by 07/08/2018. But nothing happened they said you have to contact your bank. I have called ubi customer for many times but my problem is not resolved yet i had filed a complaint also but nothing happened yet.

                          Hey, i'm suraj and i recently opened my account in union bank of india at rani bagh but they delay to open my account.
                          I submitted my all details on[protected] but my account is not open officially. I don't know whats wrong with your system and yesterday i got a message to collect your passbook to your branch on date[protected] but the branch employee says me to please bring your letter.
                          I don't know why they do it with me and right now i'm so frustrated so please solve my issue otherwise close my bank account from here

                              This is arun m union bank of india sb sincear account holder (A/c nos - [protected]) since 5 years with digital translation for emergency convience, but from yesterday afternoon unable transaltion to other account its showing error from ubi end unable take a cash by atm also unable to swipe card paymount, unable to transfor emergency online paymount to my friend. I called up to ubi castomer care they said server is busy if server is busy then who is responsible for our emergency convience i come across alots of problem even i have good maintance of account at ubi as they stated will give good service but ubi r failed. I m disoppoinment with ubi inconvinent service withot intimation.
                              As they know i m using all translation online payment and atm service by this type of service i got insult by public hotel without cash i used card but crd transaltion not done. Really i m fully disappoinment from ubi service without intimation such inconvience service. I lost my reputation at public place and i lost with trust with my friend bcz o[censored]r inconvient service.
                              I will lodge complaint againt ubi bank

                                My name is akshay and i have a saving account in union bank.

                                25 aug 2018, i'm trying to make transaction and logged in at union banks official website and this is what i see "[accttx0073] [100021] the user id or account number is invalid."

                                It's festive season tomorrow is raksha bandan and i need money to travel 400km to my home. This is really unbelievable that i can not make any kind of transaction via net banking...

                                On 13th august 2018 i have used hdfc atm for withdraw the money from union bank account, during transaction slightly the power cut off at the end of the moment while cash dispensing, cash not received even massage also not received but when i check online the amount was deducted from account. I called to customer care executive as per his instruction i longed complaint on 14th august 2018, the executive said that the amount will get refund in my account in seven working days, todays its 25th august, till date i have not received refund amount. A/c. No. [protected]

                                    I did a transaction of rs.950 on 30th june'18 through "phonepe" app. The amount got debited from my bank account however beneficiary didn't received the same.
                                    The amount has been debited didn't even get credited back to my bank account.
                                    Its been a month now but i haven't received any confirmation. Whenever i called customer care those guys says amount is credited to beneficiary account however beneficiary didn't received the same yet

                                      The complaint is regarding a complaint already raised complaint number[protected]. I had ordered a product from Amazon on 9th July 2018 which came faulty so we returned it. The refund was processed by them on 13th July for an amount of Rs 1598.00 with a reference number[protected]. We have still not received any refund in our bank account. Contacted Amazon they said the reference number is proof of the amount being transferred in our bank account. When contacted bank Branch (Vishrantwadi) they said they will not be able to help us as we need to contact their customer care services over the phone. We did as we were advised but no help from them they just raised a complaint saying latest by 14th August we should receive a solution or the refund but nothing came back to us. We contacted the customer services once again they said that the complaint was not action ed so they have forwarded it again requested us to call back within 3 working days. We did that still no action taken so they forwarded the complaint once again. It is becoming so irritating that they just don't want to serve people & making the online transactions difficult.
