Dear Sir, I have a UBI debit card- visa paywave. I have verified it by VISA. When I want to make payment through debit card online (online purchase ) it says authentication failed. I called your helpline and as per their instruction tried to register static password. That is also not going through. After filling all details and pressing okay, the blank screen appears with an instruction to fill details again. please let me know how to resolve this problem.

Secondly why UBI debit card is not registered for payments to odf Tata Sky bills?

When will my problem solve how can I print my fees receipt I paid my daughter's 2nd quarter fees by online but I can't print the fees receipt now it shows the fine of rupees 10 why should I pay the fine resolve my problem

    I have paid fees for quarter Jul-sept twice please refund it

    DOB :-07/03/2003
    Payment date :-12/07/2018 and 13/07/2018
    I have also checked payment status and it shows refunded but yet the amount has not been credited to my account.
    Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible . I will be thankful if the money will be refunded as soon as possible.

    Many time itried for mpin but not responding because of that icant use umobile app for mobile banking

      I booked two ticket through Net banking date 08.07.2018 and ticket cancelled date 09.07.2018 and payment refunded date 12.07.2018 but yet not come my money in my bank account.
      I have receive Transaction Id from irctc. I sent Transaction Id please see and send my money immediately.

        Sir I paid my daughter's 2nd quarter fees by online but it was refunded. Again I paid on 16th of July with fine of rupees 5 still my fees receipt not generated I can't print the fees receipt now it shows fine of 10 rupees what is the remedy for this problem why should I pay fine I paid in advance still it shows rupees 10 fine it's not my fault why should I pay fine please resolve my problem Thanks

        I am union bank of india customer & my account no. is [protected]. I had payment axis bank account on date of 09/06/2018 amount of 2000. This amount deduct on my account but not transferred axis bank account. I complaint union bank customer care on the date of 12/06/2018 & complaint no. is[protected]. but bank not refund my amount till today.
        I have paid Rs2400/- through SBI debit card for 2nd quarter due of my ward Anurag Tirkey class -X uid- [protected] on 13.07.2018, but the status has not been updated till yet. The said amount debited from my account, the payment is done but the fees is not submitted yet. Kindly look in to the matter & provide a copy of receipt and oblige.

                    But it gave msg that link is failed That is 'timed out'.

                          Please help to create receipt or give my amount back into my concern Bank on urgent basis, Because 15th July 2018, is the last date to submitting the fee, The school administration ask to submit receipt.

                                My daughter Sidharth SL studied in kv, Pangode in std 4th and 5th. His student id no. Is [protected]. His date of birth is 25th April 2007. I paid her tution fees by online transaction, but i didn't got her detailed fees receipt including amount. Only 1 got the transaction successful receipt which is attached herewith. So i request you to please send me the detailed receipt from April 2016 to March 2017 and April 2107 to March 2018 for reimbursement. Now he is in 6th standard. I hope your co-operation.                                   My self pushpendra dwivedi, i ordered a product from amazon But box was empty soI claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 29th may 2018 at 12:51pm, but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for rs. 1499/- i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no.                                     I made a upi transaction through paytm upi on 30th of may 2018. But the payment failed and the amount was debited from my Union Bank account. I have lodged 2 subsequent complains on ubi costumer support but there was no response regarding that. I tried contacting paytm they mentioned that the payment has not been recieved on their end and union back is responsible for the refund. Its been more than a month the amount hasnt been credited to my account. Its getting frustrating now.

                                    The amount debited was Rs.2320.85.
