Im kadapa branch customer having account number [protected]. I have sent 770/- to my friend through upi. I don't have any loan still 770/- of mine kept under lien amount. After that i contacted customer care people they have provided regional manager number, he is not rensposive at all. Is this the way bank's treating customers? What is the reason? Even they didn't contacted me after they kept lien.

    Today i visit in ubi rajeev gandhi nagar kota rajasthan branch. I would to like change my address nd dob in aadhar. Your branch officer missbehave with me. Nd dnt verify my docs. The docs which were nt requred were being asked fr me. Aadhar card maker had no problm. When he went to the bramch manager, he also did misbehave nd said that he knew more than me. The officer sitting on the floor and the branch manager is taking the wrong advantage of his chair. I m highly dissatisfied ur bank. Nd i never suggest all my relatives. Visit to ur bank. Nd i m relate to ur bank due to business as a car laon. Becz i m working with automobile comapny.

      My name is Devesh Kumar singh. I ordered a product of skull crushers over the ear Bluetooth headphones from amazon on 15th june 2018 . I cancelled the prodeuct due to some reason. On 18th june amazon sent an email stating they had refunded the the balance of Rs 9505 with the reference no. 74332748170816907881511. I called the customer care o[censored]nion bank of india they told me no such money has been credited to my account . I called amazon customer care they said they credited the amount and suggested me file a charge dispute complaint . The amount to be credited is Rs9505 .

        Today someone call me and he tell that i am calling from union bank. You need to verification of your atm. And he ask me all details about atm like card no., cvv, otp etc. Then for verification necessary i give details about it. And then i see msg in my phone. Money are transaction from my union bank account. And now i want to refund this money. So please help me.

              I make a payment of my u b i bank credit card no [protected] through u b i bank cheque no 099345 dated 28/05/2018 of amounting rs 2360/- same is debited from my saving account no [protected] but same amount is not credited in my credit card account.
              I also lodge a complaint on 23/06/2018 vide complaint no 13279667 but no action is taken till date.

                Sir i am paying fees of my sister of quarter 1 through online with uid [protected], dob. 20/03/2003, but when i make payment from debit card my account has been debited by 2850/- and transaction get an error but when i visited to uid it show status initiated but not completed now what should i have to do school is asking for fees slip please help!!!

                      I ordered some products from amazon on 27th may and returned one of them worth rs 965. They initiated my refund req on june 11. But till date i didn’t get my amount back. Amazon has issued me a reference no i. E 74332748163816217810753. Bank hasn’t credited the amount to my account. Kindly give me my money back. Customer care executives of bank are not responding well. My money has been stuck.

                        I had done the transaction of ₹10000 in 30 may 2018 but till know i had not got the money revert email - [protected]@gmail.com
                        Transaction i'd[protected]
                        I had contacted to customer care - first day they said to wait 7 working days, and after that they are extending date by 3 working days, every time they asking to wait for 3 working day but this 3 working day never ends?
                        I had done this transaction from tez application?
                        I am a student and i am need of money badly. I think i had biggest mistake in my life? I think you will understand my problem and try me to help out with this problem i will be very thankful to you sir/madam.

                          Sir,

                          We are yet to receive our due payment from kolkata municipal corporation. Kmc is trying for last 20 days for payment but your internet site can't be reached. We have several times try the bank customer care number which is also busy all the time. We have also tried tel. No. 22282282at dharmatalla branch which is not attended. This happened after you made the recent interface update.

                          Now a days frauds are increasing day by day, but union bank are least interested in upgrading to better secure technology. Even "submit website feedback" link doesn't work on the website, it is very disgusting, users are risking their transaction by using such a non stable and unreliable internet service provided by the union bank of india.

                          Please kindly rectify the mistakes if any during your so called upgradation. Please note our grievances. Hope for your better service.

                              We have already lodged complaint for the same issue on 07.05.2018, but to our deep disappointment, we have not received any response from you till date.
                              We, life insurance corporation of india warud bo, is having current account no.[protected] in union bank of india, warud branch. We have not received interest on late credit of outstation cheques as per mou between lic and bank for the year 2010 amounting rs.72916/- and for the year 2011-12 amounting rs.24776/-. The same is pointed out in our internal audit held for the year 2010-11 and 2012-13. We are pursuing the matter with union bank of india, warud branch since then and now union bank of india warud branch has informed that they have referred the matter to their regional office on 08.09.2017. But we have not received any response from your regional office, nagpur even after elapse of eight months.

                              Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue.

                                I am using redmi note 4 mobile and i have installed u mobile app but when i opened this app and clicked to proceed its not working and stopped in middle. I have used my registered number with bank to run this application.

                                  pathetic internet banking website not secure, very slow and breaks at point

                                  Recently union bank of india has upgraded there internet banking website. After upgrading rather to have improvements. It has degraded its quality compared to previous version. It is breaking on many pages, gets timed out unable to respond within stipulated time. Already union bank website very behind as compared to other banks. Now a days frauds are increasing day by day, but union bank are least interested in upgrading to new technology....

                                  I booked hotel through yatra.com on 9th june 2018. It has dedited rs.5524 from my account. Yatra.com refund the same on 9th june itself also i have recieved a mail from yatra.com with transaction id rfnd_alex11eiifdpr.
                                  But till now it hasn't credited to my account. Please do the needful things to release the amount as soon as possible.

                                  For me bank account [protected] IFSE- UBINO555428 Returns was sent from amazon India the refund is not created to my account and there is no response from bank clearly above where the money went

                                    I visited the mau branch o[censored]bi today (18/06/2018) at 3:40pm and though it was not time of lunch or closing time, they closed the door, and ignored the customers outside complaining, not answering at all. Not just that, their behaviour towards customers is extremely rude, doesn't look like they are there to serve the customers in this "customer oriented market"!

                                      Myself munish kumar. My account no is [protected] in your bank branch gola gokarannath, district lakhimpur kheri, uttar pradesh. I have my debit card which was issue at the time of opening the account but before some days it has been blocked by bank without any information. When i contact to costumer care then i was suggested that your card has been blocked due to rbi guidelines and new debit card will be delivered at your permanent address in 7 working days. But now after 15 days i have not receive any debit card, so i am facing many problems at the time of payment. On other hand i have applied for new debit card at the official website of the bank with reference no. [protected] on 08 june, 2018 but i has been also rejected due to special character in my account name. Although i have submitted my all documents at the time of account opening and there is no any special character in any document but this mistake made by your branch and i am not responsible for this. Kindly solve this issue otherwise i will go to consumer forum or close my account from your bank.
