Sir,
We are yet to receive our due payment from kolkata municipal corporation. Kmc is trying for last 20 days for payment but your internet site can't be reached. We have several times try the bank customer care number which is also busy all the time. We have also tried tel. No. 22282282at dharmatalla branch which is not attended. This happened after you made the recent interface update.
Now a days frauds are increasing day by day, but union bank are least interested in upgrading to better secure technology. Even "submit website feedback" link doesn't work on the website, it is very disgusting, users are risking their transaction by using such a non stable and unreliable internet service provided by the union bank of india.
Please kindly rectify the mistakes if any during your so called upgradation. Please note our grievances. Hope for your better service.
