My pension account no.[protected]. I retired on 31 may 18. I am supposed to get my dues in connection with pension commutation and gratuity in first week of jun 2018.
I could not register for cghs membership due to want of money to be deposited with cghs. May i know, who will take responsibility in case of any medical eventuality in the absence of medical cover in the intervening period.

When contacted, on 04 jun 2018, rep of cppc assured to credit the amount on the following day but in vain.

Requested for the needful for payment of dues at an early date.

The above website is not opening for closure of my above card for the last one week. I want to get back the balance the prepaid card number [protected]
I had tried to add 306.34 RS in my Paytm wallet using my debit card on[protected]. The transaction failed but union bank decucted the amount from my account.

      Dear sir, i retired from union bank on 31.03.2017.
      I had opted for the medical heatlth insurance from paramount/united india insurance co ltd. Vide your ack. Letter[protected] dt 07.10.2017. My sb account was debited by 40804.00 in oct 17 with domiciliary with topup.
      Now for 16a return (It) is to be prepared by the bank branch for the customers and they are asking proof of the amount deposited though the same was debited to my s/b a/c on 26.10.2017, 42210...13. I had even sent email to help desk paramount but no response is received, please take up and provide the receipt/e receipt of the same for doing the needful.

      I am having issues with online banking transactions.. Whenever i am paying using Netbanking or Debit card, it is showing transaction failed.. And is also showing insufficient balance.. While when i am checking balance its there..

          My card was block from 10 days several times i have lodge a complaint for issue new atm card in the bank but all the time i got a reply that everything is ok from our side still i am getting the problem several times i want you to please solve my problem immediately asap otherwise i have to close my account in your bank due to lack of service provide by you.               I am Praveen Gajula a/c no: [protected] have done online transactions on 24th may 2018 for amount of rupees 200 twice (ie., rupees 400) both the times the transactions were failed but till now no money were refunded into my account.

              I have given complaint against it but today i got mail saying request closed

                  I have done transaction for booking train ticket via paytm and amount paid through bhim upi as on 31.03.2018 rs.1090(transaction id[protected], but this train ticket was cancelled as on 02.04.2018 and partial amount of rs.1070 should be credited on 10.04.2018 as per paytm. But this refund amount is not credited in my account. I have done many complaints in paytm then paytm provided me refund history (attached document). I have also complaint inunion bank but no response is given. So please resolve my problem as soon as earlier and credited my refund amount.

                      I had withdrwan an amount of 10, 000 rupees on 2nd june, 2018 at 10.30 am or so. I received a torn out 2000 rupee note from atm machine from your atm in golemarket, adjoint to kashmiri general store, new delhi -110001.
                      I had informed the gate gaurd on duty and also shown on cctv camera as proof.
                      Please let me know if i can provide my assistance in providing you more information.
                      I am hoping for the re-issuance of 2000 rupee note.

                        On 02/06/18 i went to ubi atm nall0582 for transaction of rs 10000 from my sbi atm card after all process when machine was about to give money electricity had gone at the same time i got message that rs 10000 withdrawn from a/c xx 6475 on 02/06/18 at ubi atm nall0582. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 53824.07. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]. I did telephonic complaint with both banks but no results. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you

                          I want to complain about your customer care executive that person name "ahmed". He is a very unprofessional person. I was talking in the today morning due to my refund problem and he is talking like me very unprofessional and he says to me "kabhi bank gaye ho". How he can talk me like this.

                            I have applied for loan at sector 17 union bank of india on 1st may 2017 under startup policy. My dipp recognition certificate no. Is dipp118 (www.startupindia.gov.in. at that time mr. Navinkar, chief manager with 2 collages, and show the demonstration of one of the project and with proposed leased factory at sector 25 gidc gandhinagar and meet with owner.

                            After 2 months, mr santosh how was transfer in place of mr. Navalkar. He assured to verbal for approval of loan amount, to whom i resubmit my startup loan application along with relevant documents. I follow up for 3 months but no response from the branch.

                            When i vested again, new chief manager mr. Anand baber, in spite of nos. Of visit to bank and request for status, no response to my application.

                            Beside this i call nos. Of time the regional office, inspire of asking the statue for loan, there was no response till date.

                            Due to delays from bank, i and my company have to suffer a log. We were not able to payment the vendors in time, my personal life was disturbed, we had lot of humiliation and injured the reputation of mine.

                            I would like to have penalty for what the bank has delay in giving the status of startup loan, the company have suffer a lot.

                            Beside being as chartered engineer and member of world energy council,
                            The bank have not given the dignity for the post, which is self explainery.

                            Banking code says, the status of loan as per rbi, sould be max. 1 month of application.

                              Ubi is worst in service. There is no online transaction from my ubi account from last few days. I have submitted a complain to customer care but that is of no use. Calling ubi customer care is just a waste of time. A bunch o[censored]neducated and illiterate people were working in ubi.. Worst bank with worst service.. N they say good people to bank with.. But i would say poor service you suffer with... 👎👎👎

                                On 28th may 2018 at 5:08 pm, a transaction of rs.500 inr was done. The mentioned amount was attempted to be withdrawn from axis bank atm, bangalore, karnataka. While the amount got deducted from my account, i couldn’t get the cash. Its almost 40 hours and there is no refund. This is not expected from a nationalized & reputed bank like union bank of india. We fail to see good service with union bank all the time, while other banks auto credit the amount within 5mins. I have already complained at 10am (On 29th may 2018) to the customer service o[censored]nion bank of india. I don't find any feedback

                                  I made some adjustments to my Union Bank Accounts. I added my name to another account held by my mother as a joint second holder. In this process they created a new customer id and linked it to my both accounts.

                                  As a result now when I log in to Internet Banking I don’t see any accounts because user id changed. I tried to create a self-user creation option and to my big surprise now they say that email id and mobile not updated for my account. This is ridiculous. Everything including my mobile and email id were updated in my account. During new account addition they seem to have removed the already present information.

                                  This is a xxxing standard experience that I get with xxxing every bank in India.

                                  While adding new information, they simply remove previously valid information. There’s a fundamental level of lack of accountability, ownership, commitment and wisdom in staff with Indian banks.

                                      Refund is being initiated by merchant but yet not credited or reflected in my bank a/c..
                                      These tickets were being booked using paytm and irctc website by upi transaction, now after cancellation it's being two weeks and the refund is yet not being credited in my bank a/c.
                                      On further diging, the merchant told that they have refunded the amount, but the bank is not reflecting it in your a/c.
