R/sir ji, my son sh. Manish kumar taken loan from union bank of khanna branch rs. 330000/- and deposited rs. 417000/- and expired then i have written about 50 letter to union bank for provide me insurance money of atm to my son. Rbi chandigarh branch passed ordered no. 04/[protected] but i have gone khanna branch. Bank manager taken application from me and saying he is sending to higher authorities for approval hon, ble ombudsman and not informed me after some time later saying that you have deposit all money. Hon, ble ombudsman passed ordered for rs.89000/- i have many time requested to hon, ble ombudsman chandigarh then received copy dated 16/4/2018 after receiving copy i have 3 time written but not received any response from hon, ble ombudsman and union bank. My son manish kumar and my husband sh. Shadi ram both died due to dirty water taken pond type shape around my house no earning members are alived my family. My grand son is studying class 9th and grand daughter is studying class 5th. I am senior citizen and widow and my qualification is 5th class. You are humbly requested to help me get justice and relief.

    I am writing this mail to inform you i am a customer o[censored]nion bank of india.
    I have sent one mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but i have not reply from customer care till now.

    I have send mail regarding my balance is detected but i did not get cash from atm machine.

    I needed rs. 8000-/ on 30/04/2018 so one transaction competed and i got rs. 4000-/ but when i was withdrawing second transition rs. 4000-/ then i have not got cash from atm machine but balance is detected from my account. Kindly take action on my complaint and get back rs.4, 000/- which was debited on 30/04/2018

        I have loaded 10000/- to Digi purse wallet on Jan8th 2018 to transfer my bank account, without any prior information they stop transactions . so I have communicated with them so many times over the call and mail they ask me to send some details like screen shot and transaction details but till now there is no response from them, if I call and ask about my problem they will simply say like it will credit as soon as possible but not happened . it's been so long almost 5 months I need some justice about this.

          I am Niraj Verma. I got educloan from ubi branch vikas Bhavan Basti uttar pradesh in 2010 august. My loan subsidy is lie between time boundation for loan subsidy but i have not get any subsidy.Branch Manager of brach is say i don't know about that how is do and say old subsidy is not given by bank and government.Overall managers due to my loan period are not tell and call me for subsidy.So i don't know about that.

            We are having two savings account (K. V no 1 vvn fund a/c & school fund a/c) in ubi, bidhannagar branch, kolkata, saltlake sec iii

            Your ubi manager mr biswal is aggressively canvassing for opening of salary savings bank account and pension account in & out side of our school campus during your bank office hours and our school hours which is unbecoming for any reputed manager.

            And deliberately delaying the transmission process of remuneration of variant nature of those who are not holding salary account in his branch/bank.

            Please intimate the proper competent authority where the said grievance can be redressed.

            I am ex branch manager o[censored]BI. I have a bank guarantee since 2007. I been charged an excess amount of ₹ 1500 against courier services for renewing the bank guarantee this year. Being an ex staffer i feel this amount is exorbitant and the courier never came! The bank staff was also quite indifferent and rude towards the whole episode.Pls resolve.

              This is with reference to my amount of Rs. 2000.

              I visited one of the ATM in Nagpur on Sunday 22nd April 2018 at
              8:30pm, used my Union Bank of India ATM card for withdrawal and got a
              message that transaction rejected as no cash. However my amount of Rs.
              2000 was debited.

              Later on I used another ATM and withdrawn the amount which was
              successful. As per any other Banks in India the amount which was
              debited earlier would be credited within 48 hours and we do not need
              to contact the bank for this small issue.

              However it was not the case here. Hence I raised a complaint on 24th
              April 2018 number:[protected]. No resolution was provided till 6th May
              when I was asked to raise one more complaint number: 30441914. Then
              everyday I had to call for this issue and everyday same resolution
              that my amount has been accepted and settled in backend and will be
              received within 1 working day. However as of now its not received.

              I am not any business mans rich daughter for whom it is okay to loose
              this money. I am also working hard to earn for my family and survive.

              Why are you giving unwanted trouble to common man?? Why cant the bank
              credit the amount without even calling the customer service.

              I have received a pathetic service from Union Bank of India Customer
              Care Department on calling their helpline number, which was of no use.

              Request you to please help on this matter.

                There is fraud taking place in dumka branch
                The staff is taking advantage by charging extra charge from uneducated people while having cash withdrawal from a cash machine, which is provided to staff.
                He charges extra amount of rs. 100 per transaction and if someone refuses to pay extra amount, then he declines to do any further transactions.
                I tried to complaint this with another staff of branch then he suggested me to lodge a complaint in this.

                  My parent department kvs had transferred some amount through neft in my account in canara bank through ubi but it could not be credited due to some fault. Then ubi rgpv bhopal branch issued a dd in my favour without any authorised signature of signatories. I had to travel in vain for about 50 kms to and fro to deposit the dd. But it was rejected by my bank due to missing authorised signatures. When i contacted manager ubi rgpv bhopal he misbehaved...

                    I have open saving bank account for my child vedant vishwakarma last month. After opening account, i have visit 4 to 5 times for passbook but always they said "sir passbook khatm ho gai h... Or abhi print nahi ho sakti".
                    Today i have go there but same argument repeated again.
                    My question is that after opening account, passbook provided by bank as soon as possible, bank print the passbook and when customer came provide them.
                    Very bad service provide by ubi.

                      I have used my union bank of india debit card for payment to jaipur vidhut vitran nigam limited of electricity bill through PAYTM App yesterday[protected]. Payment Rs.1804/- have debited from my account but transaction has failed due to confirmation issue with JVVNL. In PAYTM a msg. has showen that "We have refunded the amount to your bank for your failed order". It happened twice and each time Rs. 1804/- debited from my account. Which has not been credited in my account as a refund yet. so please take necessary action and deposit Total Rs. 1804 +1804 =3608 in my union bank account. details are given below-

                          Respected sir two fraud transactions of Rs 17000 and Rs 5000 was done by one of your account holder on 05 may 18 from my syndicate bank account no.                           Dear sir today(07/05/2018) i have transction 2168 through net banking on billdesk my amount is debited but amount is not paid plz resolve my problem and refund my amount on urgent besis.

                            Sir, my name ayush singhal, a/c no. [protected], branch mandi pata hapur dist. Gzb u. P 245101
                            In case of registering in bhim union bank, when i registered my correct card details then after otp, when i create upi pin then it got cancelled & showing a statement (No card record found) in bhimunion bank app. And (Invalid debit card) showing in only bhim app.
                            I have tried it 30 to 40 times with my friends also who are using it. & i have puted the correct card details every time but facing this problem...
                            Kindly solve my problem.

                              On 18 April 2018 I tried to transfer 10000 INR, using BHIM UPI o[censored]nion Bank of India, but its transactions fails and amount debited from my account.
                              Even continuously contacting with customer care officer still it is not re credited.
                              On 20th April first time I called customer care officer and they said within 7 days you will get back money. Then I contacted them on 28th April this time they said within next 3 days you will get back.
                              Again on 3rd May I contacted them this time they said it will take another 7 days.
                              Even now I didn't got my money back.
                              Even I mailed branch office also.

                                  We, life insurance corporation of india warud bo, have not received interest on late credit of outstation cheques as per mou between lic and bank. We are pursuing the matter with ubi warud branch since year 2010 and they informed on 08.09.2017 that they have referred the matter to their regional office on 08.09.2017. And we have not received any response from your regional office, nagpur even after elapse of eight months. The matter is very old and the same is pointed out in our internal audit for the year 2010-11 and still not resolved.

                                  We, Life Insurance Corporation of India Warud BO, is having current Account No.[protected] in Union Bank of India, Warud Branch .We have not received Interest on late credit of outstation cheques as per MOU between LIC and Bank for the year 2010 amounting Rs.72916/- and for the year 2011-12 amounting Rs.24776/-. The same is pointed out in our Internal Audit held for the year 2010-11 and 2012-13. We are pursuing the matter with Union Bank of India, Warud Branch since then and now Union Bank of India Warud Branch has informed that they have referred the matter to their regional office on 08.09.2017. But we have not received any response from your regional office, Nagpur even after elapse of eight months.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue.

                                    Hey, few days back i opened an account in your bank and at the time of opening your employee told me that i'll receive my account no through sms in few days, and i did got that and your employee told me again to deposit some cash in account to activate this no so i deposited 5000rs in it but he didn't gave me passbook or anything and i have no idea when will i receive my atm card, cheque book, and other stuff can you pls enlighten me on this issue because i can't visit branch again and again.
