Otp not receiving for my NRI account registered mobile number from last 10days. i sent email to customer care team, nri team, tech support, branch . But no one not responding properly. i am in saudi arabia. i could able to transfer money without otp. it is very top urgent ....

Union Bank of India prefers to send sms to all old/wrong data mobile no's
which is unwanted and should be stopped

    Lien amount deducted from account

    I have account in union bank of india with account number [protected]
    and the bank deducted a lien general charges from account while i have alreardy paid by EMI in advance and even they have deducted amount of rs 236... why they have deducted than...

    Hi i am phanisri patibana i have an savings acocunt of number [protected] i deposited the ampunt inr9999 on 3rd of september by 6pm on merchant site.. But i was sucessful from my end but it wasnt rechead them.. Please kindly cancel that trasaction and refund the amount in my account..

        I wanted to file a complaint against a branch employee but since past 2 days the grievance portal is not working. I have tried multiple times but after clicking on proceed button the server error shows on screen.

            SUB: OVERDUE not cleared in my cibil report.

            I have taken a Business Loan from UNION BANK in saifabad lakdikapul hyderabad.
            Loan A/C [protected] Sanctioned Amount Rs.5, 80, 000 Disbursed On 03/08/2016
            few days back i checked my cibil report
            In that report I saw an overdue amount Rs.28, 122 mentioned
            which is not updated in my report.

            I request you to please update my account as on date.

              I returned a product to Amazon and they intimated that they have initiated refund to my account and the same has been issued but it has been more than a month the amount has not been credited to my bank account and bank is not responding at all I tried filling the dispute form but that is also not working. Kindly resolve the problem

                Dear sir/Madam
                I am JABBAR NAIK BANAVATH,
                from Nalgonda, Telangana.

                I have taken a Business Loan from UNION BANK, in Devarakonda Nalgonda branch.
                Loan A/C [protected]. Date Opened / Disbursed on 15/10/2004. Sanctioned Amount Rs.50, 000
                I have paid all pending amount for cibil clearance. and collected Noc from the bank.
                But after payment, there is still an overdue amount of Rs.789 and the WRITTEN OFF flag mentioned in my Cibil.
                I am facing a problem with this issue and it's more complicated for me to clear it.
                After I paid the total amount, there are no updates and clearance from your team.

                I request you to please Remove overdue and written off flag from my cibil report.
                Please do the needful.

                    I have taken an Educational loan from Union bank, in Bhimavaram main branch.
                    Loan A/C :[protected] Date Opened on 17/10/2006, Loan Amount.Rs.1, 50, 000
                    It's the best service provided by your bank in the country. I am really happy with your services.
                    Recently i checked my cibil report, in that report i saw the Settled flag mentioned.
                    At the time of my loan closer i don't have any idea about settlement.
                    now it's a complicated issue in my cibil.
                    Due to this reason I am not getting any loan from banks.

                    I request you to please give me a closer amount to remove this negative flag in cibil.

                      Actually by mistake I deposit amount to wrong account that account holder Union Bank of India.I send lot of mail to bank and directly visit nearest branch raise a complaint .And also I am a account holder in city Union bank . My bank side also raise a complaint and mail.But no response from Union bank side daily I send mail .I call customer care also no one support seriously worst service.

                              My account at union bank of india i use mobile banking but from june 2022 my account was not login and error is no connectivity but many times aprox 50 and above time call to call center but my problem was not solved branch office visited but not solutions to day is 18th of august 2022 but all another sms and emails are comming which are not demanded why ? its sesson was comming also advortise was comes why my mobile phone banking was stop and can not start with support calling center only polite words are there can you help if possible

                                I tried taking out 2500 rupees from nearest ATM ON 11th june 2022. Money didn’t come out but it got deducted from my account in union bank. I lodged a complain against this. Customer care told me that it would take max 12 days for the refund but its been more than a month now. I have called so many times and everytime customer care says me that they will highlight my complaint. Worst customer care. Not at all helpful

                                    I had taken a loan of Rs.19, 50, 000 from the Chandra Layout Branch
                                    in 2009 for 15 years. The account was later transferred to Basaveshwara Nagar Branch. I had been paying well in advance and I had cleared the amount and the amount pending was around Rs.48, 000/- as on 29th July 2022.
                                    I got a call from the number [protected] on 29th July 2022 at 4.19 P.M claiming to be the Chief Manager of Basaveshwara Nagar Branch o[censored]nion Bank of India,
                                    later confirmed as Sreenu M on 30th April 2022.
                                    He asked me to pay 19, 000/- immediately or he will dub the loan account as
                                    NPA, which he eventually did, thereby blocking my S.B.Account [protected] in Vijayanagar Branch.
                                    He was not able to the exact amount of the pending amount to my representative and made her intentionally pay Rs.47, 000 and then Rs.1000. in cash
                                    for which I have the challan.
                                    I got an SMS from the bank acknowledging the payment of Rs 46250 an 1000.
                                    I called the person who did not give me a proper explanation.
                                    It is really annoying to deal with such inefficient and arrogant staff who are
                                    not even capable of giving proper explanation nor do they have proper communication skills.
                                    I have cleared the entire loan amount on 30th July 2022, even though the tenure ends only in 2024. Further, I request you to give me a detailed statement of the entire transaction from the first day, which in spite of my repeated requests was unheard.
                                    If there is any change in the tenure, I had to be intimated, which is not,
                                    as the person who called me was not aware of any procedures and he contacted one Mr. Suresh, who was equally ignorant and arrogant.
                                    The person obviously seemed to be a mischief maker or ignorant of the procedure, both dangerous for money transactions.
                                    Moreover, blocking my SB Account without any intimation is illegal.
                                    I have not received any other communication about the Home Loan Account except the I request you to give me a copy of any correspondence regarding the same.
                                    I have requested for the original documents which I had submitted for the mortgage.
                                    He is not clear and asked me to go to some other branch which I refused and asked him to get it.
                                    In spite of my various attempts to unblock my account, it is not happening.
                                    Your customer care representative, Swarna took all the details about me which took several minutes without any fruitful result. I wish you had scanned your staff half of this, you would have employed better people to serve better.
