I would like to re-register my complain which i had done earlier.
On 5th of april i had withdrawn an amount of rs. 5000 from canara bank of atm. But later i saw that twice the amount of rs.5000/- has been withdrawn., which is not possible. I went to the bank and querry about my problem but they did not paid attention to my problem and told me that iwth an interval of 3 minutes the next rs.5000 has been withdrawn. Which is not possible as the attm is always with me.
Then again i has online submit the amount but i did not get any response from your side.
I will be very thankful to you if you will go through this problem and ask the details about this from the canana bank and kindly refund my amount of rs.5000/-.

    I have booked train tickets through paytm and it got failed but paytm refunded the same amount on the same day to the bank. But when I checked my bank balance I didn't receive the amount yet. So I contacted paytm and they said they already refunded it and gave me the transactions IDs. Then I contacted to union bank Kalyan branch they told me that such transactions haven't made. Please look into this issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have saving account in union bank of india in muri branch and i have already applied personal loan (75000 /-) to feb. 18 last week. My personal loan process not grow up due to staff problem, staff having

      Documentary job etc scoff. So i therefore request to you that please help me. And give the personal loan to your branch i need it..

      Used the card in paytm transaction and my balance of 3820 has been deducted but not got in my wallet, and even the money isnt getting back to the bank account and niether showing in the paytm wallet so kindly help me solving thi s issues
      The union bank atms are not maintained properly and are always out of cash due to which we are forced to withdraw money from other bank atms costing us more.please look into the issue, keeping priority on the union bank atm at juinagar railway station, Navi mumbai and no atms at pincode 400709 or near it

        I ordered my phone vivo v9 from amazon on 1/4/13. Later i dont liked my phone because it was damaged so i returned it and requested for refund. Amazon send me an email for return and refund and my product was returned. Later they send me an email about refund reference number -74332748099809835234265 but i didnt got my money back in my account of rs 18239. I had called union bank customer care and said about my problem but they were telling that there is nothing like refund reference number and when i said i want to file charge dispute they said they is also nothing like charge dispute. I need my money as soon as possible. My money should be transferred on 13/4/18 according to email i got from amazon.

          I returned an item to amazon, but i didnt get my money yet.
          I contacted them regarding the issue, they replied me through email stating they following details. And they advised me to contact the union ban of india. When i contact the bank with following reference numbers, they said they couldnt locate my money.

            My daughter, shriya subhash - her unique id no.[protected] - was studying in std. I at k. V. No.1, ichhanath, surat during the academic year 2017-18 and made all the payments/fees in time, i. E. All the four quarters. The said fees are reimbursable from my employer so i tried to take printout from the respective online website, but could not printout the same as the same is not available anywhere in the website. It is, therefore, requested to kindly made available the said fees receipt of all the four quarters at your earliest, so as to enable me to put up before my office for reimbursement of the same.               I m a central goevernment employee work in goods and service tax department. I have my salary account with your bank for the past two and a half years. My branch is lalbaug mumbai. My account no. Is [protected]. I tried to apply for personal loan but the loan department denied to even listen to me and talk really rude with a reply that we do not give personal loans. However, when i cross verified on your site i found that personal loans are being sanctioned to people who completed their probation period and have confirmed. And i fall in the criteria set for personal loan still he denied.

                  I have placed ordered for a product through amazon.com on 08.03.18 worth rs. 1498. I cancelled the product but does not received the refunded amount yet. I had talked several times to amazon customer care they said the have refunded the amount with transaction no. 74188136 but i didn't get it. I also talked to ubi customer care but they are saying nothing received to them.
                  Plz do necessary action for refund.

                    Dear sir,

                    I visited today at union bank of india which situated at mazgaon branch ifsc code - ubin0531839 to deposit the cash. I was the first customer who was on the counter and i was coordinating with mr. Narayan rabadiya. He suddenly started shouting on me i don't know what he was talking about but continuously he was shouting, he was ready to listen my point and then when i was trying to leave he threaten me saying that “jyada baat mat kar bahar nikal ke marunga “this what he said to me. This guy is very short tempered and he's behaviour was ridiculous.

                    I'm also planning to file police complaint at byculla police station against him because he has threaten me.

                    I would request you to look into this matter very closely. Kindly contact me for detailed information.

                      I am a retired army jco and now settled at lucknow. I was opened a saving bank accounts at ubi nandganj district - ghazipur and my pension is crediting in the same account. Now since i settled in lucknow and my address is updated in the bank. Based on that i approached ubi nandganj for transfer of my accounts to ubi b-2 south city raibarely road, lucknow (Branch code-570141) vide our letter dated 28 december 2017 (Photocopy attached). Subsequently i have approached several time telephonic to the branch manager but not any action has been taken till date.
                      May i request you to please look the matter immediately and instruct concerned bank to transfer the account at an early date. Action taken may please be intimated to my e mail [protected]@rediffmail.com

                        Hello,
                        My name is jagruti. My savings account no is [protected] in union bank of india. I went to union bank on 6/4/2018 around 3.30pm to make cash withdrawals. As i had withdrawn rs 175000/-, cashier gave me money without counting from his drawer, i asked cashier to place the currency bundles in currency counter. But, despite of my various request he denied to count and give and he ordered me to count it by my self standing there. When i forced him to place it in currency counter machine he said me abusing words and said that people who does not have trust on us should leave the bank and close account from our bank, he also said me uneducated as i asked him to count the bundles and give. The entire issue must be still there on webcam of bank. Kindly reply me on my registered email id. Kindly reply me for the action taken on this issue.

                          getting new passbook

                          Hi, I want new passbook, last one month I was going to bank and asking about new passbook but every time they told me that stationary is over, if ask them when stationary will come then they simply said next week... Its month over still I didn't get the new passbook in branch new sangavi, pune 411027.and also experienced that employee don't give that much attention towards customer, they are behaving like careless.. They don't give value...

                            Dear team,

                            With outmost dissatisfaction on digipurse wallet i am drafting this complain because i have my money in the wallet and unable to use. I have spoken to multiple customer care executives for which i have only one reference no: which is :[protected] – sabiya on 24/02/18. Till now i didn't get any reply from digipurse team and as an end customer i’m unable to use any transaction in the app (Digipurse) for last 100 days. Kindly help us to revert back the outstanding amount to the bank account. There is not even any acknowledgment on my complaint via email from digipurse.

                            Details of transactions:

                            1.       i deposited 5000 * 4 times = 20, 000 on december 27 2017
                            2.       on december 27th 2017 i did an imps transfer of rs. 5000 – transaction successful.
                            3.       again on december 28th 2017 i did an imps transfer of rs. 5000 – transaction failed. From that day all these kinds of transactions are failed. (Details you may find on your records)
                            4.       recharge of mobile is happening 509 and 100, but only to selected operators and not with jio.
                            5.       even unable to recharge and d2h operators tata sky, videocon, airtel.. Etc..
                            6.       i tried to utilize for utility bills but it does not appear for tamil nadu state, for example i want to use it to pay the electricity bill of tamil nadu state but i cannot do as the app allows only to pay utility bills in gujarat.

                                I am an account holder in your bank since last 6 years. My saving bank account number is [protected] with the name of smt. Hemlata dubey. I want to bring this to your kind attention that the branch manager in your branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips and they speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything & they do not provide us right guidance related my banking problem i want tell to you that i want to correction in my husband name in the saving bank account & convert to basic account to general account for more transaction but branch manager told to us that your husband name could not be change, while i talked to other branch manager & discussed to him for changing in the husband name then he told to us that your husband name will be change as per your aadhar card & pan card & no need for affidavit for changing this because aadhar card is a correct & perfect id proof. But my branch manager is not correction my husband name & he is demanding to us affidavit for change the husband name, even after branch manager commitment to us that cannot be changing in your husband name.

                                  I have done transaction on[protected]. My amount 14000 is debited but payment failure. I have registered complaint against this transaction on[protected]. Now ubi customer care executive says it will take 45 days.
                                  This is the salary. Now it's very tough to manage this month. I am belongs to middle class. Our whole month expenses is near about it. Please help us.
