    Dear sir/madam,

    I have opened an account on your app, digipurse and have loaded rs 10000, in two installments, first of 5000 and secondly of 5000, with a date is as for feb 3, 2018.
    Now when i tried to use this card, all transactions are getting failed, and in-app it shows”restricted card”.
    When i called on the helpline, they clearly denied to offer any help, and then i tried to contact app support team via mail, and since 05 feb, i may have sent mail multiple times, but not a single reply came.
    Now what i think is, there are two thing, one is time involved to rectify mistake is mandatory and cannot be avoided, but the other thing is when we sense fraud, and the other side is not even replying once.
    Here is happening the second thing, so either give concern to my query, or i would be forced to take this issue to banking ombudsman or consumer forum.
    And i am is not the only one who is facing this issue, in-app reviews, on google play store, you can find hundreds of such cases.

    Above said imps is made on 12/03/2018 to transfer Rs.10000/- to account no [protected] but till date i am not received the amount
    13/9/17 i had done transaction of 1300 rs from my account to my friend account, that time i got error message like(technical issue), receiver didn't get the money.but they debited money from my account. please check the issue.i send that mail to, [protected]@unionbankofindia.com 6 month before still now i didn't get any replay from opposite side.

      Sub:- Cheque clearing delay and miss behavior of staff
      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      I would like to inform you that my saving A/c No- [protected] since along. I was deposited a SBI cheque no. 000037 dated 27/02/2018 and Amt. Rs.5, 000/- with my home branch. The amount was deducted from my Son A/c as on 07/03/2018 but still amount is not credited in my Account.

      I am visited many time at branch When I asked to bank employee he was told to me it will be take time 10 to 12 days and he is reply in rudely manner . I also updated my passbook till 19/03/2018 but still not shown above Mentioned amount.

        I have gone ATM Machine for cash withdraw dated on 1st march 2018 in union bank of India in Allahabad location civil line main branch but cash not received by ATM machine and debit amount of rs 2000 in my account and i have create complain no regarding issue but not any response given by customer care and i every day calling to customer care for taking feedback but customer care person want three day many time and not any given response by customer care so please take that issue and resolve it.

        When I am creating Id for net banking by me then I am reaching till enter OTP, while entring OTP which was received at my registerd mobile, then it is showing " Wrong entered OTP ". So I am not able to create net banking facility.

              cdm, passbook printing machine

              There is problems regarding to cdm machine closed from last 4 days and passbook printing machine also not working from last 2 days. When i am trying to printing my passbook then passbook should overwrite not printing is completed. Then there is need to go to the bank and print the passbook but there is lot of time is west in that process.
              So i would request that please solve this issue early for all union bank users....

                Net banking services of your bank are pathetic!! Never had so much trouble. Even after being the children o[censored]nion bank staff, i am facing so much difficulty.

                I was trying to reset the transaction password as i was clueless of what it means. Other banks only have login password but you guys have something called as transaction password in addition to login password. The portal to reset is pathetic! Anyway i managed to reach the last of it in which it asked me details of any one of the last 5 transactions made into the account. I categorically remember all 6-8 transactions but still after filling all the mandatory columns it kept on telling me transaction details incorrect. So i called your call center to confirm the transaction details. Even he confirmed what you are putting is correct. But still it did not go through. Now it is 1.20am at night and i am still struggling to reset it as i have an urgent transaction to make! But alas!!! Can't do so due to your remarkable service. Please buck up union bank! I feel ashamed to say that i hold an account in your bank. And all the more ashamed to say one if my parent is a staff at union bank since last 30 years. Shame union bank shame!! Hopelessly pathetic you guys are. Look at other private banks and their internet banking. Right now in the middle of the night, i am feeling utterly helpless and disgusted.

                        On 21st February, we are unable to withdraw cash from the ATM centers (Andhra Bank (Syamala Nagar), ICICI Bank (Pattabhipuram), Axis Bank(Pattabhipuram), DCB Bank(Brodipet))in Guntur.                           As i am using my debit card for long time in paytm and all otherapp i have done many online transactions which were successful too now i thought of making upi codefor transferring money from my bank to other bank account. I started the procedure for making upi code first it asks last 6 digit of debit card n then expiry date then otp is received on given mobile number after entering otp it comes to set upi pin after setting upi pin whem i submit it then it shows "INVALID CARD DETAILS" and in some other apps it shows "DEBIT CARD NOT RECOGNIZED" SO I EVEN TRIED UNION BANK UPI APP THERE ALSO SAME PROBLEM ARISES PLZZ HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM Fast

                              Hello, sir i want say that i have done the payment for railway recruitment form online its reference number is [protected] and sbi reference number is cpe6217721 amount has been debited from the account but the payment is cancelled from railway board and the status is showing on website of railway recruitment board is failure.
                              So i request you to please check the details and refund my money back to me.. I waited till 11 march but money not refunded /reverted... Thankyou

                                Sir yesterday i went to atm of karmeta br to withdraw cash. I want to know the bal of my mrs a/c. No one was there except b m. O entered the cabin and requested to know the balance of said a/c. She embarked how u enter the cabib. U can go to counter and get the bal. I m branch manager and perform so many work. Customer time is upto 4.30 pm. After that i m not to supposeany query. I told her that i m ex staff pension. She told u sit and after getting free i will tell you bal. Sir pensioners are best narketting persons as they have ample of time. By her nature staff and customers are very angry. Our retired association has deposited more than one crore inother mutual fund. That is very shamefull ex staff areforced to invest other mutual fund. If such phenomena occured frequently customers will be switch over to other bank. Her way of talking was so roughly and rude i was very shocked and repent to open a/c with such bank. Pl tell me customer should come upto 4.3 pm and by mistake he enters the branch after time he has to get insulted. B m srivastava mob no [protected]

                                    I want to update my kyc with my aadhar and email id but i'm not in my home town and now days i'm too busy for my upcoming examination so i want to send my totally KYC in digitally form on bank email id with my self authentication and i want to that bank take this kyc according to kyc norms.
                                    I'm trying to many times for mobile no or any email id for inquiry about this matter but no any contact no or email id available on bank site.

                                      It’s not cleared yet
                                      I have called them several time but they didn’t recieved my cal’s
                                      It’s not the 1st time
                                      Whenever I submitted my cheque they takes more than 5-6 days and even more days to clear the cheque
