Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have withdrawl 1200 rupees from atm in dhubri on 12th september 2016.. I got the message transaction failed but the blance has been deducted from my account. Same day i visited to the branch and told them the problem. One of your employee said it would be credit to your account automatickly. But today is 19th september but still i have not recived the money. So i request you kindly resolve my problem as soon as posible... My account derail mention bellow...
