Union Bank Of India — Blocked amount in bank account despite mandate rejected

I have applied for an IPO through UPI and when I started the process the transaction failed and Mandate got rejected but the amount in bank account is blocked. Rejection of mandate is showing in broker's application and UPI application.
Please look into it and let me know what is the procedure to unblock it ASAP
