Sub:- cash automatic withdrawn from my account Union bank of india Account no-[protected] Branch - mau U. P Dear sir/madam, I would like to put my complaint regarding automatic withdrawn of rs.22, 000 amount from my bank account although i didn`t withdrew it from my atm dated[protected] as i’m in out of country with my atm card. I got sms on my mobile “your debit card swipe and cash withdrawn from your account” (May be your system error), below i have given the details of cash withdrawn on this application and i hope my complaint will be resolved soon. I would like to inform you i contect with union bank branch manager but they are no respons for my money, and alsow i contect with 24/7 custemer no. That person advoice me send e-mail to rbi. When i call to custemercare he always promiss me this week your money refund your account but till now not refund my detection money i request you please take a action as a soon as a possible, Many time i send e-mail about my amount but i did't get any reply from your side and bank side, please take a action as a soon as a possible.
