Union Bank Of India — cash not dispensed from atm but amount debited

On 13th august 2018 i have used hdfc atm for withdraw the money from union bank account, during transaction slightly the power cut off at the end of the moment while cash dispensing, cash not received even massage also not received but when i check online the amount was deducted from account. I called to customer care executive as per his instruction i longed complaint on 14th august 2018, the executive said that the amount will get refund in my account in seven working days, todays its 25th august, till date i have not received refund amount.
