Union Bank Of India — Cheque not able to crashed

I urgently needed cash of ₹1, 30, 000 and bank completely denied for making the payment . They didn't even arrange cash from the barnch in the same city .The bank officials told that they can't even pay this amount in future 2 dates .Now what do i do as need urgent cash for today . I even asked the bank that can it make the payment on 13-04 and they replied no guarantee.
