I moved to the us on 27th april 2017 from thane at maharashtra, india. My mobile has not been active in the us and i am denied the facility of receiving my otp (One time password) through my india registered mobile.
I have acquired a us mobile number and have been constantly following up with ubi at india to cancel, my indian mobile and make my us mobile active. I had also offered to provide all the security details they require. Even after 10 days, ubi have not resolved my issue and i am left with no way to transact my banking. Ubi helpline officials have been buck passing even when i contacted them on phones. Was this information helpful? |
