Respected Sir

I am one of the oldest Saving Account holders in Union Bank Duncan Road Branch, Mumbai- 400008. Today on 08/12/2021, I went to the bank around 2pm to make a DD, I asked to the guard about the DD, and he send me to Mr. Ashok who is in charge of the DD. I asked Mr. Ashok about the DD, he pointed to another seat and said that guy will make the DD but he went to lunch. I waited 45 minutes for that guy and when I asked him to make the DD, he sent me to another guy and that guy send me to Mr. Ashok. He was misbehaving and talking nonsense. I went to the manager and asked who is in charge of DD, he pointed to Mr. Ashok. I don’t know why everyone in the bank is afraid of him, nobody wants to give his name, when I asked I want to complain about him. Even I asked manager, he said I can’t give his name, you should ask him directly. I came to his seat he was not there on his seat. I asked another guy he said he went for lunch. I was really very upset with his attitude. Just because of this incident I am thinking to close my account with UBI.

Kindly look in to this matter this guy is not suitable for this job, his attitude is very bad and he is wasting customer’s time.

Further more I want to bring this also to your knowledge that most of the time ATM machine is not working in this branch, if asked, the reply is same always “internet is not working”
