Sir, my name is omprakash and my account is in rajghat varanasi branch in u. P. Ifsc code is ubin0538353. I have new visa debit card and i tryied ro pay on international by card but not successful here after i talked to customer care he told there may be some issue from your branch here after i went to rajghat varanasi branch. But non of the staff did solve my problum.in the last they send me to the manager. The manager talked brutally with me and he told uni does not provide international pay on visa debit card. When to told i did pay with my previous visa debit card o[censored]bi at same website. After listening he refuse brutally and miss guide me and told that ubi has closed international facilities for pay. He miss behave with me and told he can not solve my problum and start chewing tobacco in his cabin.
I am asking with you, ubi has a slogan good bank good people. At the behaviour of branch managers how we can say good bank good people, even manager has no sence how to talk and behave to the people. And he is chewing tobacco in his cabin. His behaviour and his performance of work is not acceptable.
