Union Bank Of India — complaining about my account which is not activated till 1 month

Address:Sector 3 karnal sco 16, 132001

I had opened my account till 28 feb 2019 and from that day i am trying to set my upi pin but it tell wrong dabit card details and when i call to customer executive they tell sory sir your account is not exits i went to complaint against the bank management who are responsible for these things and also if my problem is not solve out i will disclose my account from that bank
