Union Bank Of India — complaints regarding manager

I have a 10 lack fd. But i lost my fd receipt. I gave a request to my branch manager for taking my amount before one month. But he doesn't any action in the case. Then i had a cheque in last friday to my client. I sent a message to bank manager to reflect money on my account but he doesn't that. So i want get my money please give me a solution. My current account name ;phoenix international group of exports

Atm location:BTM 2 stage, Bangalore 560076 on the ring road
Rude behaviour of the security gaurd standing inside atm while I was doing transaction.Asked him move out.He says he has rights to stand inside the atm while somebody is doing transaction.He was using his mobile, calling and talking over the phone.Pathetic atm o[censored]nion bank.

My Union bank account se 1000 rupees kata gya hai
Main UPI k through payment kiya but payment failed ho gayi aur 1000 rupees account se kat gaye
