Dear sir/madam,

My name is bhuvaneswari atukuri. I have 10, 000 rupees in my digipurse wallet. I could neither transfer to my bank nor to other wallets. I couldn't use virtual visa card too. Kindly refund it to the source bank from where the add money transaction was initiated. Please find the attachment for the registered mobile number and date of transaction on which add money was done. Thank you!
