Union Bank Of India — debit card not delivering at the branch after 10 days

Sir,
I opened a bank account union bank of india,
Kukas branch, (Ubin0562785) jaipur and my debit card has not yet been delivered even after submiting all the required documents. I have visited my branch for my card almost 4 times in the last 10 days and my card is not yet there.

I request you to please look into the matter, because without a card its quite difficult to do any kind of economic activity.
